I had a Tough Mudder to run in about 4 months, and after seeing him once a week, and actually doing what he told me to, I did it. He pays really close attention to your specific goals, physiology, and capabilities to customize the one on one workouts to your needs, while teaching you movements you can take and practice the rest of the week. His demeanor is great, he's always upbeat and giving you encouragement when you're doing your best, and doesn't try to drill sergeant you when you do fail. The training regimen is decidedly crossfit style workouts, but only if you can handle it. Team X is a great bunch too. I stumbled into a great set of people through this trainer. Big fan. He also runs bootcamps for those who can't make it out to Natick in the morning.
