I came here with my 4 boba obsessed children and according to them (and me) it was very good! It was busy and there was only 1 employee so we had to wait a bit, but the wait was worth it. The kids had a mango smoothie with baby boba and I had a Thai tea (1/2 sweet) with boba- both were delicious! I love Thai Tea, but if you go to this place try something else. I tried two different flavors before still not good. Unfortunately, their Thai Tea ranged the worst I've tried ever. I got the taro coconut smoothie with boba for me, milk tea less sweet with boba for my friend, mango slushie with boba for my boyfriend, and a mango smoothie with boba for a coworker and they were all so good! Extensive menu - seriously. There's absolutely anything that you could or want. My preference is avocado, which is not as easily found for a smoothie. But it was here and it was exactly as I wanted! Boba milk tea is delicious in general and this spot is no different. They currently have the baby tapioca balls, which I was disappointed to learn at the moment, but they were just as delicious. This is my favorite Place to get Boba tea in Norman! I have been here on multiple occasions, and have only had one drink that I disliked (Champagne grape). I love the Boba that they make (which they offer in two sizes, normal and mini). The Boba is Cooked and soaked in a brown sugar mixture. My all-time favorite thing to get there is a honeydew smoothie. I also really enjoy the fruit flavored teas. It always smells good when I come here and (as in the name) it is a nice place to lounge and study or meet up with friends. The price for a drink averages around $4. read more

Hard to find a good Go-To Boba joint. There's a few places in Asian District that have really good boba (including Teapioca lounge) but its a decent drive from where I live so I'm pretty happy that we found out about Teapioca Lounge in Norman. The possibilities are almost endless! they have a ton of different jellies you can add to your drink as well. Every time we've come to Teapioca we haven't been disappointed. I'm actually sitting in Teapioca right now, enjoying my tasty beverage. The menu is really extensive, which is ultimately a good thing, but it took me forever to figure out what to get. My go to boba tea no matter where I'm at, is always a fresh avocado smoothie. I wanted to try something different, but I don't really dig on the super sweet stuff. Another customer suggested the matcha green tea, telling me she gets that every day! So what the hell? I'll try it. The cashier suggested adding lavender to it. Dayum it's good! New favorite! This is by far the best boba I've had. Most places get it wrong, with too much sweetness or their tapioca isn't fresh. Teapioca Lounge has genuinely amazing flavors. I loooveee the taro flavor, and it's my usual for wherever I get boba. I have never had taro boba as good ANYWHERE else. I'm not kidding. It strikes an amazing balance. I love the boba tea here! The tapioca isn't too hard or too soft, just perfect. My favorite Flavors in order of love are taro root milk tea, strawberry, avocado, mango and when I'm craving it...Thai tea. I still need to try more flavors. I really like the smoothies and teas but so far haven't liked the juices yet. Will update if I find one I love. The atmosphere is chill. Some R&B in the background with actual decent speakers. Worst Costumer Service!! I'm a regular costumer here. Everytime I'm here I will always buy more than 1 drink. I bought 3 milk tea with boba today and they messed up my drinks. They forgot to add sugar and my drinks tasted plain. I called them and said that I will have to send these drinks back since I can't even drink it. They remake my drinks. However, I felt so offended when the short hair girl in there made me taste the new drink. They didn't believe me. Why would I be lying about this??? So disappointed when she made me taste the new remake drinks before sending it back to me like it was my fault!! read more

Super sweet boba place just like it's counterpart in the Asian District. This one is a little less crowded, but just as big or bigger with some cool seating. I especially enjoy the higher booth with the tall table near the window. I love coming here to study or do some work on my laptop. This is a solid place to get a smoothie or tea. I've never had an issue with this place being closed when they were supposed to be open(as other reviews have mentioned). The strawberry banana smoothie is my favorite. I'm extremely picky when it comes to smoothies too. I'm not a fan of boba teas as a preference, but I did try one. Being one of the only boba places here in Norman, I go to Teapioca all the time. BUT within these last couple of months I've noticed that everything is going downhill. They are constantly understaffed or hiring on new people that don't know what they're doing. Even the hours are inconsistent due to short staff. My drink orders have been made incorrectly the past couple of times and the wait has been ridiculous. Don't promote/ feature a drink if you don't even know how to make it. If you asked me for a rating about a year ago it would definitely be 4/5, but as of this year I give it 1/5. read more

The tea and prices were good, but they had one person working in the entire place taking orders and making them. Another customer asked if they were short handed and the guy said no that there is always only one person working during the day and that's just how it is. Awesome slushes here and a lot of flavors. They also serve grass wheat and "snow" which is pretty much shaved ice softened with condensed milk and toppings. Pretty small tea shop, only one person working a Sunday afternoon. It was getting busy as we left but she did a good job keeping up. I got the taro coconut slush, awesome. They only have one size and it's fairly priced, pretty large cup too. If this place wasn't so far from my house, I would come here more often. Not sure what happened here. I used to love coming, but I have been here four times in the last two weeks and they have been out of boba each time. Different days, different times, trying to find a point that they might have some. They were never busy when I went. They always said it would be 20-25 minutes for boba. Teapioca has gotten more and more terrible, from customer service to management. The store has started to charge more money for add-ons, and now the 50-points free drink will not cover add-ons, meaning customers will have to pay for boba and the drink syrup that come with the drink. This is ridiculous because people who spend $50 at this place to get those 50 points don't even get the full benefit of a free drink. read more

If it was based on the drinks alone it would be a 4 star review- Coconut Green Tea was WAY too strong, but the Mango smoothie was excellent. However I'm still kicking myself for waiting 20 minutes to just place an order and getting the damn drinks. I've seen turtles move faster than the girl working and she'd have you stand there at the counter while she futzed around making the drinks for people who'd been waiting I'd assume longer than I'd been standing in line.
