After weeks of trying to line of times and dates he turned out to be a no show and stalled. Finally had To find someone else to service the RV and out of courtesy let Dave know that another RV tech was hired to work on the RV. This guy Dave goes off with profanity text and voicemail on my phone. Throwing the F word all over the place along with naming other RV Techs in the area and degrading his possibly pass coworkers. Apparently Dave has an attitude which needs to be adjusted. I'm so glad I never had to meet him in person and glad I didn't have to pay someone who advertises services and most likely doesn't even know how to work with customers or do a professional job! Stay Away this dude sounds like trouble.

We were not disappointed... Sam is THE go-to salesman. If you go - he is the one to see. We told him what we were looking for and he pulled up his inventory and found six potential campers for us to see. He knew his products and he delivered on what he was selling. For someone who just started out about 18 months ago in the sales department, he had come a long way - having sold over 100 units in 2025. Most of all, he followed through and was patient as we deliberated as to which one we wanted to buy. Jacob, the sales manager, was very professional and was on the same page with Sam and took great care of us. No promises were made that were not followed through. I cannot tell you how well this process went. We got everything we wanted and purchased a newer camper than we figured we would get. The whole experience was way over and above what we expected. The…read moreprevious service manager started the process of contacting Forest River last fall. this spring, I stopped by the shop to inquire and found out that he was no longer employed and the gentlemen in the shop knew nothing of the recall process. The current service manager took all info through multiple calls and never responded to me. Now the recall has expired and if I need a skylight repair / replacement, it will be my financial obligation instead of the recall that was available. Very poor response and service on part of the service department.

There was no sense of urgency whatsoever there. We looked at several listings of the used campers…read moreand went to look to see if we could get a good deal on one. The salesperson (I'm not naming names) only showed us those we looked at and a few we happened to see while there. He did not look on his inventory to see if there were anything comparable to what we were asking for. We had found one we liked and had to wait for them to get the camper ready. We waited a week and nothing but crickets. Details are everything. The camper's jack foot was covered by dirt and gravel and the salesperson was like, "Oh, we just moved it here..." There was a lot that could have been done but didn't because there was no urgency to make a sale. Nothing comparable was offered or shown. Only after we talked about one camper did my wife go home and search their inventory did we find other campers that were better than the one we originally enquired about. This could have been a much better process. We went to a competitor in the area and it was night and day. The salesperson knew their inventory, helped us see comparable units, and their team from finance to their general manager were proactive and helped us find a much better deal than what we could have found elsewhere. I've never been to a business that seemed to care less whether they sold a product or not. This was the case here. From a leadership and management standpoint there needs to be a hard look at this situation and corrections made in order to improve their organization. The whole interaction made no sense. But, their loss was a competitor's gain. Time is money folks - don't make your customer wait.
