And a rough estimate was not provided before work had commenced, but only when the final bill was presented. I, as the customer, had no idea of even an estimate of the amount that I would be liable for at the end of service. 2) Outlets were left open and unsafe while he went to Home Depot to get new outlets and a switch. He was gone for over 1 hour on the clock for this errand 3) He was taking other calls and helping other technicians and doing other work while was on the clock for the work in my unit. He spent 15 minutes typing up the service order while still on the clock. Also, he was chatty, but the clock was running with such high rates, I would think there would be minimal engagement in communication. 4) He charged more than 3x the cost of the items that were installed in my unit. 5) I am a professional in the industry and regularly review pricing for professional electricians on major commercial construction. I understand what a reasonable rate is and Tann Electric refused to compromise on the bill or take any sort of responsibility.

He showed up within the hour and fixed my door in an hour as well. I knew my torsion spring was broken but decided to take care of both while he was here. I explained that the door opener seemed to struggle some for the several months, but I was not sure the correct springs were installed by the builder. He looked at the springs and agreed that he had a larger spring that would make it easier for opener and last several thousand more openings. Mark was very quick, clean, and thorough through the whole process. He lubricated every single part on both my doors not just the one that was broken. He adjusted the chain on one opener.
