Many other issues, not livable. They moved us to another 5 bedroom home on the opposite side (gulf). Still pool was dirty, toilets acting up, bait fridge was broken, fridge inside would not stay cold and had to throw food away, ac would not cool below 78-82. Horrible experience, pulling teeth to get anything done. Refunded us a little money after fighting with them, but not much. Will NEVER use them again! Do not recommend. Stay clear of this company at all costs. Both homes where on the market, just trying to make a quick dollar before dumping it on who ever buys it.

I have been meaning to write this weeks ago, but just found the time now...We rented a house from…read morethem for about 10 days back in late June and they were able to find us a great place which was on a large canal that went out to the open water. The place was set in a great location I thought some might not like the bar that is across the street but the music is nice so I did not mind and they did not stay on that late, in fact we went there one night and loved the place. They have a lot of rentals to pick from and the service is great. We needed a couple extra nights and it was no problem. The only "bad" thing I would say and it is not on the part of the office team this would be more on the house keeping but we did find that we had to clean up a lot that first night dead bugs ( which are the norm for Florida so that is not their fault ) but the walls in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty and the floors had a ton of black dog hair which I did sweep up all week..and some would be put off by that but I think it just comes to me being kind of picky so that is that only thing I would say they should work on is maybe a re-vamp on the house keeping staff..I would rent from them again and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a rentals in the lower Florida Keys...We fell in love with the whole place and are moving there in just a few weeks..it is like a dream come true..
