Good movie day. When you walk in, it's kinda a maze. They ck you for tickets first thing inside door. So your whole party needs to be there. Drink area was not lined up, so that was a plus. Prices are higher than I remember. Don't order a large drink $$ unless your sharing. The small is plenty big just to make it through show. Seats were nice, not torn or worn like some I've been to. This is my 3rd bad experience here at the moore warren so I will definitely not be coming back, but want to warn people to not waste your money on 4D. We went to see the new Mario movie tonight, the showtime was at 9:20 so we get there a little before then. They told us they were still cleaning the theater so we had to wait which was fine, but then at concessions my friend ordered after us and the girl told him that he was basically out of luck for having ice in his drink because they were out of ice(I had just ordered from her and got ice) I think she clearly was being lazy and didn't want to go fill up her ice well, we had to go to the restaurant to get ice from the soda machine in there. They let us in the theater around 9:40 and we proceeded to wait for the movie to start. But around 10:20 the screen was still blank and the lights were still on. My friend went to go ask what was going on, and the employees were shocked to find out it wasn't playing. Which tells me that when they were running late cleaning they forgot to actually start playing the movie. Shortly after, around 10:40 the movie finally kicks on, but from the very start of the commercials. So we sit through another 30 min of commercials and trailers, and then the movie starts. Here's the kick, none of the 4d features were working. No chairs were moving, no wind was being blown, it was just a normal movie at that point. This was also a full theater of people who just paid a lot of money for 4D, so I went and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was the same girl from concessions that told my friend he was out of luck with ice. I told her the 4d wasn't working, and she seemed like she really didn't care and told me someone else already complained and they were fixing it. So I go back in and wait for it to be fixed, and then the movie turns off completely and the lights come on. The manager girl comes in and tells everybody they are fixing the 4d and that it'll come back on in 10 min and we can get refunds at the end of the movie. Perfect. So we wait, and then the movie kicks back on but 5 min past where we were at so it was a little confusing, but also THE 4D WAS STILL NOT WORKING. We decided to just finish watching the movie and accept the loss. After the movie we got in a long line to get our refund, and the girl was the only one up there and gave a couple people a refund but as the line got longer she disappeared and made another guy come and give out the refunds. I wish I got the girls name because honestly she should not be in a management position. She clearly didn't care about the guest experience and was extremely unprepared for the opening day of this movie. We got our refund but we will not be returning to this location, this is one of the many reasons people don't go to the movies anymore! read more

We saw The Brutalist on Sunday, Jan. 26. 3:40 matinee. Everything was fine until the intermission was over. The overhead lights didn't turn off which was super annoying. I had to go to the entrance of the theater to find someone to call to turn them off. After 5 minutes they went off. BUT, at the end of the movie, the lights never came on, so all the people had to stumble out in the dark! read more

This place is a sad shell of its former self, and hell, even a shell of its former shell from 5 years ago. The IMAX screen is the ONLY reason to come here, which is still amazing, albeit the seats are falling apart and uncomfortable as hell. Do not come here for any other experience though. Skip the concessions as well, they are awful. We came today and literally had to hunt someone down to scan my tickets, we walked around the entire place unbothered unchecked and could've gone anywhere at anytime which is a security risk among other issues. The popcorn we got was stale and old, but the dead eyed staff couldn't care less. There are 5 total drink choices and it's just all an afterthought. They've never even bothered taking down the old concessions signs. There are a lot of things on there they no longer offer and packages that they haven't had in 10 years. Also their prices are wrong! The saddest part is how this is in contrast to what it used to be. The Warren was AMAZING when it opened and for years after until Regal bought it. It was one of a kind, and now is just a memory. We decided to go and see the newest Godzilla movie. This is the first time we have been to the movies in quite awhile. We purchased our tickets online. The theater had assigned seating which i like. I was hoping to get to watch it in 4D but they had already switched to wonka. The movies have gone up and if you want popcorn and a drink be prepared to drop 40-50 bucks if there is two of you. No wonder people smuggle stuff in. Found our seats and waited for the previews...and waited...and waited. Movie was to start at 7:15pm. Literally 30 minutes of previews and tons of ads finally started at about 7:25, 10 minutes after the movie was supposed to have started! The movie finally started at a couple minutes before 8pm. 45 MINUTES AFTER SHOW TIME! Ridiculous. The girl at the snack counter...rude. Didn't listen at all. Told her twice I wanted popcorn with butter. When she rang it up she asked if I wanted butter. I've only been to this theatre 3 times total. At it's worst, AMC Crossroads was never this bad and it's closed now. Just saying. read more

