The repair was completed sooner than initially promised so we did not have to spend money on a rental and the car looked like new. I can't say enough about their professionalism, quality of work, and honesty. How refreshing to walk in a place where you have the confidence that you are treated fairly and no one is taking advantage of you because you are a woman and don't know enough about cars.

Updated 6/26 Due to…read morethe actions of one person, or rather lack of action, the company as a whole should not be dinged. Within 2 hours of the ratings I finally received a call back. They came out and picked my bike up, road it (I verified this by marking the mileage down before they picked it up) put in on the diagnostic machine and confirmed the issue. I picked it up on June 24th and Josh was very professional, apologetic and polite (he wasn't the one who dropped the ball). I have trusted them for the past 4-5 years with my bike and I will continue to due so. Took bike in for service and driving home the "check engine" light comes back on....I called as soon as I made it home and now, six days later, I have yet to get a return call. I even called and left another message on Tuesday....really disappointed....now they get to talk to my credit card company as I will be issuing a chargeback.

They replaced the battery, witch they just checked my battery the day before I dropped my machine off and it was good. Needless to say I made them take switch batteries back. They never checked the valves or the clutch what I took it in for. The invoice stated for them to be looked at. I guess they can't read. It their lost. The parts department sucks too. I brought mt motorcycle in for the front forks not holding air for air ride suspension. about a…read moreweek in i called to see where the progress was if any and they went through my bike and inspected everything and drummed a bill upwards of $3500 i asked if we could just fix the forks that the bike was a 1997 and it will have these issues, well another week went by and they called and said it would be $300 to identify what the issue was i chose to go ahead and another week went by and another call the guy said he needed me to come in and look at the bike, he had found a mouse nest in the faring and the wires were chewed for the High beam indicator, neutral position, and blinkers and told me he couldn't go any further so i told him to put it back together and i would find somewhere else they ended up just slapping it together for the $300 they couldn't even be bothered by replacing a windshield bolt and they ended up breaking a HI way peg and didn't say anything about it.

**UPDATE*** After…read morethe initial sale... things just kept getting worse. They sold me a used bike with only one key and never told me there wasn't a spare. After I asked about it, they told me they could order another for me... but I'd have to pay for it (lame). I said okay, but they never got the KTM registration card from the previous owner, so they couldn't order another one. Ok, great! I asked if they could help out because when I call KTM, they said I would have to go through the dealer. After numerous attempts of asking my sales rep for help--nothing. After 5 or 6 attempts, I got tired of asking. So, I'm stuck with one key. Hope I never lose it! Another thing that sucks... Trojan claims that their used bikes go under inspection. However, when I got the bike there was an issue with the brake squeaking loudly when stopping. Turns out a pad needed to be fixed. The horn was also not working. So, they sold a used bike to me without even know the horn was shot? Which leads me to believe nothing was inspected and there could have been many things wrong or broken. They were cool enough to come pick up the bike and fix it for me after the sale. Wish it would have been taken care of before! Unfortunately upon delivery of the bike, I had new scratches on the tail that were NOT there prior. Assuming it's from the strap used to secure the bike in their truck during transportation to and from the dealership. The scratches are on both sides of the tail, exactly where a strap would sit. Never said anything to me. If they would have offered to fix it, I wouldn't be updating this review to a one star. But here we are. I also had asked them to email me a copy of my previous bikes odometer statement. I traded in my used bike... and instead of paying off the loan balance for me, they made me contribute $500... just to get more of my money. Since $5,400k for the used KTM wasn't enough. LOL! I said screw it because I was already at the dealership coming from an hour away. And I planned on getting a refund on my old warranty that could help cover that loss. After a few emails back and forth, I never got the copy of the statement. Frustrating sequence of events. Wouldn't do business with these guys again. If you want to buy a motorcycle, here's my advice: buy from a private seller. You'll get a better deal and more honesty.

After plenty of research on the bike they suggested I couldn't find a comparable model to it. it had high end components and everything. Very solid bike. I'm really happy with the bikes we purchased, the staff and how they conducted themselves. The order came in when they said it would and I even let them do a tune up on my old trek they put in new cables and the bike looks and rides great again. I had raised the handle bars and the cables were 2 short. the owner ask if I had Hydraulic brakes I called back after verifying that I did. I was told the price would be 189. I brought the bike in the next day and was quoted a price of 325 plus he was telling me that the extender I purchased form a Giant dealer was no good and I should replace that too for an additional cost. I was not happy and told him that and expressed I was stuck and if I am paying that price it better be perfect. He said he could not guarantee that and refused to do the work. I would not recommend this service to anyone the bait and switch and then the push to purchase more unneeded hardware in the extension shows he is only in this to make money. I would not take your bike here for service.

I had a motorcycle gas tank repaired. Josh picked up the tank from my home, waa courteous and…read moreprofessional. I asked about a scratch on the tank as well, he said he could take care of it and agreed on a price. When Josh returned the tank, he said he had some problems with the scratch, he went through the paint and exposed the metal underneath. The scratch he was supposed to fix was still clearly visible. His solution was to not charge for the scratch repair (duh), and I could have it airbrushed. Wow, now the tank must be repainted to properly fix it. Obviously scratch repair is not his specialty, and I wish he could have just told me he could not do it instead of ruining the tank. DO NOT LET HIM FIX SCRATCHES, he is not a paint guy. Now, as far as the dent repair, he did an amazing job and I could not be happier with that. He should have stopped there and this would be a five star review. Unfortunately, instead of returning my payment because he ruined my tank and he cashed the check. I will not be a return customer. BTW, he requested that I leave a review for his business.
