So I can't speak for ambience since I did take out but BOY was I impressed enough to come back and visit! We got the 6 dozen on a whim through DoorDash as it's 10% a dozen, free delivery over $15. It came to our door in the CUTEST box (and surprisingly quite sturdy! Not like those flimsy donut boxes)! We got chocolate chip, snicker doodle, oatmeal, s'more, something peanut butter, and cookies and cream! Only had the chocolate chip so far but even for takeout it's chewy, not too sweet (which is always my fear), dough like texture, and they are HUGE! Probably about 4 inches in diameter?! I don't know why I got 6 for just my husband and I but guess those Xmas calories are coming back a little early! I'm impressed enough to come visit in person. I submitted an online order for delivery on December 14 and it has yet to be filled (today is December 27). I ordered a dozen cookie from Taylor Chip cookies online. These were some of the worst cookies I have ever eaten. They are very stale, dense, and the flavor was not good. I do bake and make some of the same cookies, but I honestly could not tell the flavors of these cookies. I tried heating them but still the taste was not good. Please don't waste your money on these cookies. Maybe if you are buying them from the actual store, your experience will be different but these cookies tasted stale. read more

Finally made it in to Taylor Chip Cookies! So cute and so hard to pick just one, I had to get 2! The staff is unbelievably friendly and happy! It is so joyful inside! This is a must visit! The cookies are great and feel like a full meal, since they are so big! I heard there is a new location opening in Hershey, which will be great to grab a few to bring as a gift to a dinner party for the host & bad for my weight loss goals! Ha! read more

Who doesn't like cookies? If you like your cookies a bit underdone, then Taylor Chip Cookies is the place to go. We ordered one traditional chocolate chip and one M&M. Flavors were great! Personally for me, I like my cookies chewy and not as raw. But my wife loved them cause she likes her cookies a bit raw. Overall, a good place to get dessert! read more

We choose an assortment of cookies. They are so large and decadent that one, hot out of the oven, topped with ice cream can be shared by two. So far we have tasted the Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Brookie Cookie and Lava Cake Cookie. Each one was more delicious than the next. So many options! We ordered a Brookie, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, and Salted Caramel Pretzel - all the cookies were pretty underwhelming. We wished there was the option to heat the cookies up in store. However, the cookies were still lackluster even after heating them up at home. Brookie: The chocolate chip side was cookie doughy and not too sweet, and the brownie side tasted like a milk chocolate brownie. White Chocolate Macadamia Nut: Nutty, the cookie itself was pretty plain. No. This actually makes me mad. This is supposed to be husband and wife cookies. Really, it's industrial sludge that's so overly sweet we couldn't eat them. And we eat icing! Lol this is like all the sugar plus corn syrup. Huge, expensive, and they all taste the same. Lawwd have mercy, thank GOODNESS I don't live close to this place!! When I approached the counter at their store at the Fresh Hershey Market, I was amazed. I had never seen cookies that big that looked that good. I decided to get six but I had the hardest time choosing only six!! The Maple Pecan was my fave out of the ones I chose. Ordered a shipment, company listed it as shipped some time ago, but the shipping company doesn't have the order, despite the fact that I was charged for priority shipping. Update after hearing back from Taylor Chip, they insist the product was shipped, but fedex still lists it as not received, and Taylor Chip seems unwilling to check on their end with Fedex about what magical narnia the product fell into. read more

During the pandemic I've been ordering cookies online in an effort to support small businesses, so Taylor Chip Cookie has been on my list of places to try since last year. After I recently saw an IG post of a glorious s'mores cookie being pulled apart, Taylor Chip bumped way up high on my priorities. I ordered a 6-pack custom variety of chocolate chip, s'mores, double chocolate brownie, chai (seasonal), white chocolate macadamia nut and salted caramel pretzel. I thought the pricing was pretty reasonable, and I appreciated that the shipping was a flat rate of $4.99 anywhere. The cookies were individually wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I wasn't able to eat them right away, so I put the cookies in the fridge as advised on the instructions that came with the package. The cookies were honestly great right out of the fridge, but I did try a couple after sitting out in room temperature. Taylor Chip cookies are the real deal, y'all. They're huge, and the dough of each cookie was incredibly soft and chewy, which is how I like it. As simple as it was, the chai flavor was my favorite of 5 I tried. I didn't get a chance to try the salted caramel since my family got to it before I did, but my family members give Taylor Chip the thumbs up as well. read more

I LOVE Taylor Chip. I would gladly be a spokesperson for Taylor Chip, if they asked me. There are too many cookie and cupcake places around, these days. How to distinguish one from the next and what makes one brand, better than the other. It's more of an opinion of what you all like. If you ever get tired of eating shoofly and whoopie pies, come to Taylor Chip and feast your eyes on their array of boulder, bulging, dense and extra delicious cookies. They'll serve them warm, if you like and with milk, to bring out the kid in you. I had a brookie, the other day (half brownie/half choc chip) - all warm, oozy chips, dunked in cold milk. read more

