Joe provided great detail and recommendations to help me manage my menu and a pretty fluid number of guests. I had not hosted this many people at my house before so I specifically appreciated the guidance he provided throughout the planning process (timing etc.). The day of the event went off without a hitch, Joe and his exceptionally talented crew arrived exactly when they said they were going to and put out a great spread. I opted for traditional grilled food, so everything was cooked on site which was a nice added touch. Not having to worry about cooking or scrambling for utensils/plates/condiments really let us enjoy hosting without the hassle of manning a grill. They also cleaned up and took all the food related trash with them which was an added benefit. Food was delicious and several guests snagged a business card for their own future events. Thank you Joe and team for making our get together a memorable one for our friends and family!
