They are very affordable and family fun. It's a good night of entertainment depending on your feel for Shakespeare and what play they are doing.

Upon entrance you see the will-call window. Enter through the red door to the left. There were a few tables with chairs in the middle, art for sale on the wall. And then double doors to the left to the theater and bathrooms to the right. All the way at the back had a small area selling drinks and snacks. They're advertised as a local theater, but the caliber of the talent was phenomenal. The actors transported us back in time to tell this beautiful and sad story. We thoroughly enjoyed the performance, so much so that we already got tickets for their next play, "Beer for Breakfast" (Oct 17-Nov 2, 2025).

CST has a great reception area with art on display and they sell drinks including cocktails, and snacks. The theatre scene is alive and well in Oklahoma. We also like Jewel Box Theatre and the Civic Center. The play's description: Winn Dottie and Ruth Hamilton have always kept their lives in order, living each day in rural isolation and contentment. All of that changes when the sheriff drops a battered teenager on their doorstep and asks them to keep them safe. The question is--can these two older women get past their own ingrained ideas of how life should be to protect a teenager they don't even understand? Wish I had taken a photo of the stage before the play started to share here. Two story stage worked well in how we were able to see the characters in private conversations which switched so smoothly between scenes. The play is set in 1937, in the Great Depression with the hardships of earning enough money to meet the family's needs. Serious subjects with lots of humor thrown in. Tears and lots of laughter. All the actors were amazing. So pleased Terry found a cast with so much dedication to the craft, down to perfect accents!

They have several musical stages set up on each end with local talent. I will say neither end stage had great entertainment while we were there but it was a place to sit in the shade. All kinds of food and drink vendor booths as well as many talented artists. Photography, pottery, painting, mixed media and just about anything you might be interested in. Prices are what you would see at most art feats. Lots of people with dogs which is fine except the concrete and blacktop sure gets hot for them. It is really a nice fest.

She loves miniature golf, so I was going to take her to try out the mini golf at Brickopolis. Unfortunately, they were closed when their hours said open. I called them and was told they closed early due to it being so slow that evening. I told them we were really looking forward to mini golf. The manager said give me a second and I'll come out there. They went ahead and let us play and didn't charge us. They also waited until we were done to close up. Customer service and satisfaction here is definitely taken seriously. They were so nice to accommodate us considering they had already closed. The course is a really fun course that is located right next to the Bricktown Canal. They also have a building on the other side of the canal with arcade games and laser tag. This is a fun spot if your looking for some fun activities to do in Bricktown, and they will make sure that you're taken care of!
