We usually spend a good portion of the time during our parties cooking, serving and cleaning up and not enjoying ourselves. Tonight we ordered a bunch of food, it arrived in time( even after going to wrong address first, happens way too often with my address) the food was hot and it was delicious. Chicken Parm and lasagna were awesome. I didn't try any, but got rave reviews about Mac and cheese and pulled pork as well. Glad I ordered the cookie and brownie tray because the cake I ordered from a bakery was awful. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you for the great service and awesome food.

This marketplace has a wide array of delicious fresh foods, both prepared and ready for you to cook…read morein your own home. First of all, they have a fabulous hot lunch bar that closes at 2 o'clock. I am always cognizant of when the clock will strike too because I always think if I wanna eat some food there I better get myself to Previte's Marketplace lickety split. The marketplace shares a building with a bakery that I will review separately. The marketplace and the bakery are separate businesses under separate ownership and management. There is a common area sort of like wide hallway in between the bakery and Previte's Marketplace with several tables at which patrons may sit and eat whatever they have purchased from either of these two businesses. As for Previte's Marketplace, there are typically lines of people waiting to get a fresh hot lunch that might include fresh, sliced turkey, meat, stuffing, mashed potatoes, delicious gravy, and more. over there right away. I'm focusing on this delicious Thanksgiving like spread that's available year-round because it's one of my absolute favorite things to eat at Previte's Marketplace. The marketplace has all different kinds of meat and other protein, including red meat, poultry, lamb,, pork, and veal and more. Proves marketplace has skilled butchers ready to cut the meat to your liking. Previte's Marketplace also has a multitude of prepared entrées ready for you to take home to serve to your family and friends or to bring to any social gathering. Such choices include cocktail, meatballs, and sauce, chicken, Parmesan, meat, and cheese, lasagna, and much more. They also have quiches and salads and more. Previte's Marketplace also has a full scale catering service that is available. Although I have not tried using their catering the service, I cannot imagine that the food would be any less wonderful at a catered affair than it is being carried out by oneself for lunch or dinner. By the way, there are a couple of tables just outside of the marketplace, but still inside the building in which Previte's Marketplace is housed. I frequently get my lunch there and of course, most often I get the turkey stuffing and mashed potato plate. By the way, they also make turkey stuffing and cranberry sauce submarine sandwiches. Absolutely delicious but very messy so get plenty of napkins! The only negative thing about this location is the actual location itself: it's on a very busy road with very limited parking, although there are some parking spots across the street. Be very careful when you cross the road! I highly recommend Previte's Marketplace. See my review of Previte's Marketplace in Hanover as well!

The catering staff and chef produced and provided great food that were the highlight of the event; I heard from everyone how much they enjoyed it (even had some on-call colleagues who gladly answered our calls because they knew they were going to be fed great food during their shift). Forklift is a top recommendation for any high-caliber catered event you might need.

This was our first time working with Lombardo's and we were also switching to a new venue for the event (Black Falcon Cruise Terminal in the Seaport). David, Joanne, and Francesca asked if they could join a meeting with the whole fundraiser committee so that they could get a better feel for exactly what we wanted and how to deliver it. They also requested a to join a site video and helped consult us on the floor plan of the event. On the day of the event the core Lombardo's team showed up at 10am to start helping us set up for our 8:30pm event. Once the rest of the staff arrived, David huddled his whole team together to go over the game plan for the night and to set expectations with the staff, reminding them of things such as no cell phones! Historically, food had never been a big part of the event but that certainty changed this year. We received incredible reviews from the attendees of the event and will definitely be working with Lombardo's again next year!

Upon arrival to their main office, we had an "almost newlyweds" spot reserved right out front. Dish after dish that came out for us to try was so good, it was hard to choose what to not include - we loved it all! TCA was open to our feedback, and customized one of their dishes to exactly what our vision was. They also went off menu, offering pirogies to speak to my polish heritage. A month before the wedding we did a walkthrough with all vendor teams at my venue. Their expertise & professionalism shined. The TCA team asked questions that I never even would have ever thought of, and all the while further strengthening our trust and decision in them. Come wedding day, all we can say is WOW. The food was most spectacular, even better than the tasting! Each piece from the passed bite, to the charcuterie, to the plated dishes and the hand made desserts, they were each a true work of art. It was all beautiful and so tasty. Our guests are still raving about it! The open faced tenderloin gave us a bit of nerves in how it would come out temperature wise - IT WAS PERFECT. Our only regret - we didn't need to rent those steak knives, it cut like butter! You cannot go wrong in enlisting the TCA team on your event journey. They are THE BEST and should you choose, you will be so grateful that you hired them! THANK YOU TCA Team, we will never forget this. :) Photos by Lovely Valentine Photography
