Honestly, I would give 0 stars if at all possible. I will start by saying, I am in the dealership…read moreworld, and I would refuse to let this happen to someone with me. I purchased a 2023 KTM DUKE 390 in August of 2024. Took 3 months to get the registration, etc... as the paperwork was never filed (Figured out due to the fact I got pulled over and their was no registration in the system.) Now leading to the fun part! I also owned a 2016 SUZUKI GSXR750, and a 2020 HONDA CBR500R (Neither purchased from Full Throttle). I wanted to give a second chance, so I went back to Full throttle to trade them in on my current bike (2020 SUZUKI GSXR1000R). I was in touch with the General Manager (Imran Chotani) who offered me full payoff (have proof through text message on his personal cell phone) on both bikes, and an easy process to pick up my new bike, as I live 5 hours away. Nov 2nd, I head to Houston with the 500 and 750 (it is storming). I drop off the bikes and pick up the 1K (in and out in 20 minutes.) I inform him I pay notes on both of the bikes on the 4th of every month. He insures checks will be sent out and I will not pay for anything else on them. I text him on the Nov 14th letting him know I have paid both of the notes again. Again, on Nov 20th.He tells me they will send me overage checks since the check Full Throttle sent was more than the payoff. November 22nd, he text me and tells me checks were sent out, he has notified lender and provided tracking numbers. Dec 6th, I text him and tell him I just paid the notes on both bikes again! LOL, no response. December 9th, I text him again. He states he has sent the proof of FULL THROTTLE paying off the bikes to my email, I never received it, he stated he would double check with his secretary in the morning. Dec 10th, I call the dealership itself and ask for secretary. She stated she was never told to send me anything. I hang up and call my lender. Lender states there are no notes in the system and no checks have been sent to them for the payoffs. I call Full Throttle back, lose my mind, and somehow I get the "owner" on the phone who after listening to what I have dealt with, had no issue sending in the payoff for both bikes. Now remember, Imran stated I would get a check for the additional notes I have paid while they were floating the bikes, hoping I would not notice. The "owner" then stated he would send me what I was owed. It is now Dec 17th, I have texted them 6 times and called earlier, told the receptionist I needed to speak to Imran. I was told my check would be sent and I asked why it was not sent when the rest were sent. The receptionist attempted to transfer me to Imran, I got the voicemail, called back, and no one answered the dealer phone. To say this has been the absolute worst experience, is an understatement. I will never return to this dealer, and they still owe me almost a thousand dollars. If anyone would like the proof, please email me at aidanblagrone@gmail.com!

Terrible terrible dealership! My husband found a crotch rocket he wanted, the price was good and…read morethe salesman said everything was great with it. We should've known when he sent us pictures and they were the quality of an old flip phone. The video was just as crappy. Everything got done and he was trading in his other bike as a down payment. The transporter showed up and gave us a free helmet that reeked of weed so bad that my house smelled like it! They pull the bike off and load his up. Unfortunately he had to get to work and I wasn't home, he didn't get to get a good look over. When he was able to, it was bad! The salesman had totally lied about the condition and it wasn't even the bike that he picked out. The one he did paperwork on was 1 type of bike and what they delivered was totally different. The bike had major scratches, the windshield was cracked and looked like something was smeared all over it and it would not come off, the actual seat wasn't attached to the bike, I have no idea how it didn't fly off in transport to us, it was leaking fluid from the front and the wheels were in bad condition. We took it to a dealership here to check it out, it needed $1800 worth of work. Definitely not the great condition we were told it was in. My husband decided he did not want the bike after all the hassle and money it needed put into it. He called the salesman and told him everything and the guy just laughed! He tried to call time and time again and could never get anyone on the phone. They were dodging his calls because they knew what he wanted. We contacted an attorney and reported them to the BBB, once that happened they magically got into contact with us. He got them to take the bike back and return his. He outright owned his bike and to get it back he has to pay $7000 for it. They gave him no credit whatsoever and said it would be more because of tax, title and license. He has his bike back that he's now paying for again but at least we know the condition it's in. DO NOT buy anything from this place they are total scammers!
