Every step of the way from having the paint buffed out to hitting a deer and then fixing my bumper dawn and Brian have been some of the best people to work with. They are responsive, respectful and have some of the best customer service ever. The work always come out great and if they aren't satisfied they will take care of any issues that come up. Well i will be the first one to give a review. Stay away. They get there business from a dealership across the street. I dont know if its a relitive or good friends that send customers to them. To make it short, I got a chip in my brand new ford mustang windshield. Ford dealership sends me to this place. Unable to bring it in myself, I send my wife to have it done. 50 dollars later she brings it to my work place to show me what they did. Complete shock. Could have done better with clear nail polish from Walmart and saved 49 bucks. Not only that, thay got paint dust all over the inside and out. One day later and Im still trying to get it out of my car.. So in short, Stear clear unless quality is not important to you. Proof is in the picture i took after they (fixed it). read more

Backed into my garage door like an idiot and shattered my back window. Called everywhere in the state of Virginia looking for someone to replace the glass. These people were the only ones I could find to do it, and they are all the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met. The front desk worker (shoutout Dawn!) is the kindest soul, and they all made this whole process so easy. There were some complications down the line with glass getting into places that glass shouldn't be, so I had to get two replacement pieces. As a broke college student paying for this out of my own pocket, I was nervous to get scammed by a big company trying to sell me new and unnecessary parts. They were super understanding, and shopped around for used pieces from local suppliers to lower the price. They ordered one particular piece a couple of times because they kept coming in slightly damaged, and they didn't want to give me something less than perfect. I work the same hours that their shop is open, so they were really great about offering to get me in at times they wouldn't normally take clients just so that I wouldn't have to miss work. The communication was excellent; they explained every step they took, and even showed me the damaged pieces to prove they were telling the truth. I cannot say enough nice things about this place! Nobody wants to be in a collision repair shop, but if you find yourself having to go to one, these are your people. read more
