Had all the potential of a beautiful romance... after all, I loved my first few visits; but like many real-life romances, things don't always turn out so well. I do love getting my Milk Tea and/or Smoothie fixes.... so when my wife's nail salon told us about this place, we were here later that day. MY FIRST VISIT, I ordered a Honeydew Smoothie with Boba (my favorite at most places). It was perfect; the inside of the place looked cool (with cool asian collectible figurines that i was told was the owner's passion); the staff was nice and the drink (most importantly) was delicious. The wife had a Brown Sugar Latte with Bobo and pudding. MY SECOND VISIT (the very next day), we picked up a Taro Smoothie with Boba for me and a Super Fruit Tea for the wife. Since it was to go, they included a re-usable pink, insulated re-sealable bag (the kind you'd think they would charge extra for but it was free). Drinks were very good again. After this, we have made NUMEROUS VISITS for me to get Smoothies... most of the time I got the Honeydew and a couple other flavors to try... always happy. * * * * * THEN * * * * * I picked up a smoothie... and was so badly made (so many large ice cubes not broken down); kinda like the crap I would make at home in my crappy, 40 year old blender but this was not home and I wanted my smoothie the way it was meant to be.... "THUMBS DOWN AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED" * * * * * AND THEN * * * * * The very next weekend we ordered two smoothies "to-go" in one of those nifty insulated bags. While at the counter ordering, we told the girl at the counter about last weeks bad drinks (no manager was in). She was apologetic but made no offer to replace or make good on the bad one.... Despite telling her how bad then last one was, can you believe BOTH of these smoothies were TERRIBLE; just loaded with huge ice chunks/cubes. We called the next morning for a manager; they said he wasn't in. My wife called again the next day and again, NO MANAGER. Another day later she tried once more and of course, NO MANAGER; my wife asked when he'd be in and she was told there is rarely a manager in there (but the girl did take our phone number). So, of course, after 3 weeks no manager ever called us ! Just like that, the romance is over !

I love Boba and Tea Plus offers a BOBA Bucket so it can accommodate 5 toppings! So good. Made my night. !

One of my fave boba spots in Boca Raton. Fast and friendly service and the aesthetics is all about anime. They also sell ramen, which is pretty good so go check them out.

Avocado + milk

The avocado smell so badddd, feel like overtime, you should throw it away instead of making for customer. I've tried and throw up at 1st time. Need to remove from the Menu. NEVER AGAIN.

Now this was a solid little shop, filled with toys and anime wallpaper, the site is one for the eyes and definitely something to come visit just to see the decor alone. The back wall has a number of decorations on the basketball team, Dragonball, and other anime groups. Very clean, and you order upfront and they'll bring it right out to you. Bubble tea - while not the exact tea I enjoy, certainly the best tea in the Boca and Coral Springs area that I've had, better than the Tiger Tea or Fyr. Solid bubbles that were chewy, not under or overcooked, and a little sweet. Pudding was the correct kind, too, not too artificially flavored like some places. The salt pepper chicken - perfectly crisp and seasoned well. I could have used a bit more, but this was still pretty close to what I've gotten in Taiwan outside of the cut of the pieces. Takoyaki was also very good, the little fish flakes waving around like it was still moving - everyone at the table enjoyed these. Overall solid shop, I'll be back here again to try the ramen! (plus some hotpot down the strip mall too)

Both are super flavorful, one of the best we had. The broth are full of umami and tons of noodle. Well done!

I think the tea was fantastic! However, the wait time to get the tea did take a really long time, like 25 minutes. It's worth the wait, but maybe speeding the process up a bit would help with customer satisfaction. All in all a cool spot, great vibes and the staff was very friendly.

My new go-to boba spot!!! The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Inside it is so cute and everything is super clean. The tea here is incredible! Haven't tried their food yet but I'll have to try it soon. I recommend the Taro smoothie w/ boba ! *Btw: all the drinks are one size.*

Excellent Taiwanese street food, boba, and shaved ice! Hard to find in this area but this gem stands out. Very nice and clean, spacious, and friendly. Will be certain to return on a regular basis here Salt and pepper chicken Taro shaved ice bowl Mango boba

Plastic, maybe?

This isn't my usual go-to boba place, I only come here because it's convenient. The drinks aren't worth the price or hype, and the taste of the drinks and boba aren't consistent. The service is generally good and the aesthetic of the place is eye catching. However, that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm here because I found a piece of, what seems to be, fuzzy plastic in my drink last night.

Takoyaki

Boba just right and made to order like SFBay area. Bonus is yummy takoyaki....fresh and hot Large space for boba shop... this will be a regular spot for lunch for me.

This boba shop is a gem. The workers are very kind and quick with our order. Not only are the drinks good but the inside of the shop is really cool. We went a few more times after visiting and I'm so happy we found this place!

