Alex was very helpful. The top pane of our double hung window jammed and wouldn't go back up. We were unable to lock our window and were vulnerable and exposed to all of NYC. To make matters worse it was the window to our fire escape. Feeling exposed and concerned we called anyone and everyone to aide us . Alex was the only repair man to call us back. When we spoke to Alex he was very calm and reassuring. As we explained to him our situation he asked for photos for depth. Since it was 8:45pm on a Saturday (during a pandemic) he wasn't able to come to us immediately (expected) so he talked me through how to uninstall and reinstall our window via phone. We were so thankful! He also offered to stop what he was doing to head to his shop for his tools just incase his explanation wasn't successful and he needed to come to our home. Alex's over the phone explanation allowed me to uninstall my window, reinstall it, and lock it.
