I had a medical appointment close by and afterwards, felt like having a milk tea and remembered this is one of the better milk tea places, so I popped in today. Girls working here today were super sweet and helpful. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba and cream cheese foam, 25% sugar, less ice. Order was ready quickly but I opted to just hang out here and bit as the cafe is very pleasant and today's weather was really nice and they kept their open. They also sell other items here too including banh mis and some mini cakes too. I didn't try any of these today, but I will be back in the future to give them a try. Overall, I think this milk tea spot is pretty good (and I am a bit picky about my boba drinks) and I very much enjoy my visits here. The staff are always nice and helpful, also ample parking here. I will definitely be back!

Today I decided to try the Tiramsu milk tea with boba and 75% sweet. It was delicious, and I enjoyed every sip! This place is conveniently located near work, so I love coming here for boba! There was no wait around 5pm on Friday. The cashiers are always super friendly and offer suggestions if you have questions ! There's also always lots of seating available in here, and the tree in the middle of the shop is fun!

This is one of those places I willingly go out of my way for, just to get one of their delicious drinks when the craving hits. Their menu is vast and most of the drinks can be adjusted accordingly to fit everyone's taste preferences. They can even make drinks with 0% sugar, which is exactly the way some of my family members prefer their drinks. Some of our favorite items we find ourselves ordering time and time again include the mango crush, fresh creamy avocado, and the cream egg coffee. This is actually one of the rare boba places we've seen that offers avocado anything as a drink, and it's highly addicting so we're always happy to come here for it. The cream egg coffee here is also delicious, but it seems they no longer have it on the menu. At least the last few times we've been. It was probably the best cream egg coffee I've had in the state, but also really strong. Overall, service has always been warm, friendly and helpful whenever we've been. The ambiance, cozy and inviting no matter how busy they were. They have a good number of seating options indoors and most importantly it's always clean.

Atmosphere - The shop is large and has seating along the perimeter of the shop. The shop is located near the street. The shop had a few customers when we arrived. The drink options were on tvs behind the counter, on the wall. A restroom available. I didn't visit. Temperature inside was good. I have been to some places where it's been hot. Drink - They have a huge selection. I had the matcha strawberry because I had tried from some other business and thought it tasted good. I normally would have been afraid to try. I mixed the matcha and strawberry together. The strawberry puree did settle on the bottom, regardless. The puree was a bit difficult to drink through the straw. It was almost like strawberry jam with chunky strawberry pieces. Service - I saw two employees there. The service here was good. Background - Friend wanted to go and I like boba tea. Parking - The parking lot is shared with other businesses. Lots of good parking. However, no parking meters or parking structures. A parking structure with solar panels on top or plants would be nice. Otherwise, no shaded spots available. parking space covering. What are those called? Parking space ramadas? Future - I would go to a Fresho again. Their drinks are good. My favorite is still the taro. I like their large shop.

i was a hunt for wintermelon milktea and they can provide it. I lessen the sugar amount so it's not taste the same than i used to but it's fine. the oreo xtreme was really good, it's not sweet it's the exact taste of the oreo, you're just drinking it. the boba is good, not overcook, not chewy just good. The service was great, they take time to make it but it's worth it cause you will really like the taste of it. they also have a corner where you can check some menus so you're not on the line. The ambiance was nice, it's really natural sunlight, tables are clean. they have a spooky decorations since we come before halloween (10/28/24). definitely worth trying for, and will come back for new flavors of teas.

Who doesn't love a good boba? I'm a fan of boba and love trying new places and we have so many so why not? Tea fresho has couple of locations and I have been to the others and loved it there. This is my first time at this location and totally loved it here. The ambiance and location is perfect, liked the interiors and the seating better than the Higley location. Service was quick too! I went with ube taro milk tea, 25% sugar and low ice. It was perfectly sweetened and tasted great. It was pretty filling and I could totally skip a meal if I get one of this creamy rich drink. The pricing is as per market standards and they have a stamp card, so plus plus. Overall had a good time and enjoyed my yum boba.

I originally ordered the milk, tea crème brûlée with Boba, it was grape flavor just an interesting texture for me. I went back and explained to the lady working there., she was more than happy to remake me a drink and I ended up getting the Saigon coffee with Boba 50% sweetness and it's the best Boba I've ever had!!!! I really appreciate them being so accommodating with sweetness level and taking their time to make sure I loved my drink!!!!

