What an awesome movie theater! The inside was so clean. I've truly never seen a theater bathroom so clean. I was very impressed. The service was great too. Also, the seats were very comfortable. They had nice add-ons such as a tray for food and a sliding wall thingy on the sides of the chairs for privacy. On top of all of that, they had good popcorn and coke. Overall, great movie theater and I highly recommend it if you want to see a movie.

A great place to catch a movie!! Tuesday tickets are $5 each!! Of course they have an all you can eat popcorn! That's a deal! I took my wife to see Gladiator II. Definitely not her movie but. . . . she's picked out movies that have a lot of singing and I'm just not a fan of those types of movies. I guess four of those movies will equal one of mine! This is a really nice venue to see a movie if you live in the Edmond area.

We love coming to icon! It's cozy and comfy and have plenty of leg room! The popcorn is alway so fresh and you get free refills on sodas and popcorn! Great place for kids!

This is such a great theater. The staff have been super friendly every time I've gone. It's locally owned and pretty low key but with a luxurious experience. The seats recline and you even have a mini wall you can put up or down between your seat and the seats next to you, plus a lap desk that swivels. I love the vintage 90's vibe when you walk in. Tons of treats and great popcorn, plus dippin' dots!!

Thank you @iconcinemaedmond and @yelpoklahoma for a great experience. We didn't know about this fun little theater. The offer self-serve popcorn and butter, a nacho cheese bar, and drinks. It also has a quaint little ice cream stand located inside. Icon has amazing seats with the furthest recline I have ever experienced in a theater setting. They also come equipped with personal swivel tables and cup holder. We will definitely go back again.

Came here with my son to watch Deadpool & wolverine which was a fun movie. Do like the fact you get all you can eat and drink once you buy. They do try to keep the place clean. The seats are recliner style, which you could see in my picture. The Soundsystem was actually really good. What I don't like if you pay cash, they don't have change for you in the machine when buying tickets. They don't take cash at the concession stand either. Many times I stopped doing business with places that don't accept cash because it is the only legal form tinder. Everything else is promissory and it's very un-American not to take cash. Unless you want us to become a dictatorship. But the machine does take cash, but you have to have exact change cause I was gonna drop $100 and let you guys keep $40 of my money so I paid card.

For those that have been visiting this theater location for years, new management has given it an upgrade! VIP seating is what they call it, so I had to give the new recliners a try. Love the bright blue pleather, they have retractable dividers at eye level between each seat for a more intimate experience. Each seat has a rotating table top/cup holder for drinks and snacks. Very comfortable! They have about 8 small theaters that are still conventional style (not as dramatic of an incline as stadium) but was no issue viewing the screen. Sound was fantastic, had no issues during my showing and was immersed the entire movie! Great candy options, unlimited popcorn, soft drinks and pretzels/hotdogs are offered at the concession. The floor has been redone and lobby looks nice. Love the local ads supporting Oklahoma City businesses. Big lot to park in and restaurant next door. If you are looking for a local no frills business to support with reclining seating options, this is a great spot for date night or movie with friends and family.

We had a great time watching Beetlejuice! The popcorn was tasted Fresh, the place was clean and the seats were very comfortable. The reclining chair also has an adjustment for the head and Neck region. The lobby area has an old school vibe, kind of retro with the colors. Back in the day vibes.

Very well cared for theater. Comfortable nice recliner seats (they have usb connection for charger, as well as small privacy dividers you can put up or down which is nice if you have a stranger beside you thats outside of your theater party group or want to have alone time with self) & good showing choices, No matter what drink/popcorn size you get its unlimited refills. Very friendly staff Lukas , Mika, & Jose were especially helpful & informative on movies pricing for tickets/snacks & theater amenities. They also offer different throwback film features throughout the months which is fun. Super affordable & nice mini theater spot anyone could easily enjoy. Wheelchair accessible & friendly as well.

    Comfy seats and snacks.

We were immediately greeted by our waitress, who was AMAZING -- prompt, attentive, and so sweet with my 5-year-old daughter. She even danced with her and gave her an extra spin to the music, which absolutely made her day! The atmosphere was perfect -- great music (I loved all the 80s rock and 90s hits!), fun lighting, and a relaxed vibe. The food was really good; the only thing we weren't fans of were the eggrolls, but everything else hit the spot. The kids had a blast playing games afterward -- just the right amount of arcade options for them to play, get their prizes, and for us parents to head home without a struggle. This was our second time bowling here, and it was another great experience from start to finish. Well done, ShowBiz Edmond! We'll definitely be back.

