I'm HUGE into making delicious and healthy vegetables juice in the morning, but after having my Ninja (for what must be close to a decade) I figured that it may be time to have it sharpened... So I find Tyler at the local neighborhood market at Ventura College last weekend, bring my very unique blade setup (see photo), and ask if he can sharpen. He said, "no problem give me 15 minutes." ...which I do easily considering there must have been over 50 vendors! When I came back, Tyler had it all ready. MY JUICING IS NOW A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE I WAS BLESSED TO FIND TYLER! Thank you, sir -- I'll be back and will look forward to recommending him to anyone and everyone who could use some sharpening

Josh was responsive and easy to work with. He asked questions and recommended a material and gauge that would be appropriate without needlessly increasing the cost (e.g., no need to use stainless if we were going to powder coat it black). I sent him the dimensions, then drove over to his shop with the cooktop. After he cut the piece out of a sheet of steel we did a fit check prior to sending it out for powder coating to make sure it was right. Josh even handled getting it powder coated for us. Josh can fabricate just about anything from metal. I would definitely work with him again on my next project.

I brought him eight knives (including a Wustof sashimi knife, not shown in the photos) and they all came back sharper than when they were brand new. I also recently inherited two very old chinese style cleavers from my grandmothers (who have since passed) and Donovan brought them back to life. They are some of my favorite knives now. Donovan was responsive via text, priced fairly, and the results of his attention to detail truly speaks for itself. 100% recommend if you're in the mid-valley region and don't want to drive too far.
