I went to TMoms a few weekends ago for the first time. It was a Friday night when we grabbed a bite to eat and checked out a show there. I went with a vegan chicken sandwich and some tater tots. I thought it was good pub fare. I thought it was cute that, when the bill came out, it was accompanied with a bowl of dum-dum lollipops for dessert. The look of the place upstairs is really cool. You just have to see it - the walls, the bumper car seats, the hanging light fixtures. It's a vibe. The performance space is upstairs and towards the back. Anywhere you look is something interesting to see. It was a fantastic time!

The interesting decor inside at Tattooed Mom's.

I recently attended an outdoor festival on South Street and one of my buddies suggested we grab a drink at Tattoed Mom. Upon entering the place, I immediately felt like I was in the East Village in New York City. The decor of the place is decidedly East Village, with stickers and other interesting visuals covering virtually every free space on the walls, chairs, and even the pool table. Another cool feature were the old amusement park ride cars that served as seating. My friends and I hung out upstairs, where the crowd and the busy servers were busy bandying about as the delicious libations were pouring. The Pickletini and Cosmo Cloud were spectacular! Though we only stayed upstairs for drinks, I've heard they've got great grub, as well. I'll have to go back and try it one of these days. Cool vibes, fun place!

Could easily be a 4.5+ star establishment however the bartenders here kind of suck I went with the group and my bf ordered a lemon drop martini and the bartender handed back a vodka shot top with a lemon then explain that they don't do lemon drop martinis here and the only two in a shot form After a couple rounds, another friend went to the bar and asked the second bartender for a lemon martini and he proceeded to make what was pictured however it tasted terrible. Not sure how you can get vodka, lemon juice, triple sec, and simple syrup wrong but he did.

Really fun aesthetic, it's.like a game of I spy! The Mom's Mule was great! Great vibes in general. Would definitely go back.

    The sticker I left.

Vegan food. $0.75 pierogis on Thursdays and stickers all over the walls. This place is awesome. Had some cool conversations with the bartenders and he made some great cocktails.

Two big booms for tattooed mom. This place is so freaking cool. We stumbled into this amazing dive bar with no expectations and were blown away. The bouncer? Coolest vibes ever. Already off to a great start. The main floor was just your average vibes but it was decently busy so we decided to go upstairs and that's where the real magic is. The ambiance is amazing. Stickers, graffiti, art. Everywhere. Top to bottom. Ceiling to floor. Sitting and drinking with friends and looking at the art was such a blast. The drinks were cheap and good, they were served quick and good. The whole staff was great. Truly this was such a great find.

I love popping into Tattooed mom whenever i am in the south street area. It's not just a bar, but a place to enjoy time with community in a bar-like vibe alongside of tons of sticker and graffiti and crochet art all over the walls. Want to sit inside of a bumper car to share a drink beside a friend? They've got you covered! As someone who doesn't do dairy or meat, their menu has just what I need including so many vegan options from burgers to corndogs. The drink options fit my mode of sober living which is another perk. The servers are always friendly and attentive, no matter how busy I have seen the place. Crafting there on Sundays, popping in for a hang with a friend on other days, watching a show when those are happening, there's no shortage of fun to be had here!

This place is so much fun! I went on a Saturday night with a friend. It was very crowded but we were still able to get seats near the bar. The drinks are so much fun and they also have non-alcoholic beer if you dont drink alcohol. Its hard not to look all over the place because its so decorated with art, stickers, etc. There is a pool table. The bathrooms are non-gender specific and this place is very LGBTQ friendly.

Great food! Love the vibe as well. You can tell it's really a part of the community. I tried the vegan Philly and the Parmesan Pepper Tots. The tots were amazing. The Philly was good, but I think could have done with more heat/salt, although I think that's more personal preference than a reflection of quality.

Review for drinks only. Such a fun and unique bar. Really cool vibe. We ordered the lemon bourbon smash and pop rocket cocktails. Pop rocket was really sweet. Pop rocks in the drink was interesting. Lemon bourbon smash was delicious. Definitely the better drink of the two. The downstairs bar was pretty chill. Upstairs was much more lively. Lollipops and trinkets at the downstairs bar is a fun touch.

Best vegan Nashville hot chicken I've ever had from a restaurant. Bartenders are all very friendly. Upstairs is a fun dive bar, downstairs is more coffee-shop.

