We decided to eat there for our first meal after landing from the airport. We arrived to Denver Biscuit Co on a Thursday late afternoon recently. The restaurant is located inside the nice food hall, Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, CO. Parking is accessible all around the marketplace. The restaurant has fun vibrant modern decor. Plenty of booths and tables are available for dining in. A lively full bar with bar stools looks welcoming. There is a family friendly diner vibe going on which was great. Since it was about 4:00pm when we were seated unfortunately they were not serving anymore breakfast food which includes the Franklin Biscuit Sandwich. It ended up being a blessing in disguise though because it happened to be happy hour. We ended up ordering 2 Lights Out Burgers, Sully Fries, Kids chicken tenders, Old fashioned cocktail, and a glass of Chardonnay from the happy hour menu. We also ordered a big cinnamon roll to go. Everything was delicious. Our Lights Out Burgers were mouthwatering. The soft bun, huge juicy patty, melted cheese, pickles, onions were such a great concoction of bold flavors. Sully fries smothered with gravy was scrumptious with every messy bite. Our drinks were refreshing and perfect after a flight. The cinnamon roll was soft, moist, and delectable. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Denver Biscuit Co. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price point was more than fair. I love the location and Stanley Marketplace is such a fantastic food hall with many food/drink options. We will come back next time we are in town to try the Franklin Biscuit Sandwich and other menu items.

Service: 10/10. Bar staff was excellent, very friendly and fast. Food came out of the kitchen very quickly as well. Food: The menu had a lot of really interesting options, I got the Bluegrass Benedict. It was amazing. Literally one of my favorite benedict dishes I've had. It had layers and layers of flavors between the greens, sauce, and toppings. The home fries were crispy on the outside + soft on the inside perfection. The only part that wasn't stellar was the pork belly itself, have definitely had better, but everything else blew me away. The portion size was large. Value: I paid $22 after tip, it was a big portion and I had to eat some later (although not as good as fresh), overall great quality and service so would say value on point. Accessibility: There was street parking in front. There is a ramp to the door. I had a great meal and would recommend highly and would go again if back in the area.

My husband had eggs, sausage, pancake and potatoes- which he enjoyed and a cup of coffee, I had the fried chicken breast sandwich with coleslaw and pickles and potatoes as well. The blueberry lemonade was refreshing. One thing to note is The Common Good needs to invest money in their buns... seems most restaurants are not spending $$ for quality buns and that's important. Overall our server made our meal worthwhile and the Christmas decor makes for holiday cheer!

The 4oz steak was cooked correctly. I got 2 versions of Chuleta hot sauce, which I put on the crispy hashbrowns though you might say they are home fries. Large pieces of rye toast with lots of butter. All very good. Coffee is $ 3.95 with unlimited refills. I added a side of green chile. It had a nice bit of heat with pork and good chunks of chile. They add a non-cash charge. So next time I will pay with cash. I tipped Bobbi $5 cash for excellent service. So all told, a good breakfast for only $27.34; I left at 915am. They had a full house with only a few seats left at the counter.

The whole atmosphere here is very family-friendly. There's a large open outdoor area where kids were running around and playing, and being right next to a soft serve spot makes it even better for families. Inside, it had a great sports bar vibe without feeling overwhelming. They had all the NBA and NHL playoff games on, and I could easily see myself coming back here to catch a game and grab food with friends. The beer selection was also solid, with a nice variety of local breweries and ciders. For food, we started with the roni rolls, which were really good. The portion isn't huge, but it's perfect for sharing between 2-4 people. The menu mentions allowing extra time for them to come out, but ours arrived surprisingly quickly. We also split a half Caesar salad, which was pretty standard but worked well as a lighter course between appetizers and pizza. The highlight was definitely the Catapult pizza -- really flavorful and absolutely worth ordering. Would definitely recommend the pizzas here overall. For dessert, we went with the brownie skillet sundae based on our waiter's recommendation. It's basically like a smaller brownie version of a pizookie. The edges were a little overdone from the hot skillet, but overall it was still really good. If you're a brownie fan or just have a sweet tooth, it's definitely worth trying. Great energy, great setup for families and sports fans alike, and a place I'd happily come back to.

Portion size was decent, the hash browns were nice & crispy as well as the ham which was thin & had great flavor. I enjoyed the delicious Hollandaise Sauce as well.