First order of business...Ms. Bobalicious is on the hunt for some boba drinks to quench her thirst in this relentless Arizona heat. So this particular tea shop is different in that they serve up handcrafted Vietnamese-style boba teas, coffees and smoothies. I wish the A/C was stronger but I think this is how it is for most businesses in Tucson. They have to have the A/C on the lowest setting 24/7. Decor is very tranquil and relaxing. I appreciate that the place was kind of dark. It made it feel cooler temperature-wise. We were greeted immediately by two super friendly workers. I wanted the Cream Egg Coffee but the guy said it was not available so he recommended something similar...Saigon's Coffee Dream. I took a sip from my companion's Lychee Black Tea and Tiramisu Milk Tea and both were on point. I absolutely loved my drink, I could taste the lovely coffee notes. This rarely happens but I finished my beverage before my son. He even pointed it out, "oh wow, you must be thirsty". I tore the plastic seal open and crunched all on the ice cubes. Yes, I was that hot. And I had already had an iced Matcha Melon drink 15 minutes before coming here. Ms. Bobalicious gives Tea Fresho her stamp of approval.

I really hope this place makes it. It is so cute inside love the atmosphere and the decor. It has a nook you can chill with your friends and relax on super comfy chairs and a few tables around the other side. No outdoor seating that I saw. I LOVE THAT YOU CAN PICK YOUR SUGAR LEVELS!! I'm pre diabetic and try to do sugar free or low sugar levels and here I was able to pick mine. I did a Mocha Mocha 0 sugar level and Tiramisu foam. The staff was super sweet and walked me thru these since it was my 1st time there.

Mood - Heat Warning I come to Arizona often. And when you see excessive heat warning at 6am you listen. You make sure to prepare accordingly so you don't fall out. Heat Stroke is real. So if you have to go out def plan to get some hydration some where. I saw this place was right around the corner from where I was staying. So it was a true must try. Upon entering was quickly greeted even though there was a line forming. This caught my attention which I thought was a nice touch. I had several people with me so the order was pretty long. Opted for the Tropical, Wintermelon, Lavender Ube, Strawberry Crush, Cookies and Cream, Beachy Peachy, and Macaroons. Everything was made to perfection. And those little sweet Macaroons were awesome. I'll admit I didn't want to eat them as they were too cute. Interior is very neat. There are several seating arrangements. There is a decorative tree in the middle along with a fountain to truly capture that peace and tranquility we all need. Would most def recommend- pricing is typical for boba places. The staff despite the big order was very courteous. Even giving me a punch card that earned some free stuff. Gotta love that. Location is Chandler/ Kyrene- AZ - ample parking

This place is sooo good! Wow. I love me some Boba and this was everything I could've hoped for and MORE. 10 stars! I got the Mango Crush and added boba, and lychee jellies, I kept it at 100% sweetness and it was so amazing, I could've reduced it down to 75% but I wanted the full experience. It was very creamy, and the taste is magical. The staff was super sweet in recommending drinks based on my preferences, and the ambiance is so beautiful!! I love all the greenery with the plants and trees in there, it was very cute, clean and calming. This would be a great spot to come work or study. I came here for an event last week and had to come back this week because it was sooo good I couldn't stop thinking about it. Anytime I'm in the Chandler or Gilbert area I will go out of my way for this place from now on. Would love if they opened a location in Phoenix!

i've been here three times, twice just ordering drinks and this latest time getting banh mi. drinks are always good, i'm more of a fresh fruit tea person and my partner likes milk tea; everything we've had was good :) the banh mi i had this last time was also very good, better than some other places i've tried in the area and the tea+sandwich combo is such a good price for what you get. staff is lovely too :) this might replace dutch bros as our "fun drink" spot of choice! read more

Yum! I had heard this place had opened their second location closer to me in Chandler, so I had to give it a try. They have a lot of fun signature drinks, but also have standard tea flavors available too if you're not trying to get too wild. I tried the milk brown sugar creme brulee with 50% sugar and 50% ice. I don't like my milk tea to be too sweet and the 50% was still a little sweet since the boba is coated in brown sugar. If you had a drink with plain boba, 50% would probably be perfect! I wish the creme brulee style drinks came with a different lid, because there's a salty cheese foam type topping that is "bruleed", but the waxy paper lid gets in contact with the brulee, making it hard to enjoy. read more

