I immediately walked over and placed an order for a large Orange-Grapefruit Jasmine Green Tea. Sweetness level set at 50% and added popping boba & lychee jelly. The fruit tea was great!! This was refreshing and extremely tasty. Unfortunately, I didn't expect for the add-ons to be so much [quantity wise]. No joke, Tea Station Express doesn't skimp you when it comes to the extras. There was so much jelly & boba that I felt like I was eating more than actually drinking. LMAO. 4 stars overall. I only wished I went with one added item or went without it completely. I stopped by after work after seeing they were celebrating their 30th anniversary with a Buy One, Get One 50% off promotion till the 26th. They were giving out a cute water bottle for the first 100 customers. Ordered the rose milk tea and osmanthus oolong milk tea, 25% sweet and less ice. Both drinks were good, you can taste the tea quality. A rose milk tea is hard to find with a balanced rose flavor that is not too floral. Parking can be a bit challenging since it's located in the busy Teapot plaza, but there's 15 minute pick-up parking spaces right in front of the store. Staff were friendly when handing out the drinks, though they seem a little reserved at first. They also offer regular specials for select drinks priced at $3, $4 and $5. Some tables are available to hang out, though it's a "express" location. It's nice to see an old school tea shop still around, especially with so many newer tea spots opening these days. read more

I took my gf to KBBQ (Baekjeong) for the first time and saw that this was right next door. I actually almost walked in here thinking it was the entrance to Baekjeong so I decided that we go here after our meal. When we arrived, the guy working was already working on a few large orders so we used the kiosk. We both ordered from their value menu which had price tags of $3, $4, and $5. I got their Grape Four Season Breeze Tea and the gf got their Earl Grey Breeze Tea. Their Breeze Teas are just less caffeinated drinks which was perfect for us. For a $3 small size, it wasn't bad actually as it was very refreshing. Service was nonexistent. There was a customer picking up an order and the guy was very dismissive and couldn't provide any answers for the customer picking up. There was an older woman working in the back but both of them seemed like they hated their jobs. Why am I giving them 3 stars instead of something lower? When it comes to most smaller Asian owned establishments, bad service is a regular thing. The drinks were great for $3 but nothing to rave about in particular. If you want a quick pick-me-up at a very cheap price but don't mind lackluster service, this is your place. What differences are employees, the cleanliness, the size of the space and the service. This location is small and there are not many seats. I've been a customer of Tea Station for over a decade at their previous locations on Valley and the other one on Las Tunas. Since COVID, their service has decreased tremendously. I always choose 100% sugar and its very hit or miss, not consistent. Usually it ends up tasting like no sugar. When going to pick up, I noticed both cups were the same size, when I had paid extra for a large. I inquired with the staff, and they told me that they don't do large for hot drinks. I went with a regular black tea, peach and lychee, half sweet, regular ice. I went with aloe vera for my topping of choice ($6.25). We used to go to the one in Rosemead off value blvd but it closed down and there aren't many locations left sadly. This location on temple city is my saving grace whenever I visit family back home.