Man.. another 2 years of disappointment…read more A few years ago when it opened, there seemed to be a lot of pride and potential here, but now it's just another "meh," entertainment venue disguised as a theater. We've had multiple issues over the last few years mostly related to a lack of proper management. I feel like this place is just forgotten. Like an investment company opened it and nobody who actually cares ever comes to check on it. As long as money comes in every month, it stays open and unchecked. The SDX theater for example currently has a dirty projector with visible smudges on the screen. The chairs are all in need of being reupholstered, half are stuck together at this point. The audio is messed up so when the Dolby audio ad plays it gives this awful piercing noise before what I'm guessing is the speaker that's trying to work, finally shorts out. And this is the premier screening room! We watched Wicked last night and half of the movie sounded like it was being funneled through laptop speakers. We've been to several big premiers and they've had issues such as John Wick chapter 4 where they couldn't even get the movie going and after an hour had to give everyone a voucher for a future movie - which btw couldn't even be redeemed online. Another premier was a special event for Clerks 3 and we all missed the special live intro because they couldn't figure out how to load the screening in time in addition to having NONE of the posters or giveaways. Same with 3 From Hell and Scream 6 which was a special event missing the posters. Last night was wicked and you'd never even know - zero decor, zero promotions, no popcorn buckets, nothing. It's just always something here. Most times the Edmond location is the last to have updates, so when Showbiz makes a social media post saying tickets are on presale, you can bet this location isn't loaded or ready yet and may not be for days after. This is a disaster for big movies that are likely to sell out. Venue wise, the posters out front are haphazardly hung, most are falling or loose and there's just ZERO pride to be found. The concessions do not offer any of the cool popcorn boxes or any of the posters or giveaways that other theaters do for special events. Every single theater is full of moths and has been for years. And I guess now their bar is closed, or at least it was last night. This place might be fine if you don't care about cinema and just need a place to bring your kids or something, but if you're a serious movie goer, you should look elsewhere.

I once left Kickingbird thinking I was one of the few men who (spoiler alert) survived the evacuation of Dunkirk! Yes, I have spent many a date night at this theater. While my wife may have been simply watching the movie, I was consistently losing myself in the thundering sound and beautiful screen quality. I have been an integral part in (spoiler alert) getting me and my friends out of a video game, (spoiler alert) stealing plans for how the rebels can blow up the Death Star, (spoiler alert) helped an astronaut return home from Mars, (spoiler alert) aided an air marshal in thwarting a couple terrorists, and (spoiler alert) did some racing/stealing/fighting/general bad guy stopping with a crew of street racers who have the uncanny ability to do so much more than just race. The popcorn situation at Kickingbird is exactly as you may have hoped. Overflowing like the (spoiler alert) Titanic once it hit that iceberg. They also butter the popcorn more heavily than a (spoiler alert) genetically altered Indominus Rex being eaten by a gigantic Mosasaurus. They do everything they can to roll out the red carpet for you at this cinema. I have even gotten treated to a private movie theater that made me feel like a true (spoilers) super powered king of a fictional country with futuristic technology that has to fend of old foes that I never realize existed but actually my dad knew about it the whole time but didn't say anything, leaving me to bring the kingdom back together after getting thrown off a waterfall...where was I going with this...Oh right being in a movie theater with no one else there is awesome and this place is too! It had been a while since our last visit, and I won't wait so long next time. The museum has remodeled since we were last there and everything feels fresh and updated. The Chihuly exhibit is even better than before, the layout really shows off the glass beautifully. We also enjoyed the Paul Reed exhibit and stopped by the gift shop on the way out, which had lots of great gift ideas. The little patisserie inside was busy and looked like it had a nice selection of coffee, tea, and cocktails. And a great tip: they offer free entry on the second Sunday of every month, which makes it an even better time to visit.

Five stars, just for a magnificent Chihuly exhibit!…read more The Chihuly Exhibit comprises the entirety of the first floor of the museum and it is captivating. Others have shared enough photos that I need not add any additional pictures, but Chihuly makes it easy to understand glassworks as artworks. Simply magical. The second floor of the museum includes a small but engaging selection of European and American art. There are not a lot of immediately recognizable names but what there is, is high quality. It is also interesting to see how a younger museum builds its collection, when the great masters were gobbled up by older institutions. I was happy to see Copley and O'Keefe, among others. The third floor housed a special exhibit of a more contemporary artist. Modern Art is not so much my thing, but the artist did spawn a lot of debate between my son and me over the nature of art, so it had its effect.