By far on my top tier list for boba cafes. The boba always comes out warm and chewy, the cafe aesthetics are super cute with real plants, and the staff are the sweetest. This place is soooo slow and it's employees are dishonest. Went in today to pickup an app order. Girl says, it's almost done, 2 minutes. It's 6 drinks. So I'm watching the only other girl in the store making drinks while the other one continues to take new orders instead of helping. Drinks finally done 5 minutes later... and handed to someone else. I ask the girl about this order. She looks at me like she has never heard of the order. Then the BOLD FACED LIER at the register says, Oh not started yet. She just said, it was almost done, 2 minutes. When I confronted her about lying, she just laughed. This employee then lied to Support too. Told them it was being prepared, 5 minutes. LIAR!! They were continuing to make all the in-store orders (that were placed after the app order) first. I also noted it takes 2+ minutes per drink to make while watching her make the others. So even if they started the order Right Then, it's 12-15 minutes away from being done. So if you're ordering online, bypass this place. Even in-person, I say give it a pass. I don't believe in supporting dishonest businesses. read more

I have tried to like this boba shop, I've tried different drinks every time I go, but they are all awful. I order a chai tea and a classic milk that are supposed to be "freshly brewed" they both tasted watered down, I order online, but when I get there they tell me they're "out of stock". I ask if cream cheese foam comes on the drink I order, and I get told "No" and then receive a drink with cream cheese foam. I order the brown sugar boba tea and it tastes like dirt with boba. These drinks come up to 7 or 8 dollars, which doesn't match the quality. There are other boba shops that aren't as expensive and way better than what they're serving here. read more

Great location in Chandler. I hardly write reviews but I'm a huge fan of their Mango Coconut smoothie. It comes with a crema topping. Our family also likes the brown sugar creme brulee it's a delicious concoction. We will stop by more since it's close to my work. The store had lots of open seating a huge upgrade from their Gilbert location. Will be back! read more

Best boba place in chandler!! The customer service is great, everyone is super sweet and will tell you anything you want to know about the drinks (substitutes, decaf, etc). I've tried their espresso and two different milk teas - all were super smooth and high quality!! The boba isn't too hard or chewy either. I've tried one of their smoothies as well because my boyfriend got the creamy avocado and OMG it was so good. The place has a really nice ambiance to it - I'd decorate my apartment like this! Lots of plants - if you're anything like me, that alone is a reason to go somewhere lol. read more

If you don't like overly sweetened tea that tastes like juice, this place has authentic tea drinks. They're so exquisite and masterly crafted. This place makes tea their art. I came here 3 days in a row, almost did 4 but they're closed on tuesdays! Still probably my favorite in the area. You won't gain weight or feel sluggish after a sugar overload like some other places. It's simply fresh and refreshing! read more

Waited at least 10 minutes and the staff wouldn't even take my order. The boba itself is not even good. Decided to leave because it was not worth the wait. The ube taro crème brûlée is my favorite. But not worth it if I had to wait any time longer so I decided to leave. Truly disappointing. read more

Perfect spot for coffee and tea. They have plenty space for family, very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We ordered Saigon dream coffee, Espresso coconut brown sugar, cream egg coffee, rose omanthus oolong tea, peach oolong tea, all with boba. Their coffees are just good, their special cream egg coffee is worth trying for Vietnamese coffee lovers, and the boba is just right, not too soft, not too chewy. Their tea has strong aroma and we love how they put rose petals on top of the sea salt. Service is top-notch. We're from Houston where boba spot is at almost every corner, and Tea Fresho in Chandler has just melted our hearts. Definitely support this local business. Stay strong and grow fast! read more

I'm giving this 5 stars because I ordered a milk tea with boba at 25% sweet and it was PERFECT!!! I don't like overly sugary things, and unfortunately milk tea tends to be just that. My daughter got the dragon fruit drink with popping strawberry boba and although I felt it was too sweet, she loved it! Service is fast and friendly. read more

This was my second time getting tea form here, & I was SO disappointed. First visit I got a reg. black ice tea with orange slices and it was okay.. This last viist I got Earl Grey with soy milk.. It was bad, and tasted like straight milk... no tea flavor whats so ever. My bf got milk tea too which was also bad.. I was so excited to have a boba shop near by but I don't think I will be returning sighh.... read more

Tea Fresho is now my go to spot for cold drinks, especially when it gets so darn hot outside in the summer. Not a big fan of those blended drinks except for the Ube Taro Creme Brulee, it's super rich. They have great tea selections and the teas are brewed to order. I haven't seen many places do this. Ube Taro, Lavender Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and Rose Oolong Tea are must-try drinks. Definitely worth the money if you're looking for a cozy coffee shop to sit and relax. Oh, and the Croffle may be your next favorite snacks ! read more

