I was in York yesterday and decided to go by Crumbl for my "birthday cookie." I selected the Patriotic Birthday Cake cookie and it was so delicious. Again, Crumbl always has the perfect ration of icing and the texture of the cookies are so perfect!!!! They were pretty busy, but service was very good, employees were very accommodating even though they were all very busy. This Crumbl is always very clean and has a very nice atmosphere! So Crmbl appears to be a franchise. We went about an hour after it opened, no line but probably most people order ahead. Store front was clean, kitchen visible with multiple people mixing, baking, cleaning, nice to see. You order on a kiosk, easy to use and theirs a rewards program you can join. The staff was super friendly and brought out my cookies with the box open to showcase what we're receiving. All really awesome, BUT none of that matters if the product is meh My son liked the Kentucky butter, if I had to choose it would be the chocolate cake, but truthfully all of it was not very tasty. Honestly I think it wasn't fully baked but more so it really wasn't anything to go back for. I think my 8 year old can bake better cookies with one of those generic sugar cookie mixes. Wow has this place gone down hill fast. We ordered a four pack of cookies off the Crumble app. They delivered in a four pack box and when opened it was not our order although the receipt sticker clearly had our name and receipt number. We called the store, we were told they would write down in a book they owe us a free four pack. It seemed very odd so I requested a refund. I was told they would do it in a minute and get back to me. An hour later we still heard nothing back so I called again only to be told it was a DoorDash issue and the driver put the wrong sticker on the box so they had to call DoorDash. We didn't even use DoorDash. She then explained the DoorDash driver comes in and checks all orders to then place the receipt sticker on the box? Do I really want DD opening my cookies to view them to make sure they are correct??? We ordered on the Crumbl app. I hope she just doesn't know better. She said she understood but owners will not refund as it's not their fault. Really??? Last time we buy from them! They lost sight of service and who the customer is. read more

Hi. My name is Juli. I have a Crumbl addiction. Most weeks I buy a box of 6 to try everything and we use the official cutter thing to divide each cookie into 4 pieces. My kids and I love the standard pink frosted, I love any of the ones that have fruit topping of any kind-- recently the raspberry cheesecake and lemon were amazing. The chocolate cookies are not usually our favorites, but they're good, if you are a chocoholic. We usually don't get the milk chocolate chip when it's available because my people prefer semi-sweet or dark. Yes, they're expensive, but they're a fun delicious treat in a cute pink box. I had heard so much about this place. Went with friends. Line wasn't very long. Staff keeps things moving, but they don't rush you. You can see everyone working, making the cookies from scratch to the boxed finished product. Super clean inside and cookies look scrumptious. Think 10 choices-hard to decide on. I've been wanting to try this place ever since it opened. My fiancé and I went about 10 minutes before they closed. Inside, they have a display of their cookies for the week. They change the cookie flavors weekly. I would imagine that the chocolate chip cookie one is available everyday. Anyways, I got the classic chocolate chip cookie and it was served warm and pretty huge. The edges were the perfect crispiness and it got gooey in the center and soft leading up to the center. One cookie was about $6 I believe. Quick service. No complaints here. read more

I'm in town visiting family and they never had Crumbl. So I had to order them for a family gathering. I placed the order on the app which is very easy to navigate and order. I arrived at 10:45pm & waited for someone to help me, I was the only customer in the bakery. Another customer comes in and the staff waited on him first, rude for them as well as the customer. So already I'm irritated. Then I realized I needed to access the app and note that I'm here to prepare the order. That's when she acknowledged me. I ordered 4 cookies and one of them, French Toast, wasn't available. How could I order a cookie, then they sell it to other customers before I arrived to get it? The system is flawed!!! The staff said sorry and gave me a free cookie card for another visit. Then another customer comes in that preordered the French Toast cookie too. Apparently she had the same problem as me but it also happened the previous night. The manager, Megan, comes out and speaks with both of us. I was really upset with how the staff handled my situation. But when Megan came out all chipper, she made it all better for me. I'd hire her for my business in a heartbeat. The way she handled both of our situations was very professional and had a very apologetic attitude, not like the other staff that was like too bad so sad. Megan deserves a raise! The company needs to work on their app so when you order a cookie it's there when you decide to pick it up. As for the cookies, you can't go wrong with them! One is enough to feed 4 people unless if you have a major sweet tooth and want to look like the Nutty Professor. read more

Terrible customer service. Called last week ( 2/26) to get a problem resolved- no one answered the phone so I left a detailed message asking for a call back. No one did. Went in to the store the next day to try and get the problem resolved and their "systems" were down- so I was given a piece of paper to write my name/ number and concern & was assured I would be contacted & problem would be resolved when systems were up and running. No one has ever contacted me and it's been a week. Will never purchase again-truly unbelievable. read more

They are very popular in this area. Limited menu and out of 3 items when we were there. We walked out purchasing nothing. We were not alone.

The cookies are good and always warm (or cold when required) and the workers are nice. But I will say that there's absolutely no point in ordering ahead because you might still not get what you ordered! It has happened twice now that I order ahead and when I get there the cookies has sold out, but they never set one aside for the order, they just have me pick another cookie. It is very disappointing because it is usually the one cookie I'm most excited to try. The last time I went it was earlier in the day and the cookie had somehow already ran out!
