What I was not happy with was the bait and switch estimate that they gave me. They quoted me 3 hours for the job. They were more expensive per hour then the others who quoted but I figured because they could get the job done faster, I would hire them. Well the job took 4.5 hours and they charged me for five hours. They promised me three men to do the job and they showed up with two men and a woman. I am a feminist and am all for this, but the woman couldn't lift anything heavy so I would say she just stood around for 30% of the time. This means that the job took longer than it would have with three men like they promised. Finally, I discovered that two of my dressers were ruined in my storage unit when they got them to the apartment. I asked the movers if they would take them to the dump. They agreed and I was very happy about this. They saved me the time and effort so I reflected this in their tip. Well this morning I went to throw away some trash in the small dumpster on my apartment complexes property and there are my two dressers right next to the dumpster. This company and its workers are very shifty. They promise one thing and do not uphold their promises. So if you get a bid from them, I suggest you are very cautious to evaluate if the time estimate is accurate. And don't trust their workers either. They will promise you one thing and do quite another.

Appolo installed new furnace and central a/c unit in my home…read more At the time of the installation, the overflow preventer in the a/c unit was stuck, resulting in flooding my carpeted basement. The initial repair person who came to see what caused the flood was the one who told me that the overflow preventer install caused the flood yet Appolo refused to reimburse me for the insurance deductible. Two years later another (different) company came for routine maintenance and showed me that the original ductwork was poorly designed because there is a rule that there should be 24 inches between secondary ducts and the end of each main line; it is clear on most online descriptions that this is ideal for maximum air flow through the system. When Appoly did the original install I had them come back because the air flow felt insufficient and they told me it was by design because the goal is to run the unit for a long time at a lower air flow for consistent temperature!!

Small laundromat, with 18 washers. There are 10 single load washers that are $1.75 (2/2015) per…read moreload. Six washers are $3.50 and two are $4.00. Dryers are $.25 for eight minutes. The facility is clean and obviously maintained by the Pizza place two doors away. The machines were shining because they have been wiped down, and all were in good working condition. Wash time is incredibly shorter than the thirty minutes I am used to with a wash cycle of 15 minutes. Clothes came out smelling fresh and I hope this is not because of the short rinse cycle. The dryers have substantial heat, so they get the job done provided you don't over stuff them. People leave paperback book for patrons to borrow while waiting, or to take home. My only complaint is the 1990's TV that has a 'display' box blocking one third of the screen. C'mon, TVs are cheap now. Build a retaining box if you are afraid it will get stolen!
