Nice open concession area so you don't have to crawl over people to get what you need. Self serve popcorn and drinks, which I love because it keeps me from having to stand in line. Love the reclining seats with the food/drink tray. The only thing that would make it better is if the seats were heated because I always get cold in the movies! read more

Excellent theatre...not so great movies. This theatre has comfortable reclining seats, nice layout so no blocked view, reasonable concessions, good sound. Could be a fav theatre. However, their movie options are always limited. They seem to show all the bad religious based films, kids movies and animation and older movies. Rarely a mainstream film for adults. Have a feeling the owners may be evangelical. If I knew this as fact...would not return. read more

What an awesome movie theater! The inside was so clean. I've truly never seen a theater bathroom so clean. I was very impressed. The service was great too. Also, the seats were very comfortable. They had nice add-ons such as a tray for food and a sliding wall thingy on the sides of the chairs for privacy. On top of all of that, they had good popcorn and coke. Overall, great movie theater and I highly recommend it if you want to see a movie. read more

A great place to catch a movie!! Tuesday tickets are $5 each!! Of course they have an all you can eat popcorn! That's a deal! I took my wife to see Gladiator II. Definitely not her movie but. . . . she's picked out movies that have a lot of singing and I'm just not a fan of those types of movies. I guess four of those movies will equal one of mine! This is a really nice venue to see a movie if you live in the Edmond area. read more

Came here for the lilo and stitch movie and we had a great time! I love the all you can eat popcorn. They have great prices on popcorn and drinks also! My husband bought our tickets online, we arrived for our 6:45 showing at approximately 6:48 (he doesn't believe in movie start times and thinks almost all have a 30 minute previews section- sigh). Unfortunately when giving our ticket QR to the cashier we discovered that he bought tickets for THE OTHER LOCATION!! A disaster! Thankfully our cashier was EXTREMELY helpful- she contacted the other Icon theater and got our tickets essentially transferred to this location and we were able to get to our seats right as the opening scenes started (probably only 10-15 minutes after the movie "start" time). She was incredibly patient and kind- I wish I had gotten her name but she had very cool silvery/blue-ish hair. Thank you to her!! The theater is very nice, all the seats fully recline, unlimited popcorn refills, etc. I've been here a couple times before (when I buy the tickets myself!) and after the phenomenal customer service received tonight, there's no doubt- I'll be back again read more

This is such a great theater. The staff have been super friendly every time I've gone. It's locally owned and pretty low key but with a luxurious experience. The seats recline and you even have a mini wall you can put up or down between your seat and the seats next to you, plus a lap desk that swivels. I love the vintage 90's vibe when you walk in. It also has a quaint little ice cream stand located inside. Icon has amazing seats with the furthest recline I have ever experienced in a theater setting. They also come equipped with personal swivel tables and cup holder. We will definitely go back again. read more

Came here with my son to watch Deadpool & wolverine which was a fun movie. Do like the fact you get all you can eat and drink once you buy. They do try to keep the place clean. The seats are recliner style, which you could see in my picture. The Soundsystem was actually really good. What I don't like if you pay cash, they don't have change for you in the machine when buying tickets. They don't take cash at the concession stand either. Many times I stopped doing business with places that don't accept cash because it is the only legal form tinder. Everything else is promissory and it's very un-American not to take cash. Unless you want us to become a dictatorship. But the machine does take cash, but you have to have exact change cause I was gonna drop $100 and let you guys keep $40 of my money so I paid card. read more

The staff at this location are very friendly, especially to my special needs son. They have a nice little decorated place for pictures every time when there is a new blockbuster movie out. Drinks and popcorns are priced better than other major movie theaters. The seats are very comfortable. Highly recommended this cinema and we will return. read more

