Seems like…read moreit's just an umbrella company w/ outsourced call takers that dispatch other companies; they claimed someone from US Tow Texas as to call me to give me a quote that I never received a phone call from anyone so I wasted all that time. I finally got a different service and when I called back to cancel someone else answered, also did not ID the company - I had to ask again - and then said they did not think they had a request for me. I called around to different towing companies and Galindo's pricing was competitive. The day I needed the tow ended up shifting but they still honored their quote and were very quick and responsive when it came time to meet up. They dispatched Domingo who was very smooth with the hook. He showed up on time, I paid cash, and he had the car picked up real quick. I met him fifteen minutes later outside of my place and he was able to back the car up and into its new parking spot perfectly. Shoutouts to Nicole and Braden and shoutout to Domingo with the cutty Ram towtruck. All the best to y'all and thank you for your help today. I'm at the beginning of a journey of buying and repairing used cars (now that I'm nearing the end of mechanic school) so I'll hit y'all up again when I have more non-drivable vehicles that I need towed to my place.

One of the owners, Tito, was exceptionally kind and patient and provided some comforting words to my wife and to me. Our experience was the opposite of what you might expect from an impound lot and towing service. A-Tex has good people who do a good (and necessary) job at a fair price. Even more frustrating was that the officer who stopped to "help" him and the tow truck driver acted like they were doing my son a favor by calling and providing a tow truck for him instead of allowing him to call one himself. He wasn't in a wreck, truck just wouldn't start. He asked what it cost and was told "if you have insurance then you don't have to worry about it". Then, after presenting it as "help," they hit him with contracted rotation pricing, charging over $300 just to hook up his pickup and move it into the parking lot next door. I understand rotation pricing in an emergency or urgent situation, but this was completely taking advantage of a young kid. The entire experience with them was unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

We had a non-emergency transport (not a breakdown or accident or lock out) so we had some flexibility with date and time. Hiten was calm, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Needing a tow, transport or service is stressful enough without getting overcharged or treated poorly! Statewide sure took the stress out of the service we needed (we needed a piece of construction equipment relocated) - and I certainly will call them again for ANY towing needs I have - business AND personal! Towing companies don't always get love from their customers - but I saw Statewide's 5 stars reviews and suspected they are doing something right ! 5 shooting stars! Thrilled we found Hiten at Statewide on Yelp!

This company restored our faith in humanity during an impossible situation with our moving company…read more The owner, Hit, and his crew went out of their way to help us at absolutely zero benefit to themselves. We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being. This level of integrity and honesty is hard to come by, but such a blessing when you find it.