Our family ended up seeing a movie here on a whim. Although I have driven past this movie theater many times before, I have never actually seen a movie inside this facility. When you walk in it's very spacious. There are many options for purchasing tickets, such as buying online beforehand or ordering at a kiosk, or late at the staffed desk. They also have a nice little diner attached toB the cinema where you can have a meal before or after the movie. We opted to do the usual, which was popcorn, nachos and candy with drinks. And honestly I didn't feel that it was outrageously priced - at least in comparison to other theater locations. We chose to watch our movie with the 4DX experience, and I can say I was not prepared for that, moving seats and all, but it was kind of awesome. The overall building seemed really clean and the staff were helpful. The bathroom looked nice. And the actual theater that we were in was very clean. Overall, I think this was a nice spot to bring a family (and we had a large group including extended family) Oh! Let's not forget that they also have a game area, so there is a lot to keep everyone occupied and very happy! read more

Not my favorite theater because of the seats. They are velvet & pretty laid back, but if anyone within 3 seats of you makes movement, then you'll feel every rock and bounce imaginable, at least that's what happened to me tonight in Theater 7 Row M. It was very annoying. Huge parking lot, which is great. Outside is very retro. Inside is also, includes an arcade & a dining room. We always get popcorn, and the wait is decent. Staff is kind but not over the top. Their card reader can never read our Mastercard for some reason. Regal has an app my husband uses for points. We always buy tickets online to secure our seats. Everyone always comes casual, and some bring their own blankets. Movie experience was a good quality screen & sound, minus the 30 minutes in trailers and ads. So if your movie starts at 7:15, it really doesn't begin until 7:45. Overall, we don't come to this theater unless we're meeting friends. I don't choose this place on my own. read more

We purchased tickets for the 6:55 showing of Jurassic world at the Moore Warren Theater. The first trailer didn't start until 7:12, almost 20 min into what should have been the movie. We originally bought tickets to line up with the Deathly Hallows 2 film that half our party was going to see. We were able to get our tickets refunded but were informed all movies start 30 min after the showtime to allow people time to get to their film from concession. This isn't posted on the website or advertised when purchasing tickets online so when we played our drop times to happen close together, we would've ended up in our film running an hour past their drop times Their film wasn't delayed either. This should be posted or a notification type pop up when purchasing online. Also, it's the customers responsibility to be on time to their movie or miss out. The food is overpriced but edible. Customer service was just okay. Setting was super dark but it hid how used everything is. read more

Nice and clean theatre. Prices of course are crazy, but splurge a little sometimes. Only had one bad experience and it was due to teens being teens. One thing I don't like is that I enjoy the theaters with the reclining seats, but, sometimes you will see a show in the older seats and it's not a great experience. read more

Well figured I'd give it a try. Flix is 10 times better. I purchased ticket through the app. For some reason it popped up Midwest city, so the location settings don't work. I showed up at Moore. They could not issue a refund. Not all of their seats are reclining so this makes it less disable. Most places now have all reclining seats. Because of this we couldn't rebook at the Moore location. I asked for a refund and after the manager got done ridiculing me for not liking regular seats or 4D shows, he then said go online and request a refund. I did this and there is not a "request refund" option. Only an email here for more help option. So I wasted $40 of tickets and can't get a refund. With flix it's as easy as clicking one button on the app and it's done. No thank you. No I will not be using Regal again. read more

I have seen many movies at The Warren. There are too many to count. It was recommended to me to see Black Panther 2 in 4DX 3D. I am glad no one was behind me in the seats. Halfway thru the movie and anytime there was an action scene. I had to get out of my seat and stand. I felt like I was riding a roller coaster without safety equipment. I will never watch another movie this way. I only have 1 spine and have already had 4 surgeries on it. I don't need another one from Whiplash while watching movies. read more

Why do you have to pay to go to the Movie Theater and then listen to 15 minutes of Commercial Advertisements .???

