A key issue mentioned on the website is that he is fully licensed, bonded and insured. My building requires a certificate of insurance. Communication was prompt and professional. The day of his visit, he arrived earlier than usual. He was masked and removed his footwear. The instructions for the tv stand suggested that 2 people needed to assemble it. He assembled it pretty quickly and moved the TV onto the stand. He also offered to help hook up the components, but I didn't need him for that. He looked at my closets. I originally thought I needed to have new shelves ordered. The vertical shelves had bowed out. The issue was resolved within 15 minutes by unscrewing a stabilizing screw at the bottom of one of the vertical shelves and moving it in closer together.
