This was the first time anyone ever told me that the cabin filter was not replaced. (should be serviced every 6k mile) They said a special kit was needed and due to GM not providing access to a filter when manufactured. We have three high-shedding dogs who frequently ride with us, so, of course, we had an impossible-to-tackle amount of pet hair in our car that absolutely overwhelmed us any time we went to vacuum. They performed an actual miracle. There was hardly a dog hair left anywhere in sight when we picked our CR-V up. The leather seats are now cleaner than they've been in years and the outside is gorgeous and shiny again! It felt like I dropped off an old car and came back to a brand new one. The quote I was given when I dropped the vehicle off was shocking as well - in a good way! I can't recommend Bill's Auto Salon enough!