Lifelong Warren Moore attendee here (up until 11/27, I went at least once a week). This theater has honestly started to slip down the drain a bit. Firstly, I do not like putting a company down without providing suggestions for other possible attendees. As a cinema lover, go to Classic Crossroads 16 if you're in the Moore area. Harkins Bricktown or Cinemark in OKC, or the new AMC in Norman. All of which have their own issues but are currently a far better option than this theater. Look. The Warren Moore is the prettiest, biggest, and nicest looking theater in these parts. They know this thus the prices are substantially more expensive than any surrounding theaters. Across the board. The issue, like all good things, is that the company has become too big and has presumably been taken over by failing representatives far more concerned with profiteering than actually providing a great experience. I have had issues with the lights going down at the beginning of screenings, but not like my 4DX screening of Napoleon on 11/27/2023. The lights stayed on for over seven minutes. I started timing on my clock app after it began to irritate me. I went to find an employee to fix the lights. A teenager with a horrendous attitude tells me, "you will have to go find someone over there" in a dismissive tone and sends me over to the counter. I tell someone over the counter, and they then went to find someone. Approximately 2-4 minutes later the lights are finally turned off. Here's the issue: The teenage employee was snarky for an ideological issue I do not feel comfortable laying on the theater publicly as I do not feel they deserve it. Still, I emailed them separately with the issue and they apologized and felt the need to go out of their way to provide three free tickets with the claim that they are "unrestricted" - meaning any movie ticket can be purchased with the courtesy tickets. The wording suggests that the tickets are "unrestricted", the framing being that they are free and thus a refund is not necessary. I agreed that the refund wasn't necessary until I tried to use the courtesy ticket and it still asked me to pay a surcharge (ironically, the charge was $8, or the price of a normal ticket at most theaters). As you can see from the initial email, the Regal representative apologized and offered the unrestricted tickets. When I emailed them about the surcharge tagged onto the tickets a new Regal representative tried to give me some sly snark with a comment about the tickets being a "courtesy", implying that they were not provided as an apology. Check the email I have attached to this review and tell me if you think that holds up. This is a case of corporate greed, plain and simple. I am no Karen as the previous paragraphs may present. This is simply the breaking point for me as I have dealt with lighting issues all my life and never have once complained afterwards. The Warren in Moore has issues that need to be addressed immediately if the company ever plans to continue being one of the best theaters in Oklahoma. Casual movie-goers might not see an issue today... tomorrow is a different day entirely. read more

My husband and I have been coming to this theater off and on for years. Back when it was owned by Warren, the quality was excellent. We would often sit in the balcony, and even went to the Director's Suites a few times. Since it was changed to Regal, however the quality has greatly declined. It's understandable that there would be a menu change. The food quality has dived, too, however. We've gone back several times, hoping it was just a one-off or some short-term issues, but it hasn't improved. Plus, where once you would be served your meal on actual plates with cutlery, now you get it in a to-go container with a plastic fork. Soggy fries with no ketchup eaten with a plastic fork from a plastic box is not the kind of meal I would expect when I'm paying premium prices for the ticket and for the food. The drink menu also changed. Where we once used to order some great cocktails, now it seems like even a Long Island Iced Tea is beyond their capabilities. It was not very good. The server had to come back at least once to verify what drink my husband ordered. I ordered some water to drink, and ended up getting a small cup like you would get on an airplane. This was supposed to last 2.5 hours through the whole movie? I was done with that before the previews were over. I ended up ordering a soda, just so I would have something to drink through the movie (I suppose I could have pushed the button for service every 20 minutes for a refill, if I was really petty). We made sure to arrive about 30 minutes early, as we knew we were going to order food. We still didn't get our food until after the movie had begun. It took a long time to even get our drinks; The couple next to us got theirs first, and they arrived well after we did. Plus, they were out of the dessert I wanted. I know it happens, but that was just one more nail in the coffin. Ultimately: The balcony and director's suites are no longer the treat that they used to be. You're better off eating dinner at an actual restaurant before your movie. The food will be better and cheaper, most likely. As for us, we will still visit this theater for any special events that may pop up, but I doubt we will visit the balcony or director's suites again unless there is a major revamp done in the diner. We'll go to a different theater for our regular movie-going from now on. read more

The place was filthy. The only workers were at concession. Self-serve butter was empty. Nobody was selling tickets, they only had self-serve kiosks. Nobody checking tickets so there were all kinds of little kids being noisy in an adult movie and teens running in and out to take selfies while the movie was playing. read more

We took the kiddies to see Frozen 2, standard seating/showing on a Sunday evening. The theater was clean and popcorn was fresh. No issues at all. There are a lot of commercials and previews but it's not a big deal to me. All the staff that we talked to and interacted with were very pleasant. I went to the Warren many times before it switched to Regal and other than the excessive commercials, everything feels the same. I LOVE that you reserve your seats ahead of time so no worries about getting the perfect spot for your group. read more

We got our tickets online for a 440pm showing of Maxine on July 5th and the ticket showed that it was showing in auditorium 14 (they no longer have the names of the movies in lights overhead )we go to auditorium 14 and another movie showing so we go back to the ticket guy and he tells us it's an auditorium 11. And in this auditorium the seats that we selected were purchased by somebody else because auditorium 14 was on our ticket. And when we went to use some gift cards, there was a manager that was holding up the cashiers trying to work , god knows what that was about. We stood in line forever so we switched to another line and then that manager went to that cashier and was grabbing our gift cards and saying that they were expired and we ended up throwing one away thinking it was expired that had $10 on it. Come to find out they don't expire so I don't know what that shadiness was about. The seats we purchased even though we knew, that someone else was gonna come up and say they were their seats, since the online purchase had the wrong auditorium on. so when they did, we moved to another set of seats and people showed up for those seats too so finally we found two seats that were unavailable. If that would've been full seating we would've had nowhere to sit. Our experience there was a complete nightmare and as soon as we use our gift cards, we are never going there again and the regal theater owes us $10 worth of gift cards that they lied about them expiring. On top of that when we went into the theater, no one had clean the theater and there was wrappers and crap everywhere. It's so sad to see how crappy this theater has become. read more