Updating my review after my wonderful birthday party experience!! The booking process was very easy - Sarah was a joy to talk to and we even got a tour of the space with Robert. The staff was incredibly flexible on the day of the party. 10/10 experiences at TMoms always!!

    Enjoyed a cider!

What times are the slowest? I want to take my friends there, but don't want to go there when we can't find seats.

Hello! It's hard to predict what times are quietest here but generally speaking if you arrive during the first hour or two of service on a weekday (Monday - Thursday we open at 4pm and Friday we open at 12 noon) you should be fine. We are open…

Are the Pierogies vegan? Excited to come here. I've heard good things about you from the Vegan deli in Reading terminal.

Hello, Yes our pierogi are vegan! And they are on special every Thursday as well :) We love Luhv's Vegan Deli in Reading Terminal. Hope to see you at Tattooed Mom soon!

I see you have gluten free bread now. Would any of the vegan sandwiches be gluten free if I got it with gluten free bread?

Hello! Yes, the Beyond Mom's Burger is gluten free if it's on the gluten free bun that we offer. Thank you!

Can you order food in the upstairs seating area or is food only served downstairs?

yes you can order food upstairs. usually you have to go to the bar and then they give you a little number sign so they can find you.

Are they on Uber Eats, GrubHub, or Caviar? How can I get food delivered?

We currently only have to go orders for pick up. We are hoping to partner with a food delivery service soon. Thanks for your patience, hope to see you at Mom's soon!

    Is the place wheelchair accessible?

It Is not. I'm 80% sure there is a step up

Is this place ok to take a 15 y/o for lunch? (I don't want to take her to a bar.) Is the restaurant separate?

The bartenders were so nice, speedy, and knowledgeable! They patiently explained to us the differences among some drinks and provided great recs based on our preferences! The customers/ patrons that are drawn to Grace and Proper are what make this place shine! We had a full dating intervention with strangers (we asked them for advice!) and it was so fun! This is the kind of place that makes you believe in humanity and whimsical connections again! The lighting indoors can be VERY dim as we were there around sunset. I think a few dim bulbs in the corner would still carry the vibe but make it less dark. We all had different kinds of cocktails and love the presentation and creative recipes! Will revisit more often!

Smattering of patio tables on both Eighth Street and Carpenter. When I saw it, I said yes before even looking at the menu. We ordered drinks at the bar and took them outside. It's very chic but also casual. There were mostly pairs or trios - no families. Not th. We saw people ordering a little bit of everything. Honestly, the menu looked great! The kale Caesar salad, the piri piri buffalo chicken dip, bacon wrapped plums, etc. The drinks were the best we had on our Philly trip! The Spanish Monk which had gin, lemon juice, frothed egg white and smoked paprika. I had the GGG which they carried over from their old menu. Can't remember what was in it but she said it was similar to Bee's Knees which is one of my favorite! There's self service still water and sparkling water in the back of the restaurant. Perfectly chilled. Perfectly bubbled! Such a lovely spot!

When I attempted to gather my things and leave due to his uncomfortable behavior, he physically blocked me with his arm to prevent me from walking away, forcing me to push his arm aside and tell him explicitly not to touch me. After being persuaded by the other women to stay in a different area, he followed us, continuing to make inappropriate comments. It escalated to the point where six people, three men, two other women, and myself were actively telling him to leave us alone. When security finally stepped in as things became heated, staff merely hung around rather than removing the individual causing the disturbance. We moved to the Red Room to get away from him, but he followed us and sat next to me again. An employee or security staff member sat between us, but while sitting there, the man in the jacket continued making disgusting remarks about me directly to your employee. When I defended myself and snapped at him, your staff told me to stop, effectively policing the victim rather than addressing the aggressor. Despite us repeatedly asking why he was allowed to stay, your staff continued to serve him alcohol. Instead of removing the person causing the harassment, your staff escorted our group into the Vault Room during a private wedding party event, placing us out of sight rather than removing the threat from the main venue. When we eventually moved back to the bar, he approached me yet again. He boasted that it was "his bar" and that he "knew the owner," implying he was immune to being removed. He then attempted to shake my hand, claiming "no disrespect," after an entire evening of harassment. It was a slow night with minimal crowds. If your venue prioritizes safety, I encourage you to review the camera footage from that Sunday night or speak directly to the staff who worked that shift. Escorting uncomfortable women to separate rooms and continuing to serve an aggressive, physically boundary-crossing man simply because he claims a connection to ownership is not protecting women. It is enabling unacceptable behavior.
