Flix is not a cheap date, I will start by stating that. The service is quick and the waitstaff are nice. The food was delicious but pricey. They have my favorite cider on tap which was a wonderful surprise. They do automatically add gratuity, so watch out. I am short so I struggled to get out of the chair without knocking my food over but that's more of a personal problem I think. I went here because it's new and I heard good things about it. I didn't like it at all. I got a good seat and loved that there's little tables at each seat. Wonderful if you want to snack or have a drink. What I didn't like is that there's a blinding light at each seat and I had to put my purse over the light to stop it from shining in my eyes during the movie. I didn't see any button to turn it off. Another thing I hated was when a customer ordered food or drinks during the movie someone would come in with loud keys jingling and it disrupts the movie. The serves are loud and all you can hear is someone taking an order or something during the movie as they deliver food or drinks. My whole movie was ruined by disruptions. Prompt service. Preset 18% gratuity is a little steep for the level and quality of service. Popcorn is decent movie popcorn, tasted fresh but not nearly as much in bowl as the menu photo would indicate. Bianca pizza was good and enjoyed the quality and taste of the gluten free crust but $5 up charge is steep for GF crust, esp when menu online says up charge should be only $4. Saw the movie Mercy this weekend and had a great experience at Flix Brewhouse. The theater was clean and comfortable, and the food was way better than expected for a movie theater. This just became my favorite "high end" movie place. I'm not a big beer drinker but even I have to admit the selection was impressive. I really enjoyed the effort the put into the food. The popcorn was noticably fresh and I like that they give you your own salt. The pretzel was fresh and the wings actually had flavor! I'm surprised by the overall 3.5 reviews. We had an amazing time here. Came here last month to see a spike Lee movie and it was packed! Loved the service! This is always our go-to movie theater. We love the comfort of the seats and the fact that you can eat while watching your movie. We have enjoyed several meals here and I'm happy we always enjoy the food. The service is nice and now you can even order directly from your phone or with one of the wait staff. I think this makes it easier not to disturb people while they are watching the movie. Be sure you arrive early, so you have time to order before the movie starts. My only complaint is the bathrooms. I think they need to make sure someone is keeping them cleaner. The last few times I've gone, the bathrooms were not very clean. read more

One of my new favorite date places! It's the perfect blend of all that I love: time with loved ones, movies, food and beverages! In fact, we loved it so much that we are going back next week to watch another movie! Attended the Twister movie event, which included an appetizer (jalapeño poppers), a burger and fries (some of best fries I've had!), a cocktail (tea one), a core beer of my choice (IPA), a lemon tart, a bowl of popcorn. Loved the menu diversity of both the event and the regular menu. I can't wait to sample the rest of the menu and experience the venue when a special event isn't happening. I think this is a great place to watch a movie. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because I truly think the food is better at other theaters across the metro. The popcorn doesnt really taste fresh and the desserts we ordered were either melted when arrived or not prepped correctly. The service was pretty short when asking questions or for a refill on coffee or soft drinks. I will say, the overall experience of being at the theater is great (clean, new, comfy) if youre not looking to order food. It's like a movie theater with a modern twist. So you sit down and wait for your movie to start. You can order from their menu. The food is pretty yummy. The only thing I didn't like was their bimbibap bowl. The fish and chips are good! You write what you want down and when you're ready you push the button. They have a wide selection of drinks whether alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Their drinks come in a giant glass and I don't believe they come back to refill. I have never been able to finish my first glass so I'm not quite sure, honestly, in the refill department. You can order as many times as you want. Before the movie is over they will bring you your check. It's not cheap so be ready to easily spent $100 here but it's a treat! A fun experience or a fun/cute date for you and someone. The theater seems very clean and parking was easy. I didn't have to use the restroom so can't comment on that. Their cake is really good so be sure to leave room for desserts. Absolutely adore this place. Almost every single time that I have been here, has been a stellar experience! The servers are quick, quiet, and extremely attentive. Prices are normal for today's market, nothing too over the top, and the food and drink quality has almost always been exceptional. There was one time where we were served half frozen food, and the drinks were very odd tasting, and they completely refunded the entire night for us. I really enjoy seeing movies at Flix. I love the Wednesday discount and the weekday happy hour. The unlimited popcorn is really nice too. I thought getting food delivered to your seat was overly luxurious, but now I love it. They'll even bring an ice water which I love. Only downside is you have to sit in the seat you paid for, or it all gets confused. I'm wondering if I could talk to the person at the ticket booth to see if she could move me right before the showing if there ends up being a better spot. Something for the future. I love the recliner seats, but they aren't the absolute comfiest. No real complaints though. Of course better than classic theater seats. The movie experience is always top tier when I'm here. However when it comes to the food it's over priced and microwaved. I stopped going because every time I would attempt to order, somehow my food never gets delivered. Even if it's ordered in a group. I almost always get forgotten. I was excited to try Flix Brewhouse, but it ended up being a frustrating experience. The setup sounds great, but it just doesn't work. Lights at every seat, servers constantly walking around, and way too many distractions. It was hard to focus on the movie. The food wasn't worth it. I got the Buffalo Mac and Cheese--bland, overpriced, and honestly not much better than something from a box. I would've been better off eating somewhere else first. Service was slow, and they sneak in an 18% gratuity with no warning. There's no way to opt out if you want to pay in-app. I am great at tipping, but I don't like being forced to, especially when the service is bad (not saying that was the case here). And if I'm tipping, I'd rather do it in cash so I know the servers actually get it instead of the company taking a cut. For what it costs, this place isn't worth it. Too many distractions, slow service, and a ridiculous mandatory fee. We won't be back. read more