I cannot believe what happened today. On Tuesdays and Thursdays Regal Warren Theater offers dollar movies for kids specifically. They are older cartoons, but still, it's something to do on a smoking hot summer day. We wanted to see Sing. It's a really cute cartoon that we all enjoy with plenty of laughs and singing. We get our popcorn and drinks and tuck in our seats waiting for the show. The previews start. The first preview was a Harriet Tubman film. With guns pointed at each other and talk of people owning people I was holding my breath and trying to deflect questions from my two little boys. By this time there were enough mom's and dad's out in the hallway with their hackles raised that they had about 10 employees either curious as to what was happening or trying to stop a heard of angry parents... Good luck. May the odds be ever in your favor and grab the infinity stones on your way. Your going to need all of it. You don't mess with a parent's cub, just saying. Now I'm fielding questions I shouldn't have to from a 5 & newly 7 year old all because some douchenozzle thought it'd be good or funny to run these type of trailers. They stopped the movie only to break the projector and shuffled everyone out of the theater to either get a refund or see another film. Regal I'm sure does not read these reviews. The owners are mostly British and could probably give two flying farts what happens in their multi-million dollar acquisition of a once wonderful place. Went for the first time post-COVID Sunday for Halloween Kills. Place was extremely dirty. They were using napkins in the bathroom as towels. Yes, napkins! Since they closed the separate area that did ticket sales and only sale tickets at the concessions this creates long lines. We used the app to buy tickets but wanted to use the app for food and drinks but it didn't have half the drink selections that they actually have and no candy was available on the app. I wish this was still run by the Warren group. I use to love the Warren in Moore but every time I come here it's getting worse. First: You can tell the overworked energy from all the employees. They clearly aren't enjoying life as much as they did when Warren owned the place. Second: The website is not helpful when picking your tickets. It doesn't state weather you are in the balcony or the Director suite. You have to click on the movie to the. See if you can select 21+ and even then it's a guess if you're in the director's suite or the balcony. Third: What the hell happen to the menu? I mean really?! I use to come here just to eat dinner sometimes and now everything on the menu is your typical crap. The food taste like the cheaply made menu looks. Forth: They put some of the dumbest movies in the 21+ showings. What happened to letting the good movies stay a while? It's as if they are rushing to cycle them all through. Fifth: The place is falling apart. The elevator had been missing a piece for a while which has now been tapped over. The chairs at the bar are warn out and starting to fall apart. Sixth: I've never seen theaters as dirty as Regals. There's always popcorn all over the floor and hallways. The bathrooms are always a mess (and I come at many different times and days so not just on a packed house kind of day). Seventh: It so LOUD! You can no longer hear the soundtrack music playing in the main room or through the halls because everything is so loud. When I came to watch a movie and they had rented out one of the theaters for a corporate event and we could hear them while we were trying to watch a movie. Eighth: We have to either pay the fee to purchase the tickets online or wait forever in line when we get here. Either way you have to wait in the long line to have someone check your ticket or use the scanner which is a pain. Im looking forward to the Warren in Del City and I hope Regal keeps there hands off. I feel for the employees because they all have had to go from an awesome theater to having to try and talk up the crap that we are all getting dished by regal. read more

So, we pay $50 for two tickets to spider man 21+ (used to be the director suite). When we get there, we find out the bartender and bar staff upstairs were basically either MIA or sent home, so EVERYONE wanting food had to order from the cafe downstairs, but they were nice to allow us to take the food upstairs. So, $50 more at the cafe turns into hamburgers and two Truvia Berry cans. Plus most of the staff just had a "whatever" attitude, probably because customers complaining. We enjoyed the movie but should have waited for streaming. We basically paid premium prices for a budget theatre experience at the mall. We won't be returning for several months. Brought down one star for the changes that occurred after it became regal. It's Okay now. Not great. Tinseltown is way better. You can tell the staff is disgruntled and overworked/underpaid. Not really any pride in it anymore. They did streamline some concessions though and add more variety so thats good! Theatre isn't as clean as it was but still mostly clean. One thing I've noticed and love is that their personnel consists of more disabled people now! That is an awesome display of inclusion! Bathroom toilets need work. I mostly find they are not very clean so I usually save it for home or have to hunt for a clean basin. Still love that they have student tickets though. I don't mind the flaws in the theatre so much when my tickets are cheap. They need a morale booster though. read more
