Within 4 hours (with an hour commute in between), our movers (shoutout to Ika, Beqa, and Ans Soso!!) moved all of our belongings from one place to another quickly, efficiently, and safely! They were so respectful and kind! I will most definitely be asking for them again if we ever move! The overall price was very fair for the amount of work completed. Very bad experience with this moving company. It cheats you with super low estimation, and then…read moreincrease the price drastically on spot. The estimation they gave me was $3200. I had showed them all the pictures of my stuff that needs to be moved and I also told them the number of stair steps I have, everything was communicated to them clear and in details. They gave me a quote but the quote means nothing to them. In the end I had to pay for added time, added materials for wrapping and added fee for bulk item. The amount I need to pay is not even near the estimation, it is way way way more than the estimation. What's the point for estimation anyway. Just to lure the customer to their payment trap? I had to pay $5300 in the end, 65% more than the estimation. So if you are considering this mover, I warn you that you need to add 65% more on their estimation before signing the contract. Good Luck to whoever wants to hire this moving company!!! I will never recommend this moving company to anyone!

College Hunks Hauling Junk and MOVING did a SPECTACULAR job helping me with a complicated move and…read moredownsizing from a 2-story 4- bedroom historic 19th century limestone house in Hellertown to a 1-BR apt in Minneapolis. Booking them was a breeze. I just called, told them what I needed and when, and voila! the hunks showed up as scheduled! They were even able to accommodate some last minute requests I had to make. The "hunks" themselves were delightful: polite, efficient, hard-working young men who are a credit to their generation. Two of them loaded a pod with the belongings I wanted to take with me to Minnesota. Five of them came about a week later to clear out the things I wanted to donate or dispose of. I wish I had "before" photos of what my house looked like before College Hunks came in: messy, incredibly dusty bc of my admittedly poor housekeeping skills. Without a single complaint, they cleared away 4.5 truckloads of "stuff" in no time, and even swept the floors when they were done. I could tell they enjoyed and took pride in their work. Photos show the pristine condition of the house when they were done. Thank you, guys. You know, I've moved several times in the course of my 30-year career, and every move was a pain in the *ss....til now. You actually made this a memorably pleasant experience.

Add on working while moving and other additional stressors, and I was bracing for the worst case scenario. I went in expecting a nightmarish move like our last experience (with another company), only to be surprised by how smoothly everything went in comparison to all our previous moves. Only a few minor things were damaged - nothing we can't live without or get replaced. The 3 man crew who completed our move were cordial, and were very careful and respectful of the furniture and properties. Their team leader was experienced and imparted some helpful advice on how to fix the legs of my old upright piano that had been damaged in a previous move. While this job certainly went overtime, the cost was reasonable for our shoestring budget. These young men worked hard, and my family and I really appreciate their efforts and due diligence. Thank you for making an incredibly stressful day so much more bearable for us.