We have been to SO many boba places and love to rate them. One of my girls loves the slushy drinks with popping bobas. My other daughter and myself love a traditional milk tea with honey boba. This place is our favorite! It has a stronger tea flavor and the boba are very nicely cooked - not too squishy. The cup thickness and amount of drink you get is great too. It also fits the bill because it has great drinks for my other daughter. The only negative is the menu is a bit tough to read, but that's just being nitpicky. We drive out of our way to come here. read more

I did enjoy the milk tea as it was nice and fragrant and a good quality milk tea was used and not made from powder. I'd definitely come back here and next time, will ask for the cold one so I can enjoy the cheese foam more and make sure to emphasize that I want boba. Solid boba tea place near me, which I wasn't expecting at all and sometimes those are the best kinds of things in life.

After exploring Arizona Mills and seeking respite from the scorching heat, we were in search of a refreshing treat to conclude our day. Among the numerous options available, we settled on Tea Fresho due to its extensive range of offerings. Despite a few wrong turns caused by Waze, we eventually found parking and entered the establishment, where a group of friendly ladies warmly welcomed us and took our orders. Perusing the menu, we realized that deciding quickly could be challenging if one is unfamiliar with the flavor combinations. Tea Fresho was not your typical boba shop. Our group experienced both hits and misses with their offerings. The staff proved to be helpful and knowledgeable, even inquiring about our preferred types of milk as they provided alternatives like oat, almond, and soy milk in addition to regular cow's milk. Among our orders were several "Creamy Blended" drinks: Cookies Cream Xtreme, Fresh Strawberry Crush, Ube Taro Creme Brulee, and Fresh Creamy Avocado. Additionally, we ordered their Fresh Taro Latte. The ladies swiftly prepared our drinks, and within minutes, they were ready. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her Fresh Strawberry Crush. The Cookies Cream Xtreme, which my 5-year-old and I shared, was delightful, and my little one could have easily finished it on his own. On the other hand, the other orders were not as well received. My cousin found the Creme Brulee to be slightly off-putting and chose not to finish it. However, he acknowledged that it might appeal to others despite not being to his taste. Both my wife and 10-year-old ordered the Fresh Taro Latte. While my wife managed to finish hers, she mentioned that there were large chunks of taro that detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, my 10-year-old stopped drinking it almost immediately. As for the Fresh Creamy Avocado, opinions were mixed. While there were no negative reviews, there were no particularly positive ones either. Nevertheless, the beverage was consumed in its entirety. Overall, there was a wide range of opinions within our group, making it difficult to provide a definitive rating. Personally, I must confess that this type of establishment is not my preference. However, I found the Cookies Cream Xtreme to have a pleasing flavor without being overly sweet. Based on my individual drink, I would rate it quite highly. However, for those visiting without prior knowledge, it would be wise to inquire about the menu to ensure you make a choice that suits your taste. I've been a loyal customer and have enjoyed coming to your store for quite a long time. However, I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit and felt it was important to share. Yesterday, I approached the counter first, but the assistant on duty saw me and chose to turn away and get busy with other tasks instead of assisting me. I decided to take a seat and wait patiently. When the assistant returned to the counter, I stood up to approach her again--but before I could speak, three new customers arrived and were served ahead of me. I was overlooked once more. I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes before I was finally able to place my order. I felt ignored and disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment, especially as a regular customer. Tea Fresho has a modern, minimal, cozy, and clean look. The atmosphere alone has other boba places beat. There is a wide selection of flavors and drinks. They even have drinks with creme brulee in them, which I've never seen anywhere else. So, I had to try the creme brulee drinks and they were the most delicious drinks I've ever had from a boba place. Many places over steep their tea, which takes away from the experience of enjoying boba for me, but I've never had an over steeped drink from Tea Fresho. All of the teas are clean and tasty. I am now a loyal customer to Tea Fresho and it is my favorite boba place in the whole Valley. Their staff is super nice and helpful and that is an added bonus to the Tea Fresho experience. I have an immense fondness for the beverages served at this establishment. Each sip is a delight to my palate. Nevertheless, despite my enjoyment of the drinks, I find myself compelled to express my dissatisfaction through a one-star review. My reasoning stems from a deeply rooted disdain for the owner's actions. It pains me to witness their disregard for the hard work put forth by their employees, compounded by the unjust practice of pocketing their well-deserved tips. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the establishment but also reflects a severe lack of integrity and respect for those who contribute tirelessly to its success.
