What a cute little place for a fun tea time. I took my mother here for a late Mother's Day high tea. (Which I'm glad we celebrated late because the waitress told us Mother's Day was packed.) The food was amazing! There is no way one person could eat all the food they give you...but I love leftovers so that's a plus. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. There is a little shop in the back to purchase cute little tea items. I think this place would be great for a bridal or baby shower. If you are in the Havre de Grace area, stop by Bella's for some delicious tea, sandwiches and scones. And don't forget to grab a hat to make it fancy!

This was my first experience at a tea room, and it was SO worth it. For $21, you get a teapot of tea, desserts, scones, sandwiches, and soup; ALL with free refills! The owner explained the different types of desserts and teas, and told us he and his wife travelled to tea rooms around the country to learn and improve on how to make their tea room the best! The atmosphere was delicate and dainty, and made you feel like you were in a Victorian living space enjoying high tea. Thank you to the staff at Bella's Tea Room for making my first tea experience the best!! I will definitely be going back.

Everything was amazing. My sister and I had the Bella tea. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our server was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this tea room. We are coming back with our children.

Pretty but not warm and inviting. Food fair and expensive. Limited menu. Very disappointed.

Dearest Gentle Readers,…read more It is with a heart full of both delight and delectable satisfaction that I report upon my greatest indulgence in the wee hamlet of Havre de Grace--a quaint establishment by the name of Les Petits Bisous. Its sweet storefront is nestled on the corner of Washington and Congress where, rumor has it, the very air carries a whisper of sugar and butter. What a charming revelation this shop has proven to be! Upon entering, one is immediately struck by the intoxicating aroma of freshly baked confections. It is as though the very essence of Paris has taken residence here, and who could resist such an invitation? The macarons--oh, those heavenly morsels! A truly exquisite array of flavors, from the traditional French vanilla to the more daring Mon Cheri, each offers an ethereal crisp bite followed by a soft, delicate interior. Truly, these little jewels could charm even the most discerning of palates. The éclairs are nothing to dismiss either--puffy, golden, and crowned with the most luxurious glaze, they are filled with a rich, velvety cream that promises to undo all notions of restraint. One could almost forgive the baker for such decadence, for the éclairs are simply beyond compare. And yet, this bakery does not rest upon the laurels of merely two offerings. No! Emily extends her talents to a variety of treats (many gluten free), each one more tempting than the last. She is kind, professional, and lends her talents to the tutelage of others in culinary pursuit. Truly, she is one of a kind! To write further, dear reader, would be to risk losing one's dignity in the process--though these sugary delights are, of course, a pleasure worth losing oneself to. In conclusion, let it be known that Les Petits Bisous has, without a doubt, earned a permanent place in my heart, if not my waistline. Yours ever indulgently, Lady Whistledown(ish)

I normally dislike sweet tasting things but this was just right. And the cookies! My goodness, I believe I had one labeled the Kraken and OMG!!! First off it's a rather nice size so of course I couldn't eat the entire thing but I tried, lol!! There was a nice amount of sitting if you wanted to chill, eat, drink and or of course converse! The service was awesome and it's actually family owed which gave off "friendly neighbor vibes! I stayed for almost an hour and enjoyed every second. If you're in the area, Stop By!!

We really enjoyed our visit to Say Delicious!…read more Say Delicious is described as a steam punk confections bakery - there are some cool apparel and accessories up at the front, along with cute little Iggy (octopus) plushies for sale. They feature their Signature cookies as well as custom orders, beverages, can host private events and parties, and even offer classes and kits! I was a little nervous about some of the items being sold out by the time we got there, so I gave them a call and see if I could reserve a couple of items - it was super easy! The staff was very friendly and kind, and had the items already packed in a bag, ready to go for pickup! Of course, I added more items at the bakery once we got there! We ordered: +the Golden Iggy Chip cookie +the Kraken cookie +a seasonal decorated sugar cookie - it was a Mickey Mouse with a little holly berries around his ears +a Powdered donut +a Boston Cream Pie donut +and, a Peach Green Tea Lemonade I really enjoyed the soft-baked cookies, as they were large, heavy, and filled with a generous amount of toppings! The donuts were cake donuts but not at all dense - they were actually light and fluffy with a crisp exterior; really enjoyed the Boston Cream Pie version! The sugar cookie was our least favorite, unfortunately! And, that Peach Green Tea Lemonade - I could have ordered gallons and gallons of this - it was the perfect blend of peach, green tea, and lemonade flavors, not too sweet, had the perfect amount of sweetness and tang, and super refreshing. YUM! I wanted to try their coffee/lattes, but they had run out of milk - oops! Maybe next time! The staff here, in person, were all very nice and sweet. There is an area where you can enjoy your treats or get your items to go. Plenty of street parking, but be cautious when crossing the street - it seems as if vehicles don't adhere to the speed limit! +Peach Green Tea Lemonade! +yummy donuts! +tasty cookies! +can reserve cookies! +friendly staff! +plenty of street parking available

The place was very clean and welcoming. Hysterical bathroom signs! But I was there for the food right? So we had a brisket egg sandwich, simple bacon egg and cheese, and waffles. We got a side of bacon and tator tots. To start off the tator tots were under cooked and not good. The waffle was slightly over cooked but i ended up eating most of it the next day and it tasted fine. I cant say it was a plain waffle like the picture showed but maybe cinnamon? The egg sandwiches were uneven. What i mean is the meats, brisket and bacon, we're both hot and cold, hard and soft. They're not an even bite in regards to texture or taste. Overall it was still good but I wish I tried pastries instead. Maybe if we are there next time.
