We got three drinks: Peach rose green tea, Hokkaido milk tea, and the mango passionfruit green tea. All of them were delicious and made perfectly! We also grabbed some chicken empanadas. With the wave of bubble tea stores hitting Plano the past few years, it gets harder to discern them from each other. First time there, and tried the egg waffle with ice cream. Compared to a traditional HK egg waffle, it's soggy, but still flavorful. It will definitely be enjoyed by those that like novelty items. (Saw ube on their menu and realized it was Pinoy specialized, so the street food snacks is of that style.) Looking forward to revisiting again for the actual tea. read more

Delicious tea, friendly and welcoming staff, good menu selection. I love the taro milk tea the most.

Ordered a peach mango black tea with lychee jelly and regular sugar and ice. The black tea had little to no flavor and was very watered down and there was no ice in the cup, I assume the tea was freshly brewed and poured over ice and into ice to cool down which melts the ice and waters down the tea. For being regular sugar it was not very sweet and could barely taste the fruit flavors and it seemed like the only flavor in the tea came from the lychee jelly. My had normal tapioca and it had an odd texture with a film like consistency around so it was either overcooked or sitting out. The service was nice and was well decorated for such a small shop. This boba shop is located in the Dollar Tree plaza so there's plenty of parking. Cute and clean interior. Friendly and fast service. Wide menu selection with lots of boba, coffee, smoothie, chicken, and Filipino snack options! I tried the taro milk tea at 100% sweetness and 100% ice, but it was too light and watery for my taste. Their food is great tasting, and their milk teas are highly customizable! My go to orders: arroz caldo, Okinawa milk tea, yema cake, chicken & waffles, Tea Town Coffee and the Filipino street food platter. Even in the last couple months dealing with covid, the staff has been incredibly responsive when I've wanted to preorder (through DMs or over the phone) and implements safe measures for all customers. Came out to try Tea Town on a Sunday afternoon as part of our weekly family time. The ambiance was really nice. Warm neutral colors. Nothing that could hurt my eyes. Sofa and chairs were nice and comfy. So I ordered the coffee and was quite surprised by the thick foam. Anyways, took a sip, and with a foam mustache thereafter, was hooked right away. Coffee just the way I like it. Not too strong and just a hint of sweetness. I found myself eating away at the cream that sat on top my coffee. I complemented the coffee with banana bread. Now, I've tasted a lot of banana breads, but nothing comes close to this one. Again, just the right amount of sweetness, moist and the cream cheese right smack in the middle, makes it doubly good. I rested a little bit and then after a few minutes, I tried the Taro with Coconut shake. I love shakes! Now this one, I don't have to fight with to get it through the straw because it's just the right consistency. The flavorful Taro comes out really great highlighted by a light coco flavor. The popcorn chicken was excellent too. First I ordered the garlic flavor for my son. He said he is not eating because he was already "full". So my wife did what mom's usually do. She positioned the popcorn chicken close to my son. Sure enough, a few minutes early, the chicken container was empty :-) My wife and I shared the Cajun flavored chicken. Overall, we loved the ambiance, experience and food! I will not hesitate to recommend Tea Town to anyone. Highly deserved 5 stars!!! read more

Went there on recomme from Asian Grub DFW. Wanted to try TAHO. Got there no Social distance, one lady behind counter not wearing mask or glove. Long wait as only one person making drink (other taking order). Got to front finally and was told out of TAHO?!?! So ordered my boba drink and then told no more boba. Either ?! Said ready in. 30 minutes ? So left . I'm sure the drinks are good but I guess will never find out... Follow up: appreciate the management feedback. Was honestly wanting to try y'all. Didn't know this place existed until a friend brought us ube cheese pandesal. It's quite a drive for us so it took time to finally make our own way here and glad we did! The place is super cute and clean. Staff is super nice and friendly. Love getting to speak Tagalog any chance I get and love supporting fellow kababayans. We ordered pandan pandesal, ube cheese pandesal, pandan mamon, mocha mamon, street food platter, buko pandan and coconut cream taro milk tea. As if we didn't order enough, we intended to also order sapin-sapin and sansrival cake but those are weekend fares only. Everything was delicious! The coconut cream taro milk was so good but buko pandan was definitely the best. I don't remember seeing the buko pandan on the menu but don't hesitate to ask! The entire streetfood platter was flavorful and delicious as well but the fish balls were my fave. Definitely reminds you of home. Not sure if it was an employee or owner but I received some negative customer service for a drink+food, the wait was too long so I asked for a refund (before my drink was made), but they made a big deal out of it. I told them my drink wasn't made yet, but they said they already started the food, so they refunded me the drinks but not the food. Stop the selling of outdated/rotten/moldy foods. Very unprofessionally managed. Was really disappointed from the quality of food (Siopao) that was served to me. I don't know if it's normal for you to served your clients, spoiled food but it's certainly not normal for me to consume low quality food especially when costs me a good chunk of money. I trust that you are going to deal with this complaint in a strict manner while taking all the necessary measures to make sure that such incidents do not happen again. I went to this place on the opening, had a really good vibe to it, I am lactose intolerant. They do have non lactose dairy product that was a plus for me.
