    Perfect peach
    Huong N.

I drove past The Bep when it still being renovated and hadn't open, so was glad I was finally able to try it at this location a few weeks ago! They do not go light on the popping boba (there was so much!!). Overall the perfect peach was a little sweet for my liking, but I am looking forward to trying more in the future! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful the aesthetic of the shop is fantastic clean simple and cozy with posters of the drinks, making it easy to decide what to order. I tried the Hawaii Sunset, which was delicious and refreshing. The mango poppers were also great. I also ordered the Pink Lady, a dragonfruit tea that was equally refreshing and not too sweet. I'll definitely be back to try more of their delicious drinks!

Beautiful addition to our area. Great tasting drinks just wish they had bigger size especially the Vietnamese coffee which was lit I went during the soft opening so there was no food on the menu. Service was quick and efficient.

I had been eagerly awaiting for The Bep to open! I love trying new tea shops and had never heard for The Bep so I was even more excited to see what they had to offer to the boba tea scene in the area. The inside is absolutely stunning and great for photo ops, hanging out with friends or just enjoying a drink by yourself. They even have a nice little outside seating area too. While we originally wanted to try the drive thru, it wasnt open at the time but we were glad we got to see inside. They have a wide range of teas, smoothies and coffee drinks. I got the Passion soursop fushion and my husband the taro ube milk tea and we both throughly enjoyed our drinks. My drink had lots of soursop chunks and my husband said his was nice and creamy with good ube flavor. We can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

I've been wanting to taste the Claypot tea since I saw it on social media a year ago, but I didn't get a chance until now. You can get it in a 20oz takeout cup for $6.95 plus tax. It was originally given in a smaller cup, which I thought looked strange since it looked smaller than the IG image. The sticker said "20oz", which made me ask the staff if it was correct. Another staff member pointed to the correct size cup, so it and the remaining milk tea from the kitchen was poured into the correct cup. The drink doesn't fill the whole cup, which made me think I was losing out. It was pretty once you lifted the lid because of the colorful ingredients. The drink tasted mostly sweet with a few bitter parts from biting into some of the flowers and goji berries. It has a lightly roasted tea + milk with a floral (rose) flavor profile. It took about 13 minutes for the drink and 25 minutes for the kitty paws with about 2-3 pairs in front of me at 12:30 pm on a weekday. The kitty paws didn't get poured until I picked up my drink. The kitty paws (3pcs, $10 plus tax) tasted like an egg-batter toasted mochi. You can't really taste or see much of the mozzarella cheese or custard cream. There's also Nutella filling, which looks like a hot dog filling in some photos. Staff were pretty relaxed but moving, so I'm not sure why there was such a long delay for everyone's drinks.

Customer service and the drinks were both amazing. Will definitely be coming back. Considering they had an event for the lunar new year, service was fast and employees were super nice.

    Soursop Organic Tea

If yall a huge fan of sour taste you must try this drink, it is the best think I've ever try‍

Just know that if you're going to order less ice they will give you less drink. They won't fill it up all the way. I would have appreciated it if they let me know ahead. The drink is good but I won't be coming back due to them skimping out on the drink for $6+

I've…read moreordered the Wild Pistachio Latte about four times, and it hasn't been as good as the first time I tried it. On one occasion, I also had a not-so-great experience. I understood they were having power issues and were operating on a generator. Their tablet system appeared to be working, as I could see my order while placing it. I was making a large order for my coworkers and needed an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, I was told they couldn't provide it due to the power outage. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge. This was frustrating, as these add-ons were suggested by staff without clarifying the additional cost. While the issue was eventually resolved, I left feeling unhappy with the overall experience. I did return once afterward, but between the inconsistent beverages and the lack of transparency around pricing, I don't think I'll be coming back.

But on a later visit, the customer service was disappointing. The employee taking our order was distracted and chatting with coworkers, and our order was entered incorrectly. When we politely pointed it out, there was no effort to fix the mistake or even acknowledge it--just pushback and a lack of professionalism. Another visit closer to closing time was even more frustrating. The floor had just been mopped with no warning sign, which is a safety concern. When we tried to order, we were told multiple items were already put away, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there--even though it was still well before closing. Overall, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming at times, and the customer service doesn't match what you'd expect. It's disappointing because the drinks themselves are good, but the experience makes it hard to want to come back.

They put the roast date on every bag and a lot of other info like how they were processed, washed and organic. They even have the elevation on the bag. They supply coffee and stuff to a few places you've heard of, Black Walnut, Goode & Co., Uncle Bean's, etc. There are a lot of friendly knowledgeable people who work here and they seem to enjoy it. One of them even made a stellar to go cup of hot cappucino for me, nice foam artwork. We'll order on line after we finish this bag of beans, it's easier...we enjoyed scoping out this place though. Both were exceptionally good. The shop is a little off the beaten path, but easy to find and beautiful inside. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I showed up unannounced to buy some coffee. According to their Instagram, they offer tours and tastings by appointment, which I plan to do in the near future. They also suggest calling ahead to order your coffee so it will be ready when you pick it up. I recommend doing that because I did have to wait a little while when I popped in to order. I have been brewing the Columbian grounds at home for my bulletproof coffee with ghee, coconut oil, collagen, and stevia and I swear it tastes like brownie batter. I have never had a more smooth, balanced flavor from a roasted coffee bean in my life. I will continue to purchase coffee beans and grounds from Geva as long as they exist and I will always support any coffee shop who brews their coffee as well.