Ramen? Check! Takoyaki? Check!…read moreJapanese Garden Salad with a side of sesame dressing? Check and check! I actually stumbled upon Zuru Ramen while looking for parking. The bright lights caught my eye. I decided to check it out, and I was not disappointed. The space is decorated beautifully. The colors, music, and aroma from the food, loved it! Ordered and paid for my food from the table, and the staff brought out my food and drink. I ordered the Yuzu Ramen, Takoyaki, and the Japanese Garden Salad. I loved everything! The only thing I'd changed about my order is the sauce for the Takoyaki. Condiments aren't really my thing, and I tend to order my food with light sauces or without them at all. I think Zuru could improve its customer service. When I first walked in, I wasn't greeted, the menu wasn't explained, and I had no idea how or where to order. I sort of had to figure it out. I had no idea what I wanted and was not provided with suggestions. Other than those small hiccups... I now dine there often.

The Tonkotsu Ramen arrived with spaghetti noodles and an overcooked egg. No bueno. The Karaage Don rice bowl was okay, but lacking flavor. Bao Buns were very average. My daughter did like the specialty donut. Flavors are constantly revolving. Prices are reasonable. Seating is readily available inside the store. Decor is cool.

YES! YES! YES! YES AGAIN!…read more My boyfriend and I had date night last Saturday, and it was our first time dining here. The staff was really nice, the restaurant was super clean, and the ingredients were fresh. I had the spicy Taiwanese soup base. My boyfriend had the Coconut Tom Yum. We enjoyed a nice selection of different meats such as pork, lamb, and beef. Seafood options include shrimp, squid, and octopus. Quail eggs, frog legs (if you're into that :), and tofu. The conveyor belt was super fun because you could watch it as it went by and pick up whatever garnishes you wanted. Green onions, mushrooms, parsley, cilantro, cauliflower ... I could go on and on. We also had dessert. My favorite is the red bean and macha ice cream! Can't wait to go back! ***ALSO order the tea***

This place offers a set price for Hot pot and is buffets style as well as conveyor belt delivery for veggies; you just swipe what you want. You start by picking a soup of choice and then you gather the food you need, cook it yourself in the pot and there are instructions and available on the wall for cooking times. It's relatively straightforward. Be careful with how much you grab as they will charge you for any excessive leftovers. I got the tom kha and my fiance got the tom yum. He found his soup to be a little on the lemony side for his taste but I think that's just a preference not a reflection of the quality of the soup. I loved my coconutty tom kha. Our waiter showed us how to operate the dial and gave us information about cooking time recommendation. We ordered some hot tea and had a wonderful time. The buffet appeared to be clean and the food fresh and well kept. I tried a variety of meat as well as seafood. The shrimp had a little bit of a previously frozen kind of taste but the scallops were excellent. I think in the end I'm not a big fan of the red meat even though it cooks quickly and tastes fine I just think preference wise I more so enjoyed loading up on the vegetables and noodles. The best thing I had there was the gyoza, so freaking good, highly recommend. It is worth noting that my fiance love the meat, so the great thing about this place is the variety and how multiple people can sit down and enjoy what they like, together. Drop by!

It was a Saturday night around 8 and it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. I ordered a scallop sushi, Mexican roll and salmon basil roll. The scallop sushi was so fresh, and melted in your mouth. The party I was with ended up ordering one each for themselves as well! The mexican roll was simple and enhanced with a little wasabi and ginger. Perfectly bite sized pieces. The salmon basil roll was unlike anything I've ever had before. Pretty much tasted like a caprese in sushi form! Salmon was incredibly fresh, again super tender and melted in your mouth, no fishy taste. The party I was with also ordered three pieces of uni. Was $14.50 a piece, so pretty steep! However the uni was incredibly tender, very similar to butter, however the tail end did have a slightly fishy taste, but it is sea urchin so that's not uncommon. Someone ordered the tempura udon, they said the broth was a little bland, the udon were cooked perfectly, but of course the tempura gets soggy as it's sitting on top of the udon. They also ordered the fried JB roll, the hot mama roll, and an eel and salmon hand roll. While I can't comment on those things, everybody was incredibly satisfied with their meal and everything was reasonably priced. I didn't pay for this meal, so unfortunately I can't comment on the bill, but I can say this is not a cheap sushi restaurant. The prices are a little higher than average, but you're also getting what you pay for. The quality is spot-on and is exactly what you hope for when you have a sushi craving. The service was fast and they made great recommendations. Their sushi roll selection is not huge by any means, but their menu has a lot of diverse options on it. The only thing that I can't stand, but is of course very common with Sushi and Asian restaurants, is having canned soft drinks. This is a personal preference and didn't impact my rating at all. Overall, I would definitely come back to try other things!
