Should be rated in 1-10 but I have to give it 3. 6/10 is an accurate representation. HIGH DOLLAR!!! Beef was below avg. Taco Bell quality. Brisket is pulled and the sauce on the taco doesn't make up for the low quality brisket. Pork belly was the best item. Nice flavor. Good sauce. Not overwhelming though. While drinking some beer across the street, we tried 3 different tacos, the Recbird, Baracas and Average Joe also got a queso and chips. All were outstanding but the Baracas was our favorite. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Springfield. read more

I love the tacos here. Love them! But you guys have to do something about the way you operate. One person taking orders and filling the orders takes FOREVER! There was one order in front of me tonight. It took more than 10 min for me to even get to order. Then another 10 or 15 to get the food. Have someone do a workflow study or something. We were in town visiting my son who was a student at Drury University at the time. He said he really liked this place and I can see why! This place is a little walk up spot that doesn't look like much at first glance. On that night, the place across the street had live music, so we sat outside eating tacos and listening to the music. The only annoying thing about this place is there was ONE GUY working the walk up line as well as inside, handing out orders) so after every 4th or 5th person in line the ONE GUY would close the walk up window in your face to go put together the orders inside. Other than that one thing being a bit off putting, the tacos were delicious and you can't beat the price! If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be a regular here. read more

A long wait for ok to decent tacos. The baracus I thought was a little bland. The globetrotter the pork belly was quite salty - almost could not eat it. These are for sure the best tacos I've had in Springfield. They're pretty small, but reasonably priced (3 for less than $10) and the quality far and away makes up for the small size. All the ingredients taste fresh and the meat is tender and perfectly seasoned. The chips are also great - hot and very crispy. Excellent service too. The building is very tiny though so if you have a big group, get your food to go. Will definitely be back! read more
