It wasn't tender, and had a strong "chickeny" taste (that taste you get when you overcook chicken or had it frozen and then cooked it without any seasoning). But instead of providing any official receipt or confirmation, she simply wrote my name on a piece of paper and told me I "should" see the refund by the end of the week. I had high hopes, but instead I left extremely disappointed in the customer service and overall management of the situation.