Sorry. But these are the most flavorless cookies ever. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. Go buy some cookies at the grocery store and bake them. They'll be so much better than these. Tastes vary and some reviewers seem to love the taste of these cookies, but I didn't. The texture of the thinner cookies like Stormy Pebbles is okay but the thicker options taste too doughy, underbaked (tastes more like raw cookie dough than a finished cookie), and WAY too sweet. I couldn't even taste the difference in flavors from one to the next because all I could taste was sugar. read more

I have ordered online before and loved every cookie! We visited the store this time and took home 6 delicious, mouthwatering cookies. The first thing that hits you is the smell! We could have stayed in there for hours just for the smell alone. The cookies are huge and filled with goodness! The store is a nice size and clean. The person behind the counter was very friendly and went through each cookie with us to describe all the tastiness! Friend of mine took me to this place. Cute shop. Unique cookies. They offer coffee drinks as well. I was disappointed though. Only thing I could taste was flour and butter. Too doughy. I ordered brown sugar cinnamon latte. No flavor and coffee strong (I like my coffee strong,). Even with adding sugar, more creamer, I ended up throwing away. I was with 2 friends. These cookies were overrated. They looked amazing - but taste wise... I feel like I could make a better cookie at my house. I'd honestly prefer a nestle chocolate chip cookie over theirs. They were oddly dry, and not very sweet. We did try to microwave them, but it did not make a difference in flavor. I honestly would skip on these again, definitely not worth the price or calories!!! The ONLY one worth maybe getting again was the oatmeal raisin. read more

I saw Taylor Chip Cookies on my Facebook feed and being a cookie lover I wanted to give these cookies a taste. Delivery time was pretty good. Packing was just ok - I order 6 cookies to start and 1/2 of them were actually cookies crumbs. Personally I think the cookies could have been wrapped a little better. The cookies came wrapped separately in nice package, although 3 of them came in a plain plastic wrapping. Those were the 3 that were crumbs. Cookies - are a good size and thick, but the taste for me was a little off. I'm not sure if they were undercooked or if that's how the cookies were meant to be. For me it was like eating cookie dough. It's like some part of the cookie wasn't fully cooked I don't think I would order again but I wish them luck with their business. read more

Wow - if this place was located near me, the temptation to get cookies weekly would be hard to pass up. I purchased a 1/2 dozen to bring home: PB Stuffed, PB and Jelly, Oreo and Cream, Oatmeal Chip, and Brookie (Brownie and Chocolate Chip). These cookies are heavenly! The size of these cookies are 2x the size of a 'normal' cookie size. The PB one is practically a meal itself! Delicious! You won't be disappointed with these cookies. I ordered a dozen cookies from Taylor Chip Company and they are amazing!! I kept seeing their advertisements on Instagram and with how gooey and delicious they looked, I had to try them. For starters, they have such an awesome variety, I ordered 12 different cookies and there are still others I'll have to try next time. I'm someone who likes a lot of options. I ordered them Wednesday and they arrived promptly on Saturday. I love any place that offers 2-day flat rate shipping. They were a treat for Valentine's Day and they did not disappoint. They even put instructions on how to keep them for up to 6 months and how to bake them if you want them warm. Cookies are my favorite and I'm so happy these were exactly what I was looking for!! Just stopped by the Lancaster market today and tried Taylor Chip's cookies for the first time since I've seen them all over social media. I got the snickerdoodle and some sort of raisin cookie (didn't ask what it was I literally just pointed to it saying I wanted to try it). First I must say, these are soft baked cookies. They taste fresh and are thick. I loved both cookies I got and I don't regret getting these today instead of Good Life ice cream next door which was my other option for a midday Saturday dessert. Small cute shop with grand display of cookies to choose from. They were nice and thick. Light outer crisp with a chewy center. I was able to score fresh-out-the-oven Snickerdoodle's. However, P.B. At $6 each, the crêpes were an amazing value for the size and quality. We would definitely return.

Unfortunately, their most popular flavor had already sold out, but we ended up trying a few of the vegan options along with the Minion-themed cupcake. The staff was still friendly, and we tried to be mindful not to keep them too long The cupcakes are a little on the pricey side for their size, but they're well-made, delicious, and beautifully decorated. I got a delicious Chocolate cake for my dad's birthday, and my parents loved it. I was in a hurry, so I got one of their turkey BLT sandwiches, which was fresh and really good. The ladies working at this establishment are very helpful and friendly. I truly recommend their chocolate cakes and their pastries, specifically their fresh-baked croissants and cheese danishes. The staff is always absolutely wonderful and will answer any questions you might have about the baked goods. The cafe is small and very cozy and is nestled in a lovely location in downtown Lancaster. I always get the sfogliatelle as it's my favorite dessert and I got the pumpkin donut this weekend and it soft, warm and not overly sweet! The Tiramisu latte was also perfect!
