We had expected it since the existing system was nearly 20 yrs old and an outdated R22 system. Brett was prompt on getting out there, very straightforward on what the problem was, a condenser failure, and what my options were for replacement. He came back with his recommendations on what system we should go with and was very clear as to why he was recommending it, which helped me to understand his train of thought and whether that met my needs. He and his team were also very quick to replace the unit and accommodating with the daughter, who's currently living at the house. I don't hope to have any HVAC issues in the near future, but I know who I'll call when I do.

The young man was incredibly courteous, explained everything he was doing and the plusses and minuses of repair vs. replacement. If you are looking for a family owned business that treats their clients like family, these are the folks to work with. After our experience today, I'll never call another A/C company again.

Now let's get into the story. I ended up coming home and my air-conditioning was broken for at least a day and a half. I called company A ( not naming for respect purposes) and they ended up quoting me $2300 to fix one little crack in a copper pipe, and to refill the Freon. I knew something was wrong so I decided that I would call a different company to compare the quotes. After speaking with Air Force One, they told me that that was way out of proportion, and that they could offer me a better price. Linda told me on the phone twice that Scott was the best in the business and he is the best at what he does. I told her I was going to hold her accountable for saying that and she was right. Scott is the most honest, caring, helpful, and kind spirited HVAC service man you will know. He was nice enough to let me come on top of the roof and see exactly what he was doing because I wanted to learn a little bit about the air conditioning unit. He has been fixing air conditioning since high school and that should tell you a lot about the experience he has. After everything they ended up quoting us $774 and saving us $1500... I know it's disgusting that the other company was going to charge us $2300. Overall, I just have to say that air force one air conditioning is that one company that I just so happen to call that turned out to be the best experience in the world and Scott and Linda truly are a power couple and I have so much respect for all the work and service they do for the valley. So what I want you to do is if you ever need your air conditioning fixed or you know someone that does please refer this company because I promise you will not be disappointed. It was one of those experiences where you just can't stop telling everyone how good it was because of how much money you saved and how nice everyone was. Horrible company and customer service. I did an annual swamp cooler tuneup. Keep in mind all…read moreworked optimally before they arrived. Technician advised I needed a float valve which I paid for. Then within a week the unit stopped working. They came back, same technician, extremely rude and acted unprofessional as if I inconvenienced him. He looked at the unit and within a few minutes told me it was fixed. Next day, same problem, unit blowing at about half the capacity. I called and spoke with management, who agreed to send new technician. New person arrived and advised I needed a new belt, which he comped because of bad experience. Next day, still not working. Look at the video, does this look like quality work? The belt is so loose and out of balance, it's pathetic. Look at the calcium buildup, all occurred during this period of two weeks when Morehart was "working on solution". Do not use this company. They cost me 178$ and then another 225$ for a new company to fix their mistakes and clean out unit to get running optimally.

Our compressor had sounded messed up from the day we moved into this new build, but Chaz Roberts refused to take responsibility for the bad install (over heated - weld). I reached out to the manufacturer and they recommended Adam's refrigeration. I purchased an extended warranty through Adam's refrigeration for the compressor, and now that I'm over a year of being in this home, I used that warranty to have a new compressor installed with Adam's refrigeration. Ron was The service tech tech looked over everything to get things ready for an extended warranty and then he also did the install yesterday. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Happy to know they will be servicing us going forward.

However, I realized that manual FAN ON did not work, neither the fan delay was not working. I contacted Lee Collin to verified installation of the blower motor. They send another technician. The senior one. This technician diagnosed that a fan relay was not working and possibly a timer delay relay could also be faulty. I received an estimate for this new repair for $270. I had no reason not to trust them so I changed both relay, although after replacing both relay the system did not work. I was surprised so I requested further investigation with another outside technician and it was revealed that relay were not at fault but that the first installer had not positon the white wire from the blower motor to the proper prong on the contactor, after moving the white wire to the opposite side of the contactor the fan system started to operate normally. I am a bit disappointed that 2 technician of Lee Collin could not find and rectified the problem. I understand that error do occurred but when you are paying per hour labor and expensive parts it is not want customers want. Respectfully.
