On top of all this, the food was absolutely delicious! During the planning process, Jim was kind and accommodating - all in all, a delight to work with. In addition to phone calls and emails, he came out to our venue multiple times to ensure that a plan was in place and that all city requirements were met. The only area which could have been improved was speeding up throughput through the buffet by making it double-sided. However, with the otherwise exceptional service from Jim and his team as well as the fantastic food, they are very deserving of a 5-star rating!

We usually spend a good portion of the time during our parties cooking, serving and cleaning up and not enjoying ourselves. Tonight we ordered a bunch of food, it arrived in time( even after going to wrong address first, happens way too often with my address) the food was hot and it was delicious. Chicken Parm and lasagna were awesome. I didn't try any, but got rave reviews about Mac and cheese and pulled pork as well. Glad I ordered the cookie and brownie tray because the cake I ordered from a bakery was awful. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you for the great service and awesome food.

I would absolutely recommend them, and we would absolutely use them again. WONDERFUL experience.

Wedding Caterer Review: Seasons Catering, Hyde Park, MA…read moreWell, I had my final caterer tasting yesterday at my September wedding venue The Milton Club. Seasons Catering was wonderful and now my wedding caterer! Sheila Sullivan, the owner and chef is so nice and accommodating since we first spoke a few weeks ago. I created a wedding food idea pinterest board which she followed and even created a few appetizer ideas that I had pinned! She set a lovely table, and we had her assistant Mark served us and he was just so pleasant! She also makes her own desserts!!! See pictures below of what we had for our tasting and definitely consider her for your next event. She also does corporate catering! Also, a wonderful "shout out" to my fantastic florist who did a mock up of what our centerpieces will look like Almquist Flowerland in Quincy!

This was our first time working with Lombardo's and we were also switching to a new venue for the event (Black Falcon Cruise Terminal in the Seaport). David, Joanne, and Francesca asked if they could join a meeting with the whole fundraiser committee so that they could get a better feel for exactly what we wanted and how to deliver it. They also requested a to join a site video and helped consult us on the floor plan of the event. On the day of the event the core Lombardo's team showed up at 10am to start helping us set up for our 8:30pm event. Once the rest of the staff arrived, David huddled his whole team together to go over the game plan for the night and to set expectations with the staff, reminding them of things such as no cell phones! Historically, food had never been a big part of the event but that certainty changed this year. We received incredible reviews from the attendees of the event and will definitely be working with Lombardo's again next year!
