If I could put 0 stars... I would…read more Aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable management. We stayed here during Fantasy Fest, paying over $10,000 for what was supposed to be a premium property -- instead, it turned into a nightmare. There was major construction directly across the street that we were never informed about, waking us up every morning at 7 AM and blocking our entrance with work vehicles. Their excessive power use caused multiple electrical outages, forcing us to relocate our staff for an entire day. We reached out to Alina, our assigned representative, multiple times and never received a single call back -- there was zero communication the entire stay. Then on checkout morning, exactly at 10:00 AM, Alena, the property manager, stormed into the home unannounced, banging on every door like she was the police, yelling for us to get up, and threatening to call law enforcement. She was extremely aggressive and confrontational, giving major attitude while we were still half-asleep after working 18-hour days all week. Moments later, she brought in her manager Joyce, who escalated the situation even further -- yelling, pointing her fingers in our faces, refusing to let us close the door, and repeatedly threatening that she "knows the PD" and would make sure we go to jail. This was harassment, intimidation, and a complete violation of our privacy and safety. For the amount we paid, the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect was appalling. We will be filing a formal report with Airbnb and strongly urge anyone considering this property to stay far away until the management is replaced.

The question long term vs short term was asked by the assistant secretary and when I said long term and my wife said short the babyboomer behind the desk made a pissed off face, that was the first of many more to come in my short 2 minutes in the shop. Yes, it was more of a shop and not an office. Other offices that I visited after had desks and asked people to sit down and discuss their rental that they were looking for. Not here. I asked 2 more questions, BARELY got answers except for "we don't like to do that". So... Hi there.. I am the customer. You work for me.. You represent a client but want and need me to represent that client effectively. A short visit resulted in me just walking out. Disgusted and walking right into another (Historic Key West Vacation Rentals) which worked with me to find me many options that worked for me.. not them.

She had an appliance serviced quickly when we asked and returned our deposit on time with no issues. As for the house it is big with a nice secluded backyard and is very quiet despite being two blocks from Duval. House even had a parking spot which was not really needed since you could walk to anywhere you wanted to. We would recommend working with Roberta again with the note that she will get back to you much quicker by phone or text than by email. All in all a great rental and a great real estate agent.

There was no way of me getting into Key West. Several attempts were made to request a refund or to come down at a later date, both of which were refused by Roberta. I also had my attorney contact Roberta and she ignored and never returned any of his calls. So not only was I not able to go on my vacation, but Roberta also stole $1800 of mine. I find Roberta as a very dishonest, thief of an agent. Look elsewhere if you need a real estate agent in Key West.
