Their service department is incompetent. May we had them look at our cfmoto utv. They replaced the clutch and belt. We had it back 3 weeks same issue they fixed the problem not what caused it. First time was warranty 2nd time wanted almost 1600.00 because they failed fixing it right the first time. Avoid these morons at all cost. read more

Very dissapointed. Bought 2 indian motorcycles from them. Went into the store to get an estimate to upgrade one to a 116 kit. Gave them all my information and never recieved a phone call, email, nothing. Got it done at another dealership. Thought I would give them another shot. Called for an estimate on a side by side. Was told I would have a quote by the end of the day. Same result. Appehrently the don't need the buisness, and have lost all of mine completly. read more

I've been going to TC (formerly Holiday) Powersports for over 20 years. A lot has changed since then. The salesman are much more intense, less likely to render a true deal, and extremely suspect. They say things that simply aren't true to convince you to buy quickly. They are persistent, though, which I'm sure is why the manager keeps them Prices on parts and service are okay. You can still find them cheaper online, but it is good to have a local place to service your equipment. I wouldn't necessarily buy big purchases from them, though. Their prices are never clearly stated, and you feel like you have to play the good cop/bad cop haggle game for days to get the same deal you can get an hour away at another dealer with little or no effort. I certainly didn't, so I drove 2 hours and saved over $1000. If you shop around, you probably will also. read more

Poor customer service. Don't return phone calls or answer the phone. Have called multiple days. Even had the secretary take a hand written note to the parts department and still didn't receive a call back. They are the only dealer nearby that can receive the part I need, being the only reason I continue to keep making an effort to give them business. read more

We came to a mutually agreed upon price, they sold it out from under me and they likely dinged my credit in the process. Disappointing experience, questionable business practice, your mileage my vary. Here is the back story. I went on Saturday and worked out a deal, had started the process of applying for a loan on a used bike. Offered them a deposit and was declined. No word from them by a quarter to 5pm on Monday. When I called them, I was informed that I was approved but they accepted a deposit from someone else on Sunday. If your calendar looks like mine Sunday comes after Saturday when I was declined. When I pressed them to suggest that they should sell it to me as first in the queue I was informed they would not as they took the deposit already from the other buyer. I asked what time they had submitted for my load and was told not until Monday morning. When I inquired if that was before the other buyer, they eventually told me they had worked out a cash deal with the other buyer (more money if you can read between the lines). My question is why run my credit as that puts a ding against it knowing they had already sold the bike out from under me? I was told that if the other deal fell through, they would call me. I told them not to bother. Their business ethics are too loose for me to want to deal with them. read more

I used to love this company when it was holiday. My fiancé and two friends were looking to buy 3 quads (aprox. $30K) my buddy was skeptical because he had problems before with TC, but he went through with it since he knows a salesman. All 3 of them bought the quads and inquired about getting my 09' KX 450f fixed up. I got a quote to get a full suspension job, motor gaskets redone, tires, rim, and other odds and ends. My quote was $2,600 so I put $100 down on March 14, 2018. I was told as long as I put a few hundred down they would order all the parts and do the job while I pay on it. There was an understanding that if I didn't pay the bill and lost contact with them they would take my bike with a mechanics lien. I was ok with this because I knew I was going to pay them. I was originally told this would be done the first or second week of April 2018. After calling about the bike around that time, they said it would be done end of April. I asked if it was going to be done in time for my Mother's Day ORV trip. They again assured me it will be done the first week of may. After calling them again, they told me it would be done the second week of may, but in time for my trip. I went back in to check on the bike since no one calls you to keep you up to date, and they still haven't done anything but tore it down. I told the service manager not to bother with the suspension because I need my bike in time for my June 21st trip I had planned. So we agreed just to have my gaskets and rim done. I was told it would be done before the end of may, but that was also a lie. I called the first week of June to ask about my bike, and they still haven't touched it. They assure me it will be done late friday on June 15th. I call them Friday because jay finally called me about my bike, but it was to tell me they broke some spokes lacing up my rims and now the parts won't be here until wed, June 20th. This is the day before my trip, and they still haven't touched my motor. As a result I by a new bike from full throttle because I have to have a bike for this trip on June 21st. I call the GM Andrew at TC to tell him what is going on with my bike, and I'd like a my bike out back together and get refunded. He said he was going to look into it and call me. I never got a call, so I called him today, June 17th, on my break at work. He transfers me to the operations manager, who then tells me he is going to charge me labor for reassembling the bike. I told him that's bull shit because they had my bike for 3 months now, and haven't done shit to it. He then told me that customers that pay upfront have higher priority and it didn't matter that I've waited this long, I still had to pay the labor to put the bike back together. I was told when I took my bike there they would fix it completely with a down payment, and I just had to just just had to pay on it to get my bike back. Now he's telling me I have to pay 6 hours of labor for reassembly of the bike and rim of the spokes they broke. These people are all talk and I wish we would have taken our business elsewhere. It seems like spending 30k between my fiancé and friends would be enough for them to treat you well, but I guess they don't care once the sale is made. I will never shop there again and I will never refer anyone to that store again. read more