Literally just finished watching Inside Out 2 less than an hour ago! And damn, this is probably my last time coming here. Seats are comfy. Overall the place seems clean. And honestly, if I didn't order anything and just simply wanted to watch a movie, I'd consider coming back. However, when you think of this place you'd want to order food!? Service is BEYOND slow. Drinks took so long! Ordered food before the movie started and received it 30 minutes into the movie. It wasn't hot and didn't taste very fresh. Ordered a refill on drinks with a water and JEEZ. We got our refill 5 minutes before the movie was over and the water tasted WORSE than tap water. Regretfully decided to use the restroom after the movies where majority of the stalls had no toilet paper. This place just isn't worth the drive for me. Maybe I'll come back? But nah. read more

AHMAZING! Tickets are cheaper than most cinemas. Food was WORTH IT! You do pay 18% gratuity no matter what but the guarantee service and if you get crappy service they'll take the gratuity off. Food was awesome. Drinks (fountain) are $5 and I don't think they're refillable BUT they're huge. The entire facility is clean and maintained. Staff is super friendly and the entire experience was well worth any amount of money you'll spend at a warren theatre... To call for service you pushy the button and they come. During the movie you write down what you need and they take the note and get you what you need. It's easy and so fun! Wifey tip- bring a big coat or blanket. It is freezing. The employees are very quick to serve you as soon as you are seated, the theaters are clean and cozy and the food is always delicious, I usually get a popcorn and the Buffalo chicken wrap with fries. Their fries are my favorite! They have a nice crunchy crispness that always hits. Some of their drinks are on the sweeter side for me but I enjoy their beer. I've sat at the bar once and really enjoyed trying the different beers they brew. The bartender was super friendly and quick as well. Awful awful service. Maybe the service has gotten worse since I've started going here, but I had the worse experience ever today. I ordered a simple order of chips & queso 10 minutes before the movie started and meanwhile my husband ordered after me, but received all his food including a pizza, loaded fries, and an alcoholic beverage 5 minutes later, I had to wait a total of 30 minutes before I received my food (still no water) and after I clicked the button twice to get any service. This place sits right off a main road way and is absolutely amazing! Took the kids to see the new Mario movie and our experience was top shelf. From walking in and scanning the ticket bar code and having assigned seats. Too pushing a button and ordering food from the menu you download on your phone and getting it while in a recliner. I highly recommend the bbq bone in wings, absolutely delicious wings. Our kids loved the movie and the food. Go on a Wednesday it's half price your wallet will thank you.
