A week or 2 later, I hear a tapping sound from my engine. I spent days trying to figure it out. Come to find out it's my metal oil dipstick tube, tapping on something else metal when the engine is running. I go for my new oil change & mention it.....basically looking for an apology. The first guy without looking at it said it's rusty & happens a lot on these cars. Second guy actually looks at it & says it's metal, we couldn't have broke this. It's a 12yr old expedition that I do the maintenance myself, just not oil changes.....so I know the truck well. Be careful......they'll break something on your car, won't say anything. Before they look at it, says it's rusty. Have another guy look at it & say we couldn't have done this. Everything but an apology & a discounted oil change. I've been going there for over 15 years, take all my cars there. I have to go another one now!!!!!!!

It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work. Cancelling my membership now, really unbelievable.

There is a really big waiting area adjacent to the wash bay that you can buy cleaning products, pay for your wash, snacks and drinks etc. Definitely didn't expect that. Also large windows where you can see your car being run through. Was treated with friendly service from the time pulling up right to the end. A $14 wash gets you interior and exterior clean including vacuum and your pick of air freshener. A great deal, they did a great job and the woman at the pay station was awesome. A new favorite car wash for sure I will be back again!! Also a yelp check in scored me a coupon deal for $10 for the $14 wash :) a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

When I arrived to pick up my car the woman at the desk informed me that they had gotten behind and just started. My car was soaking wet, 30% cleaned inside and a total mess covered in soap. They had rushed through what they had done hoping they could cram it all in. I had to take it home like that because they couldn't finish. THE SEATS WERE SOAKING WET AND I HAD TO SIT ON THEM. They didn't call me to let me know they were behind, or short staffed -- I would have totally rescheduled. THEN I had to take my car to my mechanic the next day because the check engine light came on as I left the car wash. I had to have all the carpets/seats/interior vacuumed and dried out by my mechanic because there was so much soap and water left mold had started to form. They put water under the hood causing damage and the check engine to go off. They even put tire shine on my floor mats which when driving a standard WILL ACTUALLY KILL YOU because it's so slippery. This "detail" cost me $350. This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend you take your car here, ever. (This was the Providence Location)

Finally he says which one and the weight isn't the on my car uses. I tell him this and he says oh well they are all the same. WTF? That was the end of the conversation. Suddenly his English got even worse and he started mumbling have a nice day and walked away. I had to go up the street and pay another 85 bucks to have the wrong oil and the refill done correctly with a new filter. Great car wash but I wonder how many people are getting oil changes and don't know that everyone is getting the same oil.
