Springbrook came to our house Saturday 10/21/23 to power wash our house. At approximately 11:30am…read moreour power went out. The Springbrook employees immediately rang our bell to tell us that they had hit the power box to our generator with the power washer. I went out to the panel, there was white/grey smoke coming from it and there was a burning smell coming from the box and inside the house coming up from the basement. They apologized profusely, they called the owner, Jason Bowley who they said directed them to return our payment as we had paid by check upon their arrival. We were without power from Saturday morning until Tuesday 10/24/23. We have reached out to the owner, he has since ignored all and any requests for his insurance information. He is also claiming that our generator box was not water tight, therefore denying responsibility. We called an electrician, they came out late Saturday afternoon, they showed us the burned switch and water inside the box after Springbrook left. They notified us that this could have resulted in a fire. Our generator is 4 years old, well maintained, and in pristine condition. We have never had any issues with water in this panel. The generator runs a maintenance cycle every month with no issues. Over the weekend our generator shut off, the electrician said that there is probably more damage to our generator due to the water and subsequent explosion, as well as the electrical current. They won't know how extensive it is until the switch is replaced. We were without electricity, heat, and water for 3 days. Because our generator is also damaged it ran sporadically during this time. My husband corrected the number 401-205-8993, all you have are excuses, he resent the text, still no reply. To your comment below, I am glad that you admit that it is dangerous and that someone could have died, I'm sure that admission will bolster my case. Our generator panel is water tight, as my electrician confirmed. It is not however power washer tight and you know that, stop playing games and trying to deflect the blame. You are still shirking responsibility even though your employees admitted fault, apologized, and returned our payment. As we told you we have video of them hitting the box straight on with the water and it exploding. I filed a complaint with the contractors board and you'll be hearing from my lawyer. You should be ashamed to conduct business this way. Extensive damage done to our generator, absolutely no responsibility taken! Pictures attached- STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND IF THEY DAMAGE ANYTHING THEY WILL BLAME THE PROPERTY OWNER!

After several years, I had a couple of experiences with them that were less than great but stuck with them. Last year, tried them for gutter cleaning and it was a ridiculously bad experience. Thinking I had simply learned my lesson on trying them for gutters and that they were still okay for windows, I decided to stay on automatic scheduling for windows again this year. Here's where things go bat-crazy... As is typical, I received a first email from them several weeks ago indicating they had a date for my annual window cleaning (June 2 between 10:30 and 12:30). Okay. I put the date and time on my calendar. Then, also as typical, I receive a reminder a week later. All good. I've cleared my schedule and I'm ready for them. Today is June 2. 12:30 comes and goes. No call from them. I figure they might just be running late. I call them at 1:30. No answer. I leave a message, inquiring if they are still coming. No call. I email them and ask the same. About an hour after I send my email asking if they are coming, they send me an email. Here is the complete email from them word for word: "No, we are not coming. After we noticed that you had not been reading the emails we were sending, we started attempting to call you to confirm - We've been calling for several weeks, but whenever we called, we received a busy signal. As we were unable to contact you to confirm the job, we removed you from the schedule." Kyle Castillo | Operations Manager Pretty amazing stuff. A couple of things... Not sure what Mr. Operations Manager is talking about. He "noticed" that I wasn't reading his emails??? Uhhhhh...not sure if his AI isn't working correctly or something but I read both of his emails. How else did I know they were coming on June 2 between 10:30-12:30? The better question is: does he know that the emails he is sending out don't request a reply of any sort from the customer? Moving on, he says "we started attempting to call you to confirm" and had been "calling for several weeks"??? My phone number is the same as it's been for several years - get calls on it all the time - either A&A isn't calling the right number or they have a very old number on file. Either way, that's on them. Long story short: after giving this company second/third/fourth chances for years, I'm done. But you decide for yourself: is this a company you want to do business with?

The floor beneath the collapsed tiles was very messy and the situation really was a sort of emergency because I am quite elderly and did not have the strength to fix the two tiles and clean the floor. Ben came out and was very knowledgeable about ceiling tiles and dryer vents. He seemed to have a talent for handyman tasks. He was polite, organized, and had all the equipment necessary for the task. The company advertises "window cleaning and more." The price was reasonable and I sure am a fan of "Dufault." (When people look them up, they spell the name of the company wrong.)

I am extremely grateful for my Ford Explorer for keeping me safe and being able to walk away without injury. Renee, who works the office, was AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL and walked me through the entire process.
