They have done well with the re-design of the AMC Robinson Crossing 6, which has been in Robinson Crossing since I was in middle school, which I assure you is a very long time. It's had some owners that did not give it a proper updating and its condition has suffered as a result. However, I think the current ownership group has invested time and resources into rehabilitating this place and it shows. It's no longer just a dollar theatre or a place to go when closer theatres are sold out. It's a destination in its own right. I saw a film around 6 pm on a Tuesday during summer. It was not busy but it certainly wasn't dead either. There are more your typical concession options, including lots of hot food available. There is also a bar but it was not open during my stay. I'm assuming it's only available on weekends but I do not know that to be the case, that's just my guess. The seating is comfortable but my main issue is that the footrests only elevate several inches. The new stadium seating that is in my most theatres recline to a higher degree. Now, I'm not looking to fall asleep, but I'd like recline more than a foot. That being said, the seat was comfortable, had tables for your concessions, and the middle armrest folded up if you would rather share a small couch or love seat over 2 individual seats. Really hope this place makes it, it would be great for this shopping center and Norman in general. Glad to see it was doing well, hopefully that continues. read more

The employees were very nice an the seating area was clean as were the rows. The seats reclined and were heated. It was a comfortable watching experience. They also have subtitle devices for those that are hard of hearing. read more

Food way overpriced, hotdog and popcorn way salty. 18.00 for two small hotdogs is ridiculous and they taste not good. Chair would not recline and had to be plugged in. First time been here since it was dollar movie and redone. I won't be back. read more

This location is going downhill fast. It's overpriced and it's filthy all the time. But that's better than the staff by far.The staff are incompetent, rude, unhelpful, always on their phones, literally sit on their asses all day and do nothing. But the managers are even worse, they don't know how to do their job and have no responsibility or care to make this place better. This company really needs to either shut down this branch or have an employee purge, even the mangers should be considered for termination. I've never been to a place that is so horrifically staffed. If you want to go see a movie go to Warren or make it up to Penn Square, at least that AMC knows how to run a business. read more

Why did it take so long for movies to have reserved seating!! So spoiled to be able to walk in the front door at 8:05 for an 8pm show and know you got great seats waiting for you! Comfy. Heated. Reclining seats! I have endured Nicole Kidman rambling on about heartbreak and being reborn so freaking much I can hear her voice in my head when a room gets quiet. Please make it stop!! PLEASE!!!!!! Quail Springs is the best AMC around... but the cozy Robinson Crossing is even cooler than it was back in the 90's when it was one of two 6-screens in Norman. This place has gone DOWNHILL. this used to be our favorite place. We just left during the movie because the thermostat said 80 degrees. I asked 3 times if someone could adjust it. The staff could care less. They are dirty looking and it takes 20 minutes to get your snacks before the movie. Going to the movies should be a fun experience but this place has had no oversight. The workers are stressed and no one knows what to do. Terrible terrible. read more

It's a small theater but that didn't really bother me. What did bother me was the seating, it wasn't very comfortable. There was still trash on the floor and on the seats when we went inside and it was really warm in there. It's was ok but I'd much rather go to Warren in Moore. read more

Highly recommend this new theatre in Norman! New leather recliner seats, they even have seat warmers! It has your typical movie goodies but also other treats from flatbread pizzas to bar option drinks. Well worth the price to lounge with your favorite flick! No ones is blocking your view! read more

A very helpful and friendly staff. They actually clean the seats after movies. I would definitely recommend this theater.

The outside doesn't show the wonders inside! The ticket boy (Jacob) was very nice and directed us to our theatre, was passed a nice slushee station and bar. We were in theatre 3 which was clean. The chairs are so comfy and recline a little. read more

We like the convenience of the theater, but boy it's filthy. We are at a first show on a Sunday and it's clear they didn't clean the night before. Floors in the theater are filthy. Concessions are poorly stocked. And the outside trash can is overflowing, its contents spilling into the front of the building. This business is barely two years old. Do better, guys. read more

Solid local option for watching a movie. We'll be going there a lot. Everything is clean and new. Screening rooms are small but the screen is big enough & sharp, sound is great. Black leather seats are brand new and very comfy - they recline, leg rest comes up, heated. 3 people in my group mentioned they wished it reclined more, but not a deal breaker. Offensively overpriced concessions like any theater. Being 10 miles from the Warren (maybe the best theater in the country) it's got stiff competition, but it really is a great local alternative. Warren plays 25 minutes of trailers & commercials pre-roll, but this one was 15 max. That may change. Worst part is no stadium seating. Not much slope at all. Row E is probably your best option - it has a decent elevation lift from the rows in front of it. Screen feels a bit high compared to other theaters but that's a net positive since it ensures everyone can see. I don't think there's any row where your vision would be blocked by the row in front. read more

Great local theater! It only has 6 screens BUT it makes up for it in so many ways. Reclining seats with heaters, large screens, modern interior, great prices, a miniature bar, great line up of movies and more! I am so happy that this theater is now open again. This theatre was recently reopened as upscale. The seats were comfy, movie was good. In the theatre you could hear the loud noises from the theatre next to it. The place was so dirty! The floors were sticky, they hadn't vacuumed recently, the bathrooms were out of toilet paper and the dyson hand dryer was filled with dirt and hair! The fountain drink machine was nice, but it had soda all over the counters. For a new theatre they should try cleaning more! Next time back to Warren. read more

Theater is always filthy, don't even look inside of the hand dryers in the bathroom, it is truly disgusting. Staff is consistently rude. The sound bleed from auditorium to auditorium is unbearable. I have been only going on $5 Tuesdays, but I think it's worth paying more to be able to actually hear the movie you are watching instead of the film next door. read more

I went to see zombieland 2 tonight. Paid around $50 for tickets food and drinks for 2 people. I had been in the theater before the remodel when it was the dollar theater, they have definitely made it 100x better looking and added new heated recliners. Sadly after only about a month of being open, many of the chairs seem to be broken (before my movie there was employees flipping over some and trying to fix them but failing) and it really sucks because you reserve seats, so you don't know you reserved a broken seat until you get there. They still work and are comfortable but on recline about 20% of what they're supposed to and end up just making it more uncomfortable. I was disappointed to spend that much money just to not be able to use the main feature I was looking forward to. Every other aspect was great (except the food prices even for a movie theater) but the only reason I went here instead of the warren was the seats. Fix them or I'll keep going to the warren. read more

What a nasty theater! Just filthy! The manager and the guy behind the concessions counter were both really rude, not to mention dirty looking. I haven't been to the theater to watch a movie out for over a year and this was my first time back since covid began and this is what I run into right away. Not likely I'll be going back to this filth hole for at least another year, I'll wait and see if they can get rid of their management and staff, then try again. AMC should be ashamed, they've had a year to get this place ready to go and this is what they come up with--horrible night out! Avoid this place at all cost--they don't care how they look, how you feel about the place, or if you enjoy your movie......horrible people. read more
