We received an email on a Monday from Wayfair that our vanity had been delivered to the local courier - Crosstown Chatt - and that we should get a call from them within one business day to schedule our delivery. On Tuesday, I got a text from Billie saying that the vanity would be delivered the next day between 2 and 6. The next day at 1:15, I got a call saying they were on their way. They were actually about 15 minutes early! Very friendly and nice. We had it set up for entry way delivery and we asked them to place it in our garage and they did.

I ordered a treadmill the first week of June. It was scanned that it arrived at the NSD delivery terminal about ten days later. I waited for a week, and no one called to schedule delivery. I got ProForm customer service involved, and they had NSD initiate a dock search, which somehow took two weeks to complete. The outcome of the search was that the treadmill was damaged and undeliverable. So ProForm sent out a second machine. According to ProForm, my second treadmill arrived July 13th. But NSD did not scan it until the 20th. Once again, no one from NSD called to schedule delivery. So I contacted NSD customer service via their chat option. After waiting about 45 minutes to speak to someone, the NSD rep gave me a direct phone number to the local delivery terminal. The person I spoke to said she could schedule delivery, but that they only did threshold deliveries, not the white glove delivery and assembly that we paid extra for. She said that she would have to contact someone else to handle the assembly. But she could not tell me when that would happen. I contacted ProForm to request that they refund me for the white glove service since those who are responsible for final delivery could not guarantee it. The rep there escalated my issue to Stacy on the Extra Mile Team, and told me that I would be hearing from her that day or the next. I still have not heard from Stacy, so I found the email address for the Extra Mile Team here on Yelp and sent an email detailing my issue once again. I still have not heard from her, anyone locally, or anyone at all from NSD. And I still do not have my treadmill. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with two companies simultaneously. This is a high-dollar purchase and a big deal for us. It should be treated as such. My advice, if you are ordering anything oversized to be delivered to your home, research who will handle the delivery. And if it is NSD, run away as far and as fast as you can.

Horrible customer service from their drivers. Had to order a replacement vanity top from Home…read moreDepot and was told after completing the order, a 3rd party courier service would be contacting me. Received call from a driver named Travis from this company while I was at work so I couldn't answer therefore he left me a voicemail. On the message he stated they had my vanity top scheduled to be delivered the next day from 2pm to 6pm and to call them back to confirm when would I be available. Called him right back, Identified myself and informed him I work until 4:30 everyday and could be home by 5 pm then I would be able to receive item from 5-6. He got an attitude with me and said he didn't remember what time he said on the voicemail they would deliver. I told him he stated o the message 2-6pm. He then stated "they don't deliver after 5:00pm." I told him he stated on the message 2 to 6 and I am at work and can not be home until 5. He then said "well these are our work hours, so we'll just have to call you tomorrow to see what other time works better." I told him I was already letting him know what time worked best and I cannot be home before 5pm. He then asked hatefully "well where do you live at?" I told him my location then asked him shouldn't he already have my address on the delivery invoice??? At that point this guy doesn't say another word and just hangs up on me! I called Home Depot customer service and had them file a complaint with this company. That is not how you talk to a customer, period. You can't always be off of work right at 5:00pm that's just the nature of things sometimes. Things come up, deal with it or find another job.
