Had a great experience! Will recommend to friends. Thank you for the service and tea. Food was a treat and perfect setting to catch up with friends.

Amazing tea experience- highly recommend. I wish there were more good options or more flexibility with the food but again... it is tea time. Packages which include unlimited tea start at $12-$25 per person. Staff was friendly and patient as it was our first time there. Entire experience lasted about 1.5 hours long.

The services was friendly and Rachel was really attentive and informative. The decoration was cheesy but comfortable, and the spot was quite clean. I like the options of tea a lot! There were many options and there was obviously more effort in putting together the list of offerings. My friend and I felt comfortable and we enjoyed our time there.

I attempted to have some afternoon tea. Called in advance but no answer. The cost would average around $13. Too bad I wasn't able to be seated for the experience

We had a nice time at Tea by Two. The restaurant is located in what looks like a residential home. I liked how the window pane and walkway was lined with porcelain saucers for decoration. The air is filled with the tantalizing aroma of scones. There's a little shop with scone mixes, tea sets, and other cute trinkets just inside the entrance. The dining area is small but quite cute. I like how they put the menu under the glass tabletop, which allowed one to look at a real menu instead of scanning a QR code. They had a wide variety of teas to choose from. I also really liked that you could try additional teas with no extra cost. I tried the lavender mist tea then also sampled a fruity hibiscus one. The waitress and servers were all polite. There's no choice of scone but the one they offered - I think peach white chocolate? - was quite tasty although I couldn't quite appreciate any white chocolate. The tea sandwiches (cream cheese and cucumber on white bread then turkey on marble bread) and savory pastries were also good, just small. A bit like a nibble. We tried the soup of the day (lobster bisque), which was creamy and good though sans any lobster bits that I could appreciate. The main drawback (I'd take away half a star only if Yelp allowed that) is that it was absolutely frigid inside. To be fair, there's a warning on their website that they keep it cool for the servers who are wearing masks and to bring a sweater but it was uncomfortably cold even despite my cardigan. It was a little hard to enjoy the experience when I felt like I was evolving into a giant popsicle. Due to limited seating from COVID, there was no other table away from the window unit we could move to and they wouldn't allow us to open a window, which I get. Overall we had a nice experience. Do make reservations before you come as they only had about six tables open for seating.

A friend told me about this place and said we had to get reservations two months out which meant spending an hour trying to get through over the phone. Add to this out 1.5 hour drive each way and you get some pretty high expectations for tea lover. What a splendid experience. I was concerned to learn there would only be two tea options but that all went away after tasting them. We enjoyed North Pole Eggnog and Sugar Plum Fairy. Both were lovely but the Eggnog was my favorite - oh the aroma is heavenly. It smells sweeter than it is. It's a Rooibus- vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon). This just proves that quality exceeds quantity. The menu was superb and provided excellent value. This wasn't your standard menu. I was very impressed with the Beef Wellington. The turkey salad took me by surprise- I didn't expect it to be so delicious. I could have bought it by the tub for take-away. The highlight of our Tea service was the performance of the story Scrooge as told by his sister. The actress was phenomenal. She dressed for the period and transported us back in time. This was a perfect way to usher in the season. I'm looking forward to returning. FYI, if your reservation is less than for you will be seated with other guests. We really enjoyed our table mates. Tea lovers are such wonderful people.

Pretty table setting.

(Not sure who the delivery service was. Flavor replaced the order without *too much* of an issue.) In November, I stopped in to get something for a friend's birthday, and bought a 4-pack for them. Staff were super friendly & answered my questions easily. Feed back on the cupcakes was thumbs up all around. There were about a dozen flavor options (I think), & they all sounded good. Ended up selecting the Snickerdoodle, Cookies n Cream, & 2 of the chocolate-peanut butter because the recipient is a big fan of pb cups. When I went in frustrated to talk about this, an employee named Brooke smugly looked at me and rolled her eyes while I expressed frustration at not being able to get a hold of them. She shook her head and had a huge attitude with me as I explained that I just wanted an update on my cheesecake. The customer service was horrible if they can't even update regular customers on a simple cheesecake I can't imagine how nerve-racking it would be to hire these people to do a catered event like a wedding or a birthday. The front employee Brooke was smug, snide, and extremely disrespectful enough that I will never go back again after that being my very first experience there.

Ordered the 6 pack of minis as the larger cookies are just a little much. They were all good. The cinnamon bun and the cookie skillet Reese's were the best. The other four missed the mark with flavor. I have found that to be true of many of their cookies - especially the bigger ones. Even though the taste isn't exactly worth writing home about the service is absolutely terrific!!! You order on a kiosk and then your cookies are shown to you by a super friendly person who wants to make sure you are happy with before the box is sealed. These do make a terrific gift - hostess, teacher appreciation, housewarming, any event where you want to bring something different. The pink box is well known and loved by some. This is a cute bakery and you can tell it's all fresh. Very cute vibe. Would go to a local small town bakery that has cookies before going here. However, the service is incredible. Cookies are just meh.