Dont waste your money at this place. Service guys are good they can usually find what you need parts wise. I'll start with my experiance I had an order for some fluids n spark plug placed, when I went to pick it up I called ahead and asked if I could bring my dirtbike chain in to get 2 links taken out and ask what that would cost. I was put on hold for a short period of time then informed it was no charge they just needed to know how many links I wanted removed and it would just take a few minutes. When I arrived I was told that unless I bought the chain there I would be charged 1/2hr labor at 120$/hr so 60$ to push 1 pin out! Ridiculous! Following this visit I needed to get the nitrogen recharged in my rear shock after I rebuilt it and needed a cotter pin for the rear tire castle nut. I was again quoted 1/2hr labor for the recharge costing 60$( pricey but given the specialty equipment and nitrogen needed it's somewhat understandable) i was shown a wide variety of pins to choose from because they were unsure what size my bike needed, I selected one that looked suitable and when I got my bill 84$... Yup that's a 23$ cotterpin I'm the proud new owner of, keep in mind this isn't some reusable clip type pin, it's your standard hair pin style one time use and then it breaks n gets thrown away. It wasn't even on my receipt with a part number it was just a misc additional charge. I will not be spending any more money at this shop. My visits were a year after my riding buddy took his new dirtbike in to have it looked over and checked if anything was worn or needed replacing so he could replace it, TC had his bike for 6 months after multiple calls they informed him he needed 1500-2000$ worth of work done. he asked to come pick the bike up so he could get a second opinion. Upon him telling them he didnt want them to do the work and wanted the bike back he was told he could come get the bike...... when he arrived he was given his bike back literally torn down to frame! Engine torn down to the bottom end! I dont know who he spoke with or worked with but I saw the bike the day he picked it up and it makes me sick to think these people can operate like that! They were never authorized to do any work on the bike and then charged him a diagnostic fee and gave his bike back in pieces. I told him to report them to the bbb or file charges against them but hes non confrontational and was forced to sell his bike because he had no idea where to start putting it back together. Also keep in mind his bike was running great when he took it in, it just needed wear n tear things looked over and fluids checked. They destroyed his bike and charged him to do it.... shady, disgraceful, slimy,untrustworthy, conartists about sums it up Dont waste your time or your money, all the people saying the salesmen are great are sheep, you're giving them tens of thousands of dollars for new machines that they get a fat commision off to sell you, obviously they are going to treat you great it's their job!. hate to see what happens when your stuff breaks and you gotta go back for actual service. 0 stars read more

1.) Entering the building was very dangerous with a inch of ice in the drive and side walk. No salt at all. I know it was like that for two weeks at least. 2.) After purchasing a new motorcycle I picked it up and I thought I was invisible that's how they made you feel. They didn't even think to give me a owners manual. I got home and thought I should have one. So I called them and they said sure we have one here drive back here and pick it up. I did not extremely happy about it. 3.) I thought when you bought a bike they set it up to you such as sag in the suspension. Not a chance. Nope they don't do that. I do know Earl's cycle shop in Michigan center did years back on my 1987 Honda 600XL. Terrible service there in my opinion. Employe's standing around shooting the bull while customer struggles walking over ice to get inside the building. Etc. Pathetic. if I had to do all over again I would of drove an extra 30 miles and do my business elsewhere. One positive note they do have a good mechanic. read more
