Boy, I MUST agree with our fellow yelpers....the service was bad. I barely see an actual smile on their face. This time was no exception. NO SMILING. So, this 4 stars only give to their drinks and so not for the service. We ordered Durian Avocado (for those never have durian before or don't like it, DON'T attempt to try it since it has very strong smell), Coconut Milk Tea (boy, it was good), and Coconut Vanilla Snow. Love coming to this place, especially there other places but this place is just right to drive far for. Haven't been here for a long time, always been delicious each pull by. But yesterday I decided to stop by, whoever work yesterday, one she made it super sweet, second my sister found a hair inside drinking from it. Decently priced boba, just wish their online menu reflected their in store menu as the online menu doesn't list the different types of add-ons; they also don't have bursting "popping boba" with fruit juice. Which is strange because even the tutti frutti yogurt shop has it... but I've tried various mixtures of literally every type of flavor on the menu and haven't been let down by any thus far. I go here because it's so close and there are bearly any boba places near north Houston. The drinks are pretty decent in my opinion and parking is so-so. The service is so-so like after they make my drink they'll be like "thank you" but that didn't happen until recently(they probably read the yelp reviews...jk) but over the years their service has improved. Always great! I wish I could try them all but I love the plain milk tea with pearls. I don't know what gave me the idea to try milk pudding but I did and I freaking love the light sweet creaminess of it. I always get it now. I'm not a big fan of tapioca or jellies. I know, It's just unnatural, but I love milk tea! I grabbed a chai milk tea here (because it sounded pretty interesting) and it was good! I like it. It reminded me of the chai tea that I get from Starbucks. I've had the regular milk tea and it's pretty decent as well. The price is alright and the drinks are alright, but I wouldn't rave about this place. I think I was way too spoiled by Momoko in Austin. This is the very first time we were trying the boba teas that are all the craze now. So glad we chose here for the first time, they were soooo good. We got the coconut milk tea we loved it & we are so glad we did. We went somewhere else to get our second ones (because Tealicious was too far ) & they were weak & the tapioca was old & falling apart. It is sad that this is last one left in Texas. Of all the Bubble Tea places I've tried all over Texas, I still rate Lollicup as my all-time favorite. Cheap, and always very tasty. While sometimes I'll get a drink that's overly sweet, the pearls (tapioca) never taste terrible, as always soft and palpable. I've been to plenty of places that botch the pearls by being too tough or too soft. I've gotten my friends hooked on Lollicup and when in town this is the first place we go to. I've probably tried every drink on the menu at least twice. All very tasty. read more

I may have put 4 stars, but 3 1/2 stars may be a more appropriate rating. They have a large variety of drinks at reasonable prices, however there isn't much consistency in the quality. There have been times where the drinks are satisfying, however there have been other times when the proportions of ingredients are haphazardly mixed. Very cheap and inexpensive drinks compared to kung fu tea. Ordered a lychee slush, watermelon slush, and Vietnamese coffee for my family which were all so good. The slushees tasted exactly like how you would eat the fruit, they also used fresh fruit rather than just using syrup. The drink sizes they have are reasonable and affordable. Their drinks are good and the tapioca too. BUT, when the service and the tone of a worker comes off as rude, it ruins everything. I'll give it two stars for the drinks. The workers and the owner however, deserve 0 stars. I have never met any type of worker or owner that treats their customers like that. They don't smile or greet you they just stare and look at you all funny while you're deciding what to drink. And they close at 6....like what? If someone were to bring you a milk tea from this place, you'd probably enjoy it, because it's of average quality. What ruins the experience is going inside the place. You walk in, and it's a cold, musty atmosphere. I'm only part Japanese, and I felt like the people working were giving me a death stare like I didn't belong. "What do you want." the girl demanded. Okay, that's great. I ordered, and watched her make my drink. Everything was *technically* clean-looking, but it was hard to tell, the whole place was dark, and smelled of harsh cleaners. I got my drink, which wasn't horrible, and would've sat down in their lounge area to enjoy it, but it wasn't the most inviting place to sit so I just left and drank my drink on the way home. My recommendation? Go to I Heart Boba on Louetta, it's brand new and clean, and is tons better. I would technically give this place 2.5 stars, but I can only rate whole numbers. read more

Avocado with Tapioca is the best!!! It's kinda hidden behind the side of the strip mall, but nothing that common sense would take care off. I love the prices and straight forward ordering process. The sealed lid is awesome specially when getting several of them to go. No tea to be found here, only syrups and powder. Tealicious made me the first milk tea that I physically haven't been able to drink. I've had a lot of bad milk teas, but this was seriously impressive. My Almond Milk Tea was so powdery, there were actually chunks of undissolved powder floating around in my drink... what?!. I took a few sips and all I could feel was powder getting stuck in my throat. Even worse, it tasted exactly like almond milk creamer with added sugar. If there was any tea at all in here, there was never any hope for it. Worse still, the tapioca was just... mush. Not bad chewyness, maybe only just a bit overcooked to me, but very obviously old and soaked for way too long. The mushyness of the tapioca paired well with the powder in the drink. I just threw $3.50 down the toilet but that's okay, I won't be back. There's absolutely no reason to come here when you have nearby: Infuzion Tea Bar, I Heart Boba, Tapioca Master, and Heavenly Beverages. Closing at 6 pm and taking cash only also helps the decision. read more

I came here over the weekend since we had to pick up some groceries at HK4. I got the milk tea while the hubs got the coffee. Their milk tea was ok. Not the best I've had but it's doable. Tapioca was chewy with a little sweetness to it. Hubs said that his coffee tasted like chocolate milk...forgot if I had a swig of it...but it did look pretty rich. Customer service-wise...there was only one girl running the fort. She seemed a little timid but nice...she didn't come off that rude or anything. I had one of my favorite Passion Fruit Slush with Tapioca. The Tapioca in mine was either to soft or they were still frozen and hard. I don't know why I got two different types of tapioca. Is my drink make the tapioca harden and cold? Other than that the drink is good and reasonable priced. The place has changed since last time I was there. It is trendier now. The service is typical.
