USPS has consistently not delivered packages on their "guaranteed delivery date." So, I looked into other shipping services, and UPS was the most economical and convenient for my shipping needs at this time. This location, in particular, has been the best in terms of customer service. I've walked in when they've had a line nearly out the door and also when I was the only patron and each time I was greeted and helped with quick efficiency (mind you, I package and buy postage labels online and have the parcel ready to drop off). I definitely recommend creating a free online shipping account for the best prices and to streamline the process. The FedEx tracking number he gave me is for a 2.9 lb box containing Adidas shoes. Not sure if he replaced my package on purpose or is just incompetent, either way he was very abusive when confronted and tried to blame the label - not sure how that works. He has been reported to the BBB and fedex, as he represents them. I had high hopes but he is horrible!
