They have a pretty extensive setup with tons of different options to choose from. I love homemade food, so when I saw they offered a hand-cut chicken parm sandwich, I was definitely intrigued. When we walked in, Debbie greeted us, and let me tell you, she was AMAZING! She was so friendly, funny, easy to talk to, and just had such a great personality. I was debating between the chicken parm and steak and cheese, and when I asked her for her recommendation, she suggested doing half and half so I could try both. I absolutely loved that they offered that! We ended up ordering the chicken parm, steak and cheese, porketta sandwich, cannoli, baklava, and french fries. The fries were thin, crispy, and delicious. Unfortunately, the chicken parm was a little disappointing. I was expecting more of a homemade, hand-cut chicken cutlet, but it honestly reminded me more of a generic frozen chicken tender. The steak and cheese was decent but a little on the dry side, and the porketta was okay as well. Overall, the food was probably around a 3.5/5 for me, but the customer service was easily a 5/5. Debbie really made our first impression of this place. It's not often you come across someone who is that genuinely welcoming and enjoyable to interact with. She deserves a shoutout because she really made the experience! I'd love to see the food live up to the customer service on our next visit.

Yes, it really is gator, and they are bite sized! (Tenderloin in the description had me thinking they were larger) Now, since I've not had gator before, I really have nothing to compare to. Still, the dish seemed to be cooked quite nicely. The breading added a nice crunch, but these being slightly larger than popcorn chicken, they had a little more breading than I would have liked. Also nicely seasoned! Personally I could have used a touch less salt, but I know this is due to heightened sensitivity on my part. The kicking bayou sauce was pleasant, but didn't offer enough kick for me. It was creamy and savory, and did offer a nice dimension to the dish. They also have hot sauces on the side if you are looking to add that kick! I can't really comment on the price, since events like July 4th usually result in higher prices. The service was fairly quick, especially for something that came out fresh! I'd be happy to give this truck another try, only I don't see myself going down for o Rhode Island for it... yet

We decided to try their bison cheese burger ($11) and an added side of fries ($2). I judge my burgers by the amount of grease and cheese. This one was not lacking in either. It was so tasty, a bit messy but amazing non the less. Did I mention that the burgers are served on a Calise roll, so soft and fluffy. It also had crunchy bacon and the side of fries were perfectly crisp. I also am a fan of sriracha so it's always a plus when it is offered at a food truck or restaurant. The woman working was super friendly, fast and efficient.

The catering staff and chef produced and provided great food that were the highlight of the event; I heard from everyone how much they enjoyed it (even had some on-call colleagues who gladly answered our calls because they knew they were going to be fed great food during their shift). Forklift is a top recommendation for any high-caliber catered event you might need.

Always refilling drinks and checking in. We started with the delicious focaccia service and an order of calamari. The calamari was a bit undercooked if I'm being honest--it squeaked against the tooth. The flavor was fine, presentation was beautiful (we asked for additional marinara) but it just wasn't our favorite even though we were happy to see both rings and tentacles/whole bodies. My branzino special (over Mediterranean risotto) was excellent. The bf had the pork Milanese, which he enjoyed--he's just not a fan of pesto, which was what the homemade fettuccini was sauced with. Next time he'd switch that out. Dessert was an amazing brownie sundae with TWO scoops of ice cream! The cappuccinos (no photos) were piping hot and served with mini almond biscotti--Thank you! #iykyk I'm having a dry October leading up to a family wedding, but I'll be back for the many gorgeous cocktails I saw being delivered to patrons.

Joe provided great detail and recommendations to help me manage my menu and a pretty fluid number of guests. I had not hosted this many people at my house before so I specifically appreciated the guidance he provided throughout the planning process (timing etc.). The day of the event went off without a hitch, Joe and his exceptionally talented crew arrived exactly when they said they were going to and put out a great spread. I opted for traditional grilled food, so everything was cooked on site which was a nice added touch. Not having to worry about cooking or scrambling for utensils/plates/condiments really let us enjoy hosting without the hassle of manning a grill. They also cleaned up and took all the food related trash with them which was an added benefit. Food was delicious and several guests snagged a business card for their own future events. Thank you Joe and team for making our get together a memorable one for our friends and family!
