Won't mount tires anymore unless your way over pay for their tires. Won't be doing any business with them again.

I used this shop 3 times and each time had an issue…read more First time was for new tires and brakes. For my Triumph Explorer 1250. The Bike came back with the rear tire mounted backwards and on one of the front calipers both bolts were only finger tightened Next time was for a fluids change out of the Triumph Explorer, as well as new tires. This was supposed to take 2 days but took a week. The mechanics had no idea how to change the coolant fluid. They told me I had to find the maintenance manuals for them to do the job. I'm sorry but that's what your job is.. The bike was finally picked up a week later with out the coolant job done. 3rd and final time. I had a repair job for my Thruxton that was laid down. Minor repair work of a scratched tank and a few bolt on items. Mirror, clutch lever, shifter. The clutch wasn't adjusted so the bike wouldn't start (safety sensor) in position 3 or 4 on the clutch lever. The shifter was mounted incorrectly. Lastly the owner talked me into an air injector removal to get more performance. I agreed to do it while the bike was in. The AI removal job was a hack job. He removed the tubes and capped the taps but left the MAF sensors and pump sensor unplugged. This lead to a check engine light on that won't go out. Resistors need to be added for this to be done correctly. Now the Thruxton is at the dealer having the hack work corrected and overall checked over to make sure nothing else was missed. I can't stress enough what a terrible experience this shop has been each time. Malisa can't keep any timelines she promises and is rude. If you want your bike done right the first time Do Not Go Here!

I've been a customer of Town & Country for over 20 years, and the buyer should remember that this…read moreis primarily a Harley dealership that makes its living from selling Harley accessories and performing quality service. Don't expect low ball prices, but do expect extremely friendly, helpful and professional personnel. They will take care of you after the sale, unlike many other powersports dealers. My only suggestion for improvement is how they schedule and turn-around repairs. If your repair requires parts, it will most likely take 2-3 weeks. They do not stock many non-Harley parts so after the initial diagnosis, they remove you from the schedule until the parts arrive. When all parts arrive they reschedule you in the next open slot which may be another week out. If management can figure out how to expedite this process, it would be a 5-Star dealer in my opinion. However, everyone here is professional and courteous. It is definitely more laid back than many high pressure dealerships. Never had a problem with any person here. If you come in with a bad attitude you will get the same attitude back. If you are polite, you will get some of the best customer service you can expect.
