Had an appointment here a couple Fridays ago at 1:30. I live about 30 minutes away from the location. I arrived and was told they were out of the ceramic that I wanted and that I had said I wanted when I made my appointment. I made another appointment for Monday at 3:30. I ended up not going to the appointment on Monday because I didn't want to give them my business if they couldn't at least call that morning (or anytime before I made the 30 min drive) to tell me they were out of the ceramic. I believe the prices are a little high for this place as well, but hey, what do I know.. on the bright side, I was offered a discount because of the mishap. read more

Expensive, not professional at all, go to dynamic motors in christiamsburg they have ceramic tint, and they will show you everything when you walk in there and ask for a quote. read more

Unprofessional, and extremely poor communication responses, if you get one at all. Used them for residential window films, and it was a disappointing experience. Applied window film that was way too dark, and then he wouldn't return phone calls to fix. A complete waste of time and money. Stay away from Tint Pros. read more

Had a great experience. They were attentive and timely. About a month after the job one is the corners started to people and they explained that the type of window I had made it difficult. They got my car right in and took care of it. Great customer service. read more

I've gotten no where, and have been pretty frustrated considering how great the initial purchase was. Well, here's my updated review. Parks Acura/BMW/Audi got a new GM about 3-4 weeks ago. His name is Bob Geiger, and after finding out about my situation, Bob called me personally to see how he could make this right. After explaining what the issues were, Bob went to work. Within 2 days, both of my issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Bob brings a new perspective and fresh management to this location, and he truly cares about the customer. With his leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction, I feel confident they can earn my business again. Thank you Bob, and we love the new RDX!

Another salesman and a manager tried to"making it right" by showing me other similar vehicles or offering to order me one like the one they sold out from under me (which would take 2-3 months to come in if they could even get it). I left and even after all of that I still considered and communicated with them about one of the similar vehicles. When I made them an offer the salesman took it to the manager whose response was "I took your offer to Kia management . Could not get them to bite on that offer unfortunately." My offer was definitely not unreasonable especially considering the situation and how the dealership had already done me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!
