A lot of other places the bristles are too hard and damage your car. The bristles were great and I'm very happy for it. I also got a deal on the membership which made me even happier. I sent a letter UPS next day to the CEO about the situation that happened on June 9 and never heard back from him. Calling their corporate office is a waste of time they wont let you past the receptionist and tell you to call the location manager where it happened. I did but he did nothing to get my claim taken care of. I finally had to turn it over to my insurance company in mid July and they are going after them to reclaim the cost of the damage and my deductable. I highly recommend that you be aware of my situation before you take a chance on using any of their locations. The brushes may be out of alignment at any time causing sever damage to any trim.

This was the $33 package. They did not wax the outside. I took it back and asked to have vacuuming done under my mats. For that service I had to pay $5 more. The dash was still a mess and the cup holders were still dirty . The mats were washed and vacuuming was done under the mats. I was disappointed with their service The people who worked there were very nice. The waiting room was clean and cool, but they did not do a good, professional job cleaning my car.

When I got out of the car I could hear air pouring out of my back tire and there was no cap on the valve stem. It had faded paint and the old clear wrap that was on there since it was new so there was sticky residue left on the front of the car. One of the wheels was pitted and needed attention. I was astounded by his work and attention to detail. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to get all of the residue and old clear wrap off the front end and bring back the paint to life. He got the pits out of the wheel and even added an air freshener.