For those that have been visiting this theater location for years, new management has given it an upgrade! VIP seating is what they call it, so I had to give the new recliners a try. Love the bright blue pleather, they have retractable dividers at eye level between each seat for a more intimate experience. Each seat has a rotating table top/cup holder for drinks and snacks. Very comfortable! They have about 8 small theaters that are still conventional style (not as dramatic of an incline as stadium) but was no issue viewing the screen. Sound was fantastic, had no issues during my showing and was immersed the entire movie! Great candy options, unlimited popcorn, soft drinks and pretzels/hotdogs are offered at the concession. The floor has been redone and lobby looks nice. Love the local ads supporting Oklahoma City businesses. Big lot to park in and restaurant next door. If you are looking for a local no frills business to support with reclining seating options, this is a great spot for date night or movie with friends and family. read more

Comfortable nice recliner seats (they have usb connection for charger, as well as small privacy dividers you can put up or down which is nice if you have a stranger beside you thats outside of your theater party group or want to have alone time with self) & good showing choices, No matter what drink/popcorn size you get its unlimited refills. My husband and I have been wanting to give icon cinemas a try since they took over kickingbird (which we liked for the nostalgic feel). We got a gift card so we gave it a go. Our experience was unfortunately not great and we will not be returning. First, the girl we got our concessions from knew nothing about the menu. I asked what was in some of the products due to allergies and she said stuff like " I think it has ...." She didn't bother asking anyone. I ended up getting the stuffed pretzel and it was so undercooked, it was almost uneatable. The soda machine was out of Dr Pepper on all of them. After all of that, we went into the movie theater and it was not cleaned well at all. My seat had stuff on it still. I also think since they renovated, they should have put bathrooms closer to the theatres on either side instead of making you walk back into the lobby. Just not what I was expecting for a newly renovated theatre. read more

Me and my partner went to see a 9:30 showing of a film on 4/29/25. Upon arriving and going to the front for tickets and concessions, we were "greeted" (if you can call it that) by scrawny-built, brown haired Caucasian male with a stubble beard wearing all black, who was quite rude and even gave the feeling of being rushed to me and my partner as we were ordering our snacks. Later on before the film started I returned to order some popcorn and was greeted by the same guy, upon ordering a small popcorn I saw the bag was smaller than I thought and politely asked if I could order a large instead, in response to that the cashier guy snatched the small bag back, slammed a large on the counter, and with very much arrogance/rudeness replied "Its almost like the small is sized small". After I quickly replied with the same attitude on how all I did was ask for a different bag he went silent and walked away. Even right after the fact when I went to go fill my own popcorn bag up and the machines were empty the same employee went to the popcorn area, saw they were empty, and then just walked off with multiple people there waiting. The only employee giving service or even seen working/ helping customers was the slender-built, taller, blonde lady. I visit this theater often, this is the only time I've seen this male employee or had an experience like this. It appears whoever this guy is should not be in a customer service roll or just simply hates his job. read more

Excellent theater. It was way cool to go back, it used to be Kickingbird which we went to in High School. They've done a great job bringing this theater back. The staff is nice, there's a great selection of food items. And not badly priced. The seats are reclining and super comfy. It's just a great theater. That's all I can say. read more

This place is phenomenal with their service, they are always eager to help you and quick to get you to your seat. The seats are comfy, no bars hitting your back or calves which is a plus. They have free refills on drinks and popcorn and $5 Tuesdays. My only complaint is the location of bathrooms and needs more of them throughout the building, but it's not a deal breaker for me. read more

fun and unique theatre but they do not accept cash. if you want to pay with cash you have to buy a card and then it still does work half of the time. very frustrating and ended up spending almost $60 on two movie tickets and a small drink and popcorn. Very frustrating. read more

Icon movie theater on Danforth review... Super comfortable seats. You get a table in front of you to put your items on rather than just a little cup holders on the side. You get to recline in the seats as well as have a headrest that is movable. The price for the tickets is super comparable to other places. The snack selection is phenomenal and the prices are not bad. You get free refills on your drinks and your popcorn that is basically like a help yourself type thing which is awesome. The downside, if you are the type of person that likes to put the butter stuff on your popcorn if you get a large bag or something that is too tall it is not going to be easy to put it on your popcorn and spin it around because the area for that is very short. But all in all I would have to say it was great. And that might knock flix out of the running for first spot. read more
