After the show everyone was just dancing and getting along great. They don't serve food BUT you're allowed to bring your own food! Very cool that they allow that. Most places don't want anything from other places in their establishment so it's nice you can get something to eat when you get the drunken munchies, which I always get. I had driven by Opolis many times, but had avoided the bar scene because I wasn't keen on running into people I'd gone to HS with. Luckily, the night I went there was no one from my HS class, in fact there weren't that many people at all and the music was fire! This is a good place for entertainment at University of Oklahoma - good people, good times and great experiences. I was a bit early and got introduced to these owners and it was the begining of the wonderful experience. - I had the delicious house Pineapple punch with rum which was excellent and just one glass put a "buzz in my turban" - I got to see the menu and noticed a yummy array of food but did not eat as I had already eaten my dinner! Will be there tomorrow to eat! - The ambience of the place reflects on the warmth and friendly nature of the ownership! The bar was well stocked and well kept, the premises were very clean and there was a sense of pride in what was being done. The outside patio was very charming! - The service was impeccable and as I mentioned in the earlier paragraphs there could not be a friendlier place! Thank you Addi, Lane, Eli, Sarah, Ethan and Julius for looking after me so well. You people are going to go places. To summarize, I had an excellent experience on the above these three categories and I will be going to the dance party on the 3rd!! I strongly recommend this venue for anybody's entertainment needs and a place to get together with friends! As far as entertainment- there was an out of state "modern country western band," Tommy Goodroad and his band, and it was their first gig in Oklahoma. One said "I know there are more stales in here open the fucking door" if you've been to the deli you would know there is only one toliet in the girls restroom. A grown male walked in to the restroom totally unprofessional and weird... The owner told us to get out obviously to de-escalate the situation this led to him telling us to get the fuck out as the bar was starting to close. We were just trying to tell him what happened as it was very uncomfortable, he then told us to use the mens restroom and it will be fine . If i were you i would avoid using the bathroom...because everyone felt like it was okay to watch you half naked/ felt in-tilted to kick the door open.

As an Elite card holder, I expected to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and appreciation for my loyalty. Instead, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience from the moment I called. Throughout the phone conversation, Shamra was dismissive, rude, and seemed irritated that I was asking legitimate questions. At one point, she audibly sighed when I asked about my account, making it obvious that she didn't want to help. One of the most memorable moments was when she said, "What do you want me to do for you?" The tone in which it was said came across as negative, impatient, and as though she had no interest in helping resolve my concerns. That is not how anyone, especially an Elite card holder, should be treated by a casino host. Another moment that stood out was when she asked whether I played at any other casinos. Given the context of the conversation and her overall attitude, it came across as though she was suggesting that if I wasn't happy, I should simply take my business elsewhere. That is an astonishing message for a casino host to send to a loyal Elite card holder. Throughout the entire call, I never raised my voice or became argumentative. I remained calm and respectful, even after being spoken to in what I perceived as an unprofessional manner. I simply pointed out that her tone was unnecessary and that I did not feel I was being treated professionally. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or attempting to improve the interaction, she continued with the same dismissive attitude, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. Before ending the call, I asked if there was a manager I could speak with. She told me that a manager would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a return call, which only reinforced my disappointment with the level of customer service. As a loyal Elite card holder, I expected much better. Hospitality is about making patrons feel welcome, respected, and appreciated. My experience left me feeling like an inconvenience instead of a valued guest. I hope Riverwind Casino's management reviews how guests are treated and takes meaningful steps to improve the professionalism, accountability, and customer service provided by its Host Team.

I am so excited for them to arrive. In terms of the theatre, it's a nice theatre and bigger inside than I thought. Only a portion of the theatre was open for this event. There are also seatings above 2nd floor. There are two bar areas in the theatre, but only one was opened. The bartenders were very friendly. It's a nice venue.
