Order your meal (specify if you want there white sauce and hot sauce, you probably do because they are tasty). 3. Get a drink while you wait. 4. Get your food and pay (make sure to tip). 5. Tonight she had a starter Caesar salad with house made dressing and the shrimp on a stick entree. She wanted to lick the plate, but restrained herself. I also had a side salad with house made blue cheese dressing and the Friday special of prime rib with a side of "small fries". I foolishly thought that meant small in amount. Not so much. They sent out a basket of homemade fries that took some serious effort to finish. Prime rib was great. The staff was friendly, attentive and accomodating, without being intrusive. The restaurant is a small building with numerous tables for in service dining. They also seem to do a lot of takeout business. The service was attentive, refilled our drinks and the fried chips numerous times. They provide the fried chips with duck sauce to start for every table (something that seems to be missing from most places these days). The egg rolls appeared to come fresh out of the oven and they were some of the best I've had. I got General Tso's chicken and my wife got Garlic Chicken.
