Definitely go here if you're looking for a variety of boba drinks! There are so many options to choose from and the drinks are always consistently made. My favorites are the mango, watermelon, passion fruit, or raspberry slushies. The almond cream tea blast is also good! I've only been here once, but the workers were friendly and helpful with understanding menu items. The place is clean and my drink was gone before I got home. Should've turned around to get another! Went here last night and I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at any kind of food establishment. The two girls working were yelling at costumers from across the counter, then making fun of them as they walked away. They were eating the boba and spitting it into cups while making people's drinks. And to top it all off, they openly called my friends and I annoying for asking questions about the Teas, and when they realized we could hear them they laughed and said "we should probably stop because they can hear us." The tea took 20 minutes to be made because they were joking around so much. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in our drink either since they were eating the boba and spitting it out repeatedly while making the drinks. This was terrible. Great place, great selection of drinks and desserts, much needed in Norman. Would have given 5 stars if not for the follow: 1. Have a customer loyalty reward. In the beginning, we were told to keep our receipts for when they would have one but it's been months. 2. I have visited Tea Z Bar three times in the past two weeks. Each time I visit, they either were not open yet or did not have Boba. If it says that you open at 11:00, we expect you to be open and be ready. read more

A couple times I've been let down due to my drink being half ice or being waaay to sweet, but I think that was mainly because those workers were new. Other than that, I'm never let down. Service is always friendly, the boba is super yummy, and I LOVE all of their options. I always get a hazelnut cream tea with half boba and half almond pudding. What other places let you get half of a topping while paying only half?! I'm going to miss Teapioca so much when I move. ): I am also a huge fan of baby boba which I would get on occasion. They have a huge selection of drinks, from milk teas, teas, coffee, to ice slushes and mixed coffee. Exact same menu and great taste as Teapioca in OKC. Only thing I wish they had was the milky flurry, too. read more

Terrible service!!! No one was at the front counter We waited in the front for like 10mins and kept calling out! literally she came out after 10mins! Didn't acknowledge that we waited there forever! Should have left then but still gave it a chance! And that was a mistake she just took the order kept telling us it will take forever because she is by herself and what not! Like how is this a business if you dont have people to run it and give service to consumers! Upon entering I was greeted with the faint scent of sewage and waste. I suppose the bathrooms were backed up or something. The service was wonderful and the resteraunt was gorgeous. We waited quite a bit this morning before we were acknowledged while the young lady finished prepping. Then, we were disappointed that boba wasn't ready. We picked this place specifically because of the yelp review as we travel cross country. Sadly, we looked for boba and are boba-less on our interstate travels. The girl behind the counter just doesn't want to be there at all. When I asked her questions she just belittles me like "yea whatever" and had such a bad attitude. I absolutely love the blastea here. While the employee really piss me off. I am giving one star because of the girl with long light brown hair. She just ignored me every time I was there. I know you have got stuff to do. It makes no sense that you kept me waiting there for over five minutes without even saying one word or looking at me! I think she can do much better than that. I personally would not recommend this cafe. I had a terrible allergic reaction and I suspect that there is cross contamination of peanut products through their drinks. I got a honeydew cream tea and while it tasted good initially, it tasted super watered down immediately after I got it. My drink had so much ice that it touched the boba which I think is a bit ridiculous. The cashier was also negative and didn't acknowledge when I said thank you. I watched because i figured that he was busy with another task but he just sat down on his laptop without even taking care of an obviously used and dirty cup of sorts. After I started feeling unwell, I went to the bathroom and it had a dead cricket in the corner which grossed me out. When I came out to leave with my friend, he pointed to another one behind my seat. Just in the time we walked out the door, we counted 3 more remnants of what looked to be crickets throughout the store. Overall I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning or recommending this place to my friends. If anything, I would warn you to go in with low expectations read more

I've been a long time customer when it was still Tea Z Bar. It was great back then, but now the drinks are tasteless, especially when made by the white girl. I think she should review the recipes or be re-trained. My friends share the same opinion. I strongly believe they need an anonymous complaint/compliment box. Big drinks for a very reasonable price. Everything is dairy-free, which is great since I'm lactose intolerant. Their cream teas are really good, my favorites are the chai or the coconut. My fiance gets the mocha frappioca. Also can't go wrong with an iced tea with a flavor add-in. The staff is pretty friendly and the atmosphere is really modern, quiet, and enjoyable. read more
