After weeks of trying to line of times and dates he turned out to be a no show and stalled. Finally had To find someone else to service the RV and out of courtesy let Dave know that another RV tech was hired to work on the RV. This guy Dave goes off with profanity text and voicemail on my phone. Throwing the F word all over the place along with naming other RV Techs in the area and degrading his possibly pass coworkers. Apparently Dave has an attitude which needs to be adjusted. I'm so glad I never had to meet him in person and glad I didn't have to pay someone who advertises services and most likely doesn't even know how to work with customers or do a professional job! There was no pressure, sales pitch, or upsell at all. I was given free reign to look at the RVs and ask any questions I had (and a lot of them were basic, but Kenneth was patient). When it came time to buy, they made me a great deal and were flexible with my timeline. I got a very comprehensive tour of my RV, with an invitation to call if I have any questions (which I know I will, because it's a lot to remember). During the tour, we found one small bit of damage, and Grandview RV immediately apologized and fixed it for me in a matter of days. When we got it set up, they were kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Overall, I felt respected and valued- not just as a customer, but almost as a friend...which I definitely didn't expect and very much appreciate! I recommend anyone looking for an RV of any kind check them out, and I know I'll be hiring them for any repairs that need to be done to my fifth wheel in the future.
