They never checked the valves or the clutch what I took it in for. The invoice stated for them to be looked at. I guess they can't read. It their lost. The parts department sucks too. At any rate the bike was advertised correctly and the pictures represented the motorcycle exactly. I came into the shop and spoke the owners about the motorcycle. The owners were very up front about the motorcycle even providing a brief history. The Harley looked exactly like it did in the pictures, pretty much like new. While I am not a great price negotiator, I feel I did get a very good price based on my market research on that make/model. The fact that I was dealing with an experienced seller rather than a guy on the corner certainly gave me more confidence in writing the check. Since the weather outside is cold, I have only driven the motorcycle up to the corner and back. The Harley runs great and starts up easily. Finally, the owner of A & J was kind enough to deliver the motorcycle about 20 miles to my home with no additional charge. All the paperwork was handled in a professional manner and my title arrived in a timely manner. If your a serious buyer and want to make a deal with confidence that your not buying someone else s problem, I would strongly recommend you consider this motorcycle dealership.

You can tell that he knew what he was doing just by looking at his shop and all the scooters he was working on. He also gave great insight on some areas of my scooter that I hadn't really considered. I've had many Harleys over the years and have always found it EXTREMELY difficult to find a Dealer or a Person that is as passionate as you are when it comes to your Ride. The only thing he could have done better was to give me a hat or T-shirt to advertise this store. Super friendly while making the sale…read more Then when you take the item home and find out there is a defect, he points at his marker board and says, all sales are final. I then understood why he cuts the tags off of what you buy before you leave the store. When you take things back, his attitude changes dramatically and tells you to leave the store without exchanging the item, or refunding. Zero stars would be better.

I was nervous coming in for a tire change after the nightmarish reviews I had read about this…read moreplace, but gotta say I was pleased enough. It was a little inconvenient that they didn't do appointments and they needed a full day to get a tire change done, but that's mostly a limitation of their number of people working the service department, as I understand, so I don't hold it to them. They were transparent throughout the process and provided some guidance on other issues I've been having with the bike, even if they couldn't work on it because of it's age. Pricing is what it will be. Most shops charge between $90 to $110 an hour in my experience. They land somewhere in there as well. But they do it well, and I'm lead to believe that they would have charged less if I had taken the wheels off myself ahead of time (I brought the whole bike in). All in all, I had a pretty good experience here. Again, just got my tires changed, so I can't speak to anything much beyond that though. I should also note that I bought my own tires through a separate company, not through Free Ride. Some places will say they can't mount tires they haven't purchased for insurance reasons, not the case here. Cheers.
